At the clearing in a forest area.

Four people in a distance enjoying the picnic.

An adult man at almost thirties wearing an adventurer outfit, he's kazuma tsukumo.

Along side him is a woman with long bright orange hair, she's mira tsukumo wife of kazuma.

(A/N: Not mirajane of fairy tail, that's her true name don't get confused.)

On the other side an elderly woman with bright gray hair wearing a kimono, she's haru tsukumo.

Beside her is a young twelve year old girl wearing a red dress, dark red hair, she's kari tsukumo eldest daughter of kazuma and mira and granddaughter of haru.

They are enjoying their food in the picnic and then kari suddenly realize someone is missing.

Kari: Hey where's yuma?. Said with a questionable look.

That got their attention.

Kazuma: I think he went in the forest exploring. Said with a smile.

Mira giggled.

Mira: Looks like he couldn't resist going on an adventure just like you kazuma. Said with a smile.

He laugh a little.

Kazuma: Indeed. Said with a smile.

Haru: He's always like to go on adventuring. Said with a smile.

Kari: We better look for him, what if he gets hurt?. Said with a worried look.

Mira: Don't worry yuma will be fine. Said with a smile.

Kazuma: Yeah he's having an adventure seeing the forest and all the wild life maybe he can have an experience. Said with a smile.

Then look at the forest.

Inside the forest.

A young ten year old boy walking by in the forest looking all around him with an excited look on his face.

He's yuma tsukumo second child of kazuma and mira and younger of kari and grandson of haru.

He decided to explore the forest to see everything, he saw some animals, flowers and birds flying by.

Yuma: Everything looks amazing. Said with a smile.

He continued walking seeing many cool things on the forest.

Then he noticed something in the distance.

Yuma: What's that?. Said with a questionable look.

He continued walking towards that direction.

When he got close to his surprise at what he sees.

A young kid looking like the same age as him with (h/c) hair, wearing a blue shirt, gray short pants and black shoes.

But to his surprise he is unconscious and looks like he got hurt judging the bruises and scratches he has.

Then he run towards the kid.

Yuma: Hey are you ok?. Said with a worried look.

Then he saw him flinch a little and his eyelids twitching but still unconscious.

Yuma: Hold on I'll go get help. Said with a worried look.

He ran as quickly as he can towards his family.

Where his family is.

They continued enjoying the scenery until.

Yuma: MOM, DAD!!. Yelled.

They look to see yuma running towards them and seeing a worried look on his face meaning something is wrong.

His mother came to him.

Mira: What's wrong yuma?. Said with a concern look.

He took a couple of breaths and look at his mother.

Yuma: I saw I kid in the forest and by the looks of it he seems injured. Said with a worried look.

Both his parents widen their eyes at what he said.

Kazuma: Can you take me to him yuma?. Said with a worried look.

He nodded.

Kazuma looks at his wife.

Kazuma: Pack everything and start the car well be right back. Said with a serious look.

She nodded.

While she began packing things up.

Both yuma and his father ran back to the forest to get the boy.

Both of them running where yuma found the boy.

When they got there his father widen his eyes to see him there.

He went to check on him.

Kazuma: Hey kid are you ok, can you hear me?. Said with a worried look.

The boy's eyelids twitch again and opened his eyes a little but close them because he's too tired.

Then kazuma carry him.

Kazuma: Let's take him to a doctor. Said with a worried look.

Then yuma he noticed something on the ground and see a strange device and he sees a deck box.

He picked them up.

Yuma 'thought': Are these belong to him?. Said in his mind with a confused look.

Kazuma noticed it as well.

Kazuma: Those belong to him let's go. Said with a neutral look.

Yuma nodded.

They ran back to the other's as fast as they could and they see the car started and mira waiting for them and see haru and kari in the car.

Mira gasp seeing the boy being carried by kazuma.

Kazuma: Take him mira I'll drive. Said with a serious look.

She nodded and took the boy in her arms.

