It was early morning, Aniket got ready to leave for office. He thought "kitna roh rahi thi Chandralekhaji sab unke pati ki wajah se! Mile toh chodunga nahi"

He moves towards the corridor and hears the sound of Nitya's crying. He heads towards the stairs and saw her crying. Aniket sits down beside her and consoled her "Chandralekhaji aap please royie mat"

She asked "Toh kya karun??"

He takes out his handkerchief and gives it to her to wipe her tears. "Rakho apne paas... mere praannath.."she cried even louder.

"Dekhiye wo aapke laayak nahi hai... aise pair pakadwana shobha deta hai kya?" He asked.

"Aap kya jaano mera dard? Wahi toh aakhiri umeed thi meri...aur kitne din yahan rahungi bhoj banungi apni saheli ke paas" she looks down and pretends to be sad.

Aniket hands his handkerchief "aap please rona band kijiye pehle.."

She takes it and cleans her eyes. He said "Dekhiye! Aap jabtak chahe yahan rah sakti hai.. Koi aapko jaane ko nahi kahega"

"Acha?? Aur aap jo mujhe sunate hai uska kya? Mere pati aaye they mujhe lene aapne unhe aise bhaga diya" She said angrily.

"Lene nahi aaya tha aapko wo! Lene aata toh aise aap uske pair nahi pakadti...." he spoke.

"Toh aap hi batayie main kya karun?" She asked.

"Agar wo aapse sach pyaar karte hai na toh aapki kadar samjhenge..." He said.

"Lekin aapne unko bhaga diya!" she spoke angrily.

"Haan toh mujhe acha nahi laga jiss tarah aap unke pair pakad rahi thi! Pati hai devta nahi" Aniket said.

Nitya smiles lightly hearing his words, she again gets to her sad mode "aapko kya pata ek patni ke liye uska pati kya mayne rakhta hai?? Kitni takleef hoti hai mujhe ye sirf main janti hun! Aapne toh kabhi kisie pyaar nahi kiya aap kya janoge mera dard?" she points towards her heart.

He looks on at her, she gets up and was about to go downstairs but he held her hand. She turns and looks into his eyes.

"Aap aise upset mat hoyie mujhe acha nahi lagta hai Chandralekhaji I am sorry..." he apologizes.

"Har baar aap galti karte hai aur sorry bol dete ho! Main maaf nahi karungi aapko... meri behen.." she paused.

Aniket gave her a look...

"Mera matlab hai ki meri behen jaisi saheli ko aapne abtak sorry nahi kaha hai! Mujhse zyda dil dukhaya hai aapne" she said and goes downstairs.

He follows her and he asked "Chandralekhaji aap roh rahi thi apne pati ki wajah se? Ya maine aapke pati ko bhagaya uss wajah se ya Manviji ko galat samjha uss wajah se?"

Nitya sighed deeply and said "aapki wajah se... sabze zyda hurt aapne kiya hai mujhe.. Mera pati ko karta hi hai lekin aap.."

She goes to the kitchen with a smile on her face "iss baar aasani se nahi manne waali hun main!"

Aarav comes downstairs, Aniket saw him and said "Daada.."

Aarav ignores as he was upset with him for yesterday night behaviour.

Manvi comes out of the kitchen and places paratha into Aarav's place. He glanced at her and asked "pakka mujhe ye sab karna hoga?"

She smiles and winks at him "ye nahi karoge toh main tumse shaadi nahi karungi!"

"Tumhe pata hai na gharwalo ke saamne tumse thik se baat nahi kar paata hun propose kaise karunga?" he asked in low tone.

"Haaye mere sweetu... kal raat mujhe sadak pe I love you bol sakte ho... dance kar sakte ho toh ye toh gharwale hi hai..." Manvi replies.

Aarav looks away "shh... puri duniya ko bataogi kya ye baat?" he asked

"Yahi toh batane waali baat hai!" Manvi said.

