I start to sing while playing my guitar,

Break a broken heart  

After I sing the clock rings 12 and I run out of the party. Just as I get out my Ipod falls out and out of the corner of my eye I see Eric pick it up. It also has my initials, EK, on it. Sigh oh well. I told Caleb when Eric announced the change to stay and tell me who wins and I run home. Once I get home I take a shower and hide the suit and shoes as well as all of my music and recording stuff. I take a shower in my bathroom that they don't know exists. The dye comes out easily and after I take my shower I put on my pjs and cook the boys dinner. I stick into the microwave and leave a note telling them exactly how to heat it up, mentioning how I went to sleep after I made it. I get into bed and fall asleep.

                      Eric's pov

I think that LonelySinger is the one meant for me. When he sung I could practically feel his emotions. When he runs out I run after him but he gets away. I do get his Ipod which I notice has an inscription on it that says EK hmm his initials maybe? My best friend at the recording company Daniel says,"I can already say he is going to win. I just wish we knew who he was. I can tell you want him." I nod and sigh. He continues,"You know, since we go to the best music school here we could test people with the songs on there. And if they get that right the initials on it." I hug him. I shout,"Best idea ever Daniel! Thank you so much." I put the Ipod in my hidden pocket and walk back inside.

After the party I sigh. He won and the guy he came with stayed, probably going to tell him. He didn't show up though. Looks like we are going to have to go with Daniel's idea no matter what. I help clean everything up and send LonelySinger a message that he won. I upload a couple of my new songs and get ready for tomorrow. I bet we can probably get permission to take the necessary time for our plan just because it will help the school and I will do as he asks and teach a couple classes to get permission to do this and to be able to come in early and stay late some for those auditioning, I will probably have to stay in the music room that the door will open with the bell. I can't wait to find him. I guess he is my modern male Cinderella. Never imagined this would be how it turned out and that I would like him so soon. I sigh and get ready for bed. I hope he comes and I am not tricked. I fall asleep in my bed.

           The next day

Ugh. So many people and yet are any of them him? No. I figured  he likes his privacy but seriously. We even had some girls try to act as if they are LonelySinger and that they just pretended to be a guy. I may be bisexual but I know when someone is a dude or a girl. I sigh and tell Daniel in between classes,"I don't know what to do. I think I might look in places like the choir room for him but who knows. There are so many guys." He shrugs and replies,"You'll find him." Suddenly this guy comes up that reminds me of LonelySinger's friend. He says,"I don't want to pretend that I am LonelySinger, but instead I wanna help you guys, however I want something out of it. I actually know him and why he hides." Daniel asks,"And how do we know you are who you say you are? Also what do you want in exchange?" 

He sighs. He answer," My name is Caleb Rogers. All I want is a date with you Daniel. Yeah I know you're bisexual, both of you. Anyway I can actually give you the list of every song on there and even the name that matches those initials you are hiding. The initials are EK and the songs are" He starts to list the songs but after 5 I say,"Good enough. Daniel?" Daniel sighs a little but replies" To help my man here I will go on a date with you. Also I might be attracted to you." This last sentence is muttered and Caleb looks excited. He says,"His real name is Electric Knight. He hides and ran out because his step brothers and his father the Carols decided that since he was the useless step child to them that he could serve as their butler forever. They purposefully keep him away from others to pretend he doesn't exist. Do I need to go on?"

 We shake our heads and I ask,"So if that's true then how can we get to him?" Caleb chuckles and replies,"That is where luck is on our side. If  I can convince Electric I can get him to do most things. However he has to have a reason. It is a good thing that his 18th birthday is tomorrow because everything there goes to him and he will be free, his step family kept him in the dark about this fact so I need to convince him that it is all his. That will be the difficult part. After that I will convince him to come by your house and it is up to you to get him to get on board as well as to date you," Daniel says,"You are smart. Did you just come up with this?"Caleb tells us,"Nope. Well the last part yeah but I have been coming up with ways to get him out of there for years. I just found that out a month ago. Another thing we will have to watch out for is the fact that his step family might do something before we can do this which is why I am secretly staying over at his house tonight." We both nod in confirmation and the two set a time and date for their date. I can't wait for tomorrow.

          Electric's pov

Today I notice that Eric and his friend set something up. Probably to find me. Sadly I can't  do anything about my situation otherwise I would go up there. I sulk around for the day at the fact that my music is gone and come up with some songs. Caleb leaves, probably to ask Daniel out and I go to the choir room. I put on a mask and sit down. I eat my lunch and then I get out the guitar. I start to come up with a song and write it all down. At the end of lunch i put everything up and  tuck my music journal into my hidden pocket. I leave the room and go to classes. As usual most of us are ahead of the teachers plans because we want to focus on music, as long as we show we know the subject at the tests and do our homework we are allowed to do whatever we want.

After school I change at Caleb's house and go home. I make the step brothers some snacks and make myself some that I hide. I call them down and after they take them and leave I go into my room. I get the feeling they are planning something. Suddenly Caleb comes in through the hidden door and says,"I have something to tell you." We sit on my bed and he explains how the law with inheriting stuff goes. Afterwards I ask,"So all of this is actually mine tomorrow?" He nods and I continue,"Cool." He says,"We just have to keep you safe until we go to the lawyers office tomorrow morning." I nod and he continues,"So I am going to stay here with you unless you are going to come over to my house."

I say,"I wanna stay here so I can be sure that they don't do anything to my stuff." He nods and I go cook dinner. I call them down for it and wash dishes. After I finish I go back to my room and Caleb announces,"I actually told the principal what was going on so we have permission to skip a couple classes to deal with everything. And after school is done you are going to go over Eric's place." I nod slightly confused.  Anyway I pull out my computer and check everything out. Dang! My ratings boasted again! This time I am at rank 5. This is odd. Disregarding that we upload another video. After we finish we make a dummy of me that looks realistic and we hide, not actually going to sleep.
