It was prom night. Magnus and Alec were going with Cat, Alexa, Laura, and their dates. Magnus, who was on prom committee, had suggest the theme Fairytale. Everyone loved the idea, so that was Magnus and Alec's prom theme, Fairytale. Although some would argue that's what they were, a fairytale. Magnus laughed at the thought.

"You okay?" Alec asked, nudging Magnus. They were siting at the table with their small group of friends.

"Hm? Oh, yeah, perfect."

"What were you thinking about?"

"You." Alec raised his eyebrow. "I'm not lying, darling." Cat came back to the table. She had been chatting up the DJ for a while.

"I just did you guys a favour. Thank me later." Was all she said before returning with her date to the dace floor.

"What was that about?" Alec asked. Magnus shrugged his shoulders. He was about to go ask her, when he heard it. The song that Magnus and Alec first danced to. Cat had bribed the DJ to play it. Magnus closed his eyes and smiled. He turned to face his boyfriend.

"May I have this dance."

"I should worn you, I'm a terrible dancer." Alec said.

"It would be a pleasure to have you step on my toes."