Aarav glared at her, she turns to leave but he held her hand "Manvi.. Hamare beech ki baat hai! Muh band.." he warned her.

"Agar tum chahte ho na pure delhi ko na paata chale... toh gharwalo ke saamne propose karna padega" she spoke.

He made a face and Manvi leaves. Aniket sees them and smiles. He sits down beside Aarav and he gets up as he was done with breakfast.

"Choti Maa main office jaa raha hun" He said.

"Daada suno toh.." Aniket spoke but Aarav moves towards the exit.

Manvi hands him the tiffin and he goes out. Aniket follows him and said "Daada.. Main chod deta hun metro tak.."

"Main jaa sakta hun Ani..." He said.

"Daada I am sorry... aap please aise gussa mat ho mujhse" he apologizes

"Toh kya karun? Aise kisi bhi ladke pe itna ghatiya ilzam kaise laga sakta hai tu? US kya bheja apne sanskar sab bhool gaya hai!" he scolded him.

"Daada.. Mujhe bas aapki fikar thi!" He tried to explain.

"Are toh mujhse aake puchta.. Ya Manvi se hi ek baar baat kar leta? Par nahi janab ko toh jasoosi ka bhoot chada tha na.." Aarav spoke.

"Sorry bol raha hun na.." Aniket made a cute face. Aarav still remains adamant and leaves.

"Daada bhi nahi maane.." he gets upset.

Manvi comes out and forwards his tiffin 'Aniket aapka tiffin"

He turns and held it. He looks down and said "Sorry Manviji... kal maine aap par bahut hi galat ilzam lagaya!"

"It's okay... aapko laga main bhi baaki ki tarah aapke daada ki achai ka fayda utha rahi hun.. Toh I understand your concern" she said with a smile.

"Haan lekin Daada... chandralekhaji kitni naraz hai mujhse.." he said.

"Are tumhare daada ka gussa toh aake chala bhi jaata hai! Haan iss baar Chandra lo manana thoda muskil toh hai" she spoke.

"Aap mujhe aur mat darao... aap samjhao na apni saheli ko! Jab pati ko kadar nahi hai toh kyun haath pair jodti hai uske aage" he said angrily.

"Pyaar jo karti hai" Manvi replies.

"Haa toh? Pyaar toh main bhi karta hun unse... lekin main to.." he paused as he realized what he spoke. Manvi's face lights up hearing him.

He sits on his Bike and turns at her "batana mat..."

She nods in yes and Aniket leaves from there. Manvi runs inside and to her surprise, Nitya was hearing the conversation hiding behind the door.

"Haww.. Chanda... aise baatein nahi sunte bhabhi aur devar ki" she said dramtically.

"Chup kar... haq hai mera" She replies.

"Dekha.. He had started loving you" Manvi said excitedly.

"Haa.. dekha maine par kahega nahi mujhse" Nitya said.

"Haa... bechara tujhe kisi aur ki biwi jo samajh raha hai" Manvi laughs.

Manvi receives a call, she goes to the side and attends it.

Later in the evening, Aniket returns home. He went straight upstairs changed and heads towards Aarav's room.

He was pacing up and down and thinking something. Aniket said "Daada..."

"Haa?" he asked.

"Sab thik hai?" Aniket asked.

"Haa.." he said and murmurs "apni hi biwi se shaadi karne ke liye usko gharwalo ke samne propose karna padega.."

Aniket couldn't hear and asked "daada kya badbada rahe ho?"

"Kya kaam hai Ani?" Aarav questions.

"Sorry..." he apologized.

"Manvi ne maaf kiya?" He asked.

He nods in yes... "toh thik hai" he said.

"Aap naraz nahi ho?" He questions elated.

"Nahi..." he denies. Aniket hugs him tightly...

"Acha ye batao aapko pata hai ye Chandralekhaji ka pati kahan rehta hai?" he asked.

Aarav parts the hug and looked at him "kyun??"

"Mujhe baat karni hai usse.. Puchna kyun Chandralekhaji ko itna tang karta hai... aur dhona bhi hai" He replies.