All three entered the car and out on their seat belts and drive off to the hospital.

Skip.

They arrived at the hospital half an hour ago and kazuma alerted the doctor and they saw the boy and quickly took him to the medical room.

They wait outside for the doctor to check on him.

Mira along with her daughter and haru are extremely worried about the poor boy when they saw his injuries.

Kazuma looks at the door waiting patiently knowing the doctor will do his best.

Yuma look worried for the boy and look at the things he got.

Then haru noticed.

Haru: Are those his yuma?. Said with a neutral look.

He nodded.

Yuma: Well I know this is a deck box but this device I never seen anything like it before. Said with a confused look.

Kazuma looks at the device.

Kazuma: Can I check it out yuma?. Said with a questionable look.

He nodded and gave him the device.

He inspect it for a moment and then noticed something on the center of it the orb blinking a flash of (f/c) light.

His curiosity he touched the orb and then suddenly to his surprise the device reacted somehow and the opened two platform and then unite it and then the orb pop out.

(A/N: The same way yugi activate his duel disk but not on the wrist.)

The tsukumo family are surprised at this and yuma realize what it is.

Yuma: It looks like a duel disk. Said with a surprised look.

They couldn't help but nodded to see a duel disk they didn't see before.

Then kazuma press the orb again and the duel disk return to normal form.

Yuma's eyes sparkle.

Yuma: It's look so cool. Said with a smile.

Then they heard the door opening and see the doctor coming out.

Kazuma gave the duel disk to yuma and went to the doctor.

Kazuma: How is he doc?. Said with a worried look.

Mira began to worry as well along with the rest if the family.

The doctor smile.

Doctor: The good news is that he's going to be alright he's injuries aren't too serious. Said with a smile.

They all sigh of relief that he's going to be fine.

Mira: Can we see him?. Said with a worried look.

He nodded.

Doctor: Yes you may but please keep your voice down he's resting. Said with a smile.

They all nodded.

They went inside to see him and saw the nurse checking the medical devices in everything in order.

They see the boy sleeping peacefully with some bandages and band aid on him.

They look to see he's ok.

Then kazuma looks at the doctor.

Kazuma: When will he wake up?. Said with a questionable look.

He shrugged his shoulders.

Doctor: I don't know maybe a couple of days or s-. Before he could finish his sentence.

Nurse: Doctor he's starting to wake up. Said with a surprised look.

That got them surprised and see the boy trying to open his eyes and then he close it because of the light.

He opened them and blink a couple of times and then sit up to look around the room and then he noticed everyone looking at him.

They see his sapphire eyes seeing confusion and curiosity.

???: Who are you people and where am I?. Said with a confused look.

The doctor went to him.

Doctor: Well young man you were brought here to the hospital by these people. Said with a smile.

The boy looks at the tsukumo family.

Doctor: Tell me can you explain why you were injured and ended up in the forest?. Said with a questionable look.

The boy tried to remember for a moment but.

???: I don't remember. Said with a confused look.

That got the doctor, the nurse and the tsukumo family to worry.

Doctor: Nurse I want a brain scan on him please. Said with a worried look.

She nodded and went to get the device.

When she returned the doctor began to scan and to his surprise he at what he sees.

The family noticed his look.

Kazuma: What is it doctor?. Said with a worried look.

The doctor sigh.

Doctor: It appears that he his head took some kind of hit and cause him amnesia to forget. Said with a worried look.

That got them shocked to hear.

Mira: Will he be able to regain his memories somehow?. Said with a worried look.

The doctor look at the boy.

Doctor: Honestly I don't know, it happens randomly to regain some.part of it but I can't say how long though. Said with a worried look.

They all look at the boy with a worried look.

???: What are you all looking at me like that?. Said with a confused look.

Kazuma: Can you remember something?. Said with a worried look.

He shook his head.

???: I'm sorry mister but no I don't. Said with a sad look.

That made them sad as well.

Then yuma look at the duel disk and deck and then thought of something.

