Ashido was at another one of his fan signs, seeing as he is a famous designer, everyone wanted to meet and see him. This one was particularly special, there would be a firework show at the end on the big balcony at the plaza.
He had just finished signing the last thing, to this guy who was so excited to see him... What was his name again... Ah right, Claude. "Claude" he said aloud to himself, letting himself listen to the name of the beautiful French man. Then he welcomed everyone to join him on the balcony for fireworks, secretly hoping he would be there.
Growing up, Ashido never really received much love from others, his mother was there to help when needed, but busy. His father, working to much to care and would rather have a future mafia leader than a sappy son. However eventually he met his half brother, Xieyo, they had a mutual bond and love for each other yet eventually their time together became less frequent as time went on. They got busy, he had his best friend too, Zi Sani. He supposed that was just the way life was. But yet, deep down, he longed for someone to love him. He longed so badly for this for years and years. He went on to become the Mafia leader of the Asai branch and managed to also become a very successful designer. However, he was so stressed that life was so overwhelming. He could hardly take it anymore. Despite mostly doing what he loved. He saw no point in his life. He would willing accept death if it met his eyes. He would seal it as fate and fall into it's open arms.
As he watched the fireworks burst in midair and crackle and pop, lighting up the sky; he couldn't help but have a smile on his face, despite his underlying scars of his past. He spoke out loud with out thinking, "When I go, I hope I'll go out just as beautifully." He then allowed himself to briefly succumb to grief in the middle of this crowd, but just then a voice next to him pulled him back, a familiar one. "I'd really prefer if you didn't go at all..." Ashido looked up bewildered, not only at the fact that someone heard him, but their response, he searched for the person that the voice belonged to. His eyes found the source and laid their eyes on Claude. Claude had a soft smile that complimented his softer yet warm features as the fireworks light up his face. He spoke again, "Please don't say stuff like that. Even as a joke-" Ashido didn't even know how to respond, someone actually cared? But why? He felt all these different emotions of happiness, relief, and others all at once, tears began to stream down his face before he could control them. All he could manage to bring himself to do is stand there and look into the eyes of a boy, a boy who cared, about him nonetheless. He felt seen.
