After the invasion of Heaven and Underworld the Trinity Corps decided to assassinate an ally of the CIS: Chairman San Hill.

On the home planet of the Banking clan, a meeting between Emperor Vader and the Core Five is taking place.

Inside the Core Five council chamber room there stands Emperor Vader who is talking to the Core Five about the loans that they have with the CIS.

Muun 1: "Only if you reclaim the Muunilinst then we pay you back the loan" he said which Emperor Vader smirked behind his mask.

Emperor Vader: "Oh course glorious Banking Clan" he said then leave.

Outside of the chamber is Rush Clovis and Avona as the two managed to get some evidence against the Core Five.

Avona: "I can't believe that you want the Banking clan to split up with 75% giving to us while the 25% is given to the Republic once the Core Five is disbanded" she said through a telepathic link device that the CIS made.

Emperor Vader: "True the Republic will get more money but they won't know that by the time of the war the Republic will gone broke" he said through the telepathic link.

Rush: "But what about Trinity plot to assassinate the Chairman?" He said through the telepathic link.

Emperor Vader: "San Hill and the Banking clan time of control over money is over as it is time for the money to be controlled equally" he said through the telepathic link.

It wasn't long until the CIS attacked Muunilinst with the newly developed fastest ships created by the Raxon Trade Guild which are called Phantom class. These ships are a combination of the smallest ships of this generation with the Sith Empire of old Imperial Agents ships.

Once the Republic barracks are destroyed the CIS forces easily overwhelm the ground forces with bounty hunter Durge, who is revived by the CIS science and magic, and manage to retake the capital of the planet.

However news of the Core Five Arrest and the death of Chairman San Hill forced the Muun people to split control of the Core Five and Chairman San Hill money to both the Republic and CIS.

Currently in Palpatine office he is furious because of the fact that he only controls 25% of the Banking clan while Emperor Vader controls 75%.

Palpatine: "Curse you Emperor Vader!" He thought. As his plan of an empire is now in ruins.
