Chapter Thirty-six: On That Note

"You can do this, Cinta," The midwife said.

"I hope so." Cinta said just as another contraction hit, and she pushed with all the strength she had, with her eyes clenched shut.

Cinta groaned, with another big push.

"Come on, keep going! You're doing so great!" Dolores said as she beamed with encouragement.

Cinta pushed one more time, before resting back.

"You're doing so great, Cinta. Keep pushing." Vinny advised.

The contractions resumed, and so did her pushing.

As she continued pushing, she delivered the entire head.

"The baby's head is out." Vinny said.

"Ready? Push when you have to." Sammi said.

Cinta nodded.

"Uhh!" Cinta moaned as she pushed again.

And one finally push and the baby was out.

"It's a girl!" Vinny exclaimed as the midwife held the baby girl as she helped Vinny cut the umbilical cord.

"You did it." Sammi said as she wiped Cinta's forehead.

"You did amazing, Cinta." Dolores said.

"Thank you." Cinta said.

Vinny walked over to Cinta and placed the baby in her arms.

"She's a cutie." Vinny said as his inane smile showed his relief for successful delivering his child.

"I know, we have a daughter, I love you so much, Vinny, this was extremely beautiful and special." Cinta said.

"I know I can't believe I delivered my own daughter." Vinny said.

"You did a good job." Cinta said.

"And you did a even better job." Vinny said.

Giacinta Gorga and Vinny Guadagnino announce the arrival of their first child

The Jersey Shore alumnis are parents!

The "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" stars, announced Thursday night they have welcomed a baby girl named Valencia Guadagnino.

"Valencia S. Guadagnino Born May 26 | 7lbs 2oz," Giacinta wrote in an Instagram post that featured a picture of half the face of the newborn.

It's the first child for the couple, who raised eyebrows last month with a racy maternity shoot. The couple, who said Giacinta was in a labor for 12 hours and gave birth at home.

Congratulations to the couple!