Then he walk towards the boy and get him his belongings.

Yuma: Here these are yours. Said with a smile.

The boy look at the duel disk and deck box.

The moved his arms to grab them but when his right hand touched the deck box.

Suddenly he felt a jolt in his mind and grip his head in pain.

That got everyone worried.

Doctor: I think his mind triggered when he touched his belongings. Said with a surprised look.

Then the boy calm down and took some deep breaths his eyes wideng.

???: I starting to remember something. Said with a surprised look.

That got their attention.

Doctor: What do you remember?. Said with a questionable look.

He focus hard to remember but it's too blurry.

Y/N: It's too blurry but I remember my name. Said with a neutral look.

Doctor: What's your name?. Said with a questionable look.

He looks at the doctor.

Y/N: My name is (y/n), that's all I can remember. Said with a neutral look.

The doctor nodded.

Doctor: Well then young (y/n) take some rest we will come and check on you later and a few days after all is done and your back to full health your free to go. Said with a smile.

He nodded.

Then the doctor along with the nurse and the tsukumo family left the room to let (y/n) sleep.

The doctor looks at the family.

Doctor: Well he's going to stay for a while but if he doesn't remember who are his relatives and the problem is I don't think he has relatives. Said with a worried look.

That got them surprised.

Mira: What do you mean?. Said with a worried look.

Doctor: We checked his blood and there's no match to anyone at all its like he doesn't have anyone. Said with a sad look.

That got them to feel bad.

Doctor: I don't know what to do with him if he doesn't have anyone he will go to an orphanage. Said with a sad look.

Kazuma nodded.

Kazuma: Thanks for the help doc. Said with a smile.

He nodded and then left to check other patients.

The tsukumo family are feeling sad for (y/n) not remembering anything or knowledge if his family to contact.

Mira: What should we do kazuma, we can't just leave him like this. Said with a worried look.

He nodded.

Kazuma: I know what you mean mira. Said with a worried look.

Then haru thought of an idea.

Haru: Why don't we adopt him. Said with a smile.

That got their attention.

Haru: He doesn't remember anything yet so why not we took him in as part of the family. Said with a smile.

The look at her surprised of this idea.

Kari: I don't mind having him around. Said with a smile.

Yuma: Yeah and he maybe a duelist as well it will be fun to duel him too. Said with a smile.

Both their parents smile at this.

Mira: Well kazuma they made their choice. Said with a smile.

He nodded.

Kazuma: We will talk to him after he's check out of the hospital. Said with a smile.

They all nodded in agreement.

A week later.

During (y/n)'s stay at the hospital the tsukumo family came to visit whatever they can to check on him.

Sometimes yuma want to challenge him to a duel but his mind still recovering and trying to remember.

Now he's walking out of the hospital fully recovered and healthy to go.

He sees the tsukumo family and went towards them.

Y/N: Hey good to see you. Said with a smile.

They smile to see him alright.

Then mira came to him and kneel down to his level.

Mira: (Y/N) I have a question for you?. Said with a smile.

He looks at her with a questionable look which found it too cute.

Y/N: What is it?. Said with a questionable look.

Kazuma kneel down to his level as well.

Kazuma: You see (y/n) ever since we found you and about you losing your memories no recollection of your past and for the past week getting to know you. Said with a smile.

Mira: We were wondering if you would you like to be part of our family?. Said with a smile.

That got him surprised at this.

Then he smile at them.

Y/N: Of course I would love to. Said with a smile.

That got yuma to cheer and kari to hug her new adopted little brother.

Then kazuma noticed the same doctor coming by with the papers.

Doctor: Seems like he accepted. Said with a smile.

He nodded.

Then the doctor gave him the papers.

Doctor: It's official he's now yours. Said with a smile.

He smile and shook the doctors hand.

Kazuma: Well then ready to go (y/n) tsukumo. Said with a smile.

He nodded.

Then the tsukumo family walking away with their new adopted member of the family and (y/n) feel so happy.
