So, I'm doing this thing with my drama group (Georgian theatre(youth theatre)) and it's called the Shakespeare festival.

A lot of drama groups take part of this (I dunno if it's the whole country) so, I've got about 3 lines but I've only learnt one and the thing is on the 23rd of April (three days before my birthday X3(don't forget to vote for what RP you want me to make)

So I just learnt another line then, my biggest one I believe (suh proud)

I'm going ok, it would be great if I could learn them all before the first rehearsal tomorrow (10:30am till about 5pm ;-;)

So I have a couple tips for learning lines, these seem to be working for me anyway.

TIP ONE!!

Learn your lines in a place where you feel comfortable.
Like your bedroom for example, but if you feel comfortable on say a bus, go for it.

TIP TWO!!!

Relax.
Get yourself a cuppa and relax, Just read through them and try not to worry about the play. (You'll do great! 😁🤗🎉)

TIP THREE!!!

Try listening to music quietly in the background.
Not only does this block out other noises, but if you remember the song, you may be able to link it to the line you were working on while listening to it. Also, I feel like it helps you concentrate more.

TIP FOUR!!!

If there's words you don't know, search them up, and If you don't know how to pronounce them, There's loads of videos and websites which show you how. ...no explanation for this one :3

TIP FIVE!!!

Learn the line that goes before yours.
It should help you with cues and when to come in.
