I forgot how the world looked in
all its bright colours and
forgot how people are smilin'
At each other no matter from which land

I forgot how the dark and the light
Mix up when they meet
And that people's goal's not only might
Because some of them seek
After love

And some of them seed
Wisdom in hearts
Of others so they shall be
raised in lee*

These are all the of the things
I've forgotten with time passing by
I keep them in heart, they lie
Deep down where they join beloved memories, written down in black ink