"Toh beta khudko kyun nahi dota hai tu?" Aarav asked with a fake smile.

"Kya??"

Aarav denies "mujhe nahi pata.. Chandra ko hi pata hoga jaake usse puch"

"Are unse puchunga toh unhe unke pati yaad aayegi aur wo phirse apne ansuyon se ghar ko doobodengi.. Jo mujhe acha nahi lagega" He said.

"Haaye mera bhai.. Kitni parwah hai na Chandralekhaji ki tujhe" Aarav said tapping his cheeks lightly.

"Chodo.. Main khud hi pata karta hun! Ruhaan naam hai na uska.." Aniket said.

"Ab kya puri delhi mein dhundhega??" Aarav asked.

"Haa.. dhundh lunga! Bahut contracts hai mere" Aniket said with a smile and walks out of the room.

Aarav sighed deeply, he rushes out and goes towards Nitya's and Manvi's room. He knocks the door, Nitya opens the door.

She smiles and teases "bhai.. Meri behen chatt pe hai.."

"Pata hai.. Ruhaan pitne waala hai! Aniket usko dundhke... uski dulayi karega" Aarav said.

Nitya was shocked "kya??"

"Haa.. " Aarav said.

"Aap pareshan kyun ho rahe ho? Itne bade dilli mein kaunsa usko aaj hi Ruhaan mil jayega?" Nitya said.

"Aniket hai wo.. Saali sahiba... ek baar college mein kisi ne meri insult ki thi aur peeta bhi tha! Jo inn janab ne ek din ke andar usko dundhke nikal liya... " Aarav spoke.

She recalls an incident in US at the club how he had beaten up the guy who was trying to flirt with him...

"Haaye.. Bechara Ruhaan pit jayega.. Main karti hun usko call" Nitya said and goes to call Ruhaan but he wasn't answering his phone call.

Aarav goes out and sees Aniket leaving the house. "Gaya.. Ruhaan aaj bhagwaan raksha karna Ruhaan ki mere bhai se" he prayed hard.

He moves to the terrace and saw Manvi taking off the clothes from the rope. She had tucked her saree pallu to the side and her waist was visible. He looks around and some guys were looking at her.

Aarav pulls her and the clothes fall off from her hands. She smiles and said "Aarav... kya kar rahe ho hum chatt pe hai.."

"Tum kya kar rahi ho?" he asked.

"Kapde utar rahi thi" she said and picks up the clothes.

"Haan toh.. Kamar chupake.." He said as he doesn't want anyone to even see her with bad eye.

She looks around and smiles "how cute!" she pulls his cheek.

She goes downstairs and he follows her. Manvi places the clothes on the table and folds them.

"Main kya kah raha tha? Aise hi shaadi kar lete hai na.. Ye propose kyun karna hai?" He asked.

Manvi glared at him and said "humne jab shaadi ki thi Aarav.. To arrange marriage bhi nahi thi! Iss baar mujhe mann se dil se... sab kuch karna hai! And tumhe pata hai main thodi filmy hun"

"Thodi filmy?" he asked raising his eyebrow.

"Ha.. over filmy hun! Toh gharwalo ke saamne proposal warna..!" she declares

'Warna kya?" he asked.

"Warna... meri Dost Rashmi taiyaar baithi hai tumse shaadi karne ke liye!" she winks at him.

He sighs deeply "nahi nahi.. Wo toh bahut chipku hai.. Isse behtar hai gharwalo ke saamne propose kar dun isko" He said.

Manvi laughs and goes towards the kitchen.

Nitya tries to call Ruhaan and warn him. He finally picks up the call.. She shouts "kutte.. Kaha mara pada hai tu?"

"Tere pati se chupke baitha hun! Mere ghar aaya tha.. Mujhe maarne ke liye" he said.

Nitya smiles "Acha?? Zinda hai tu?" she asked laughing.

"Haa.. bhagwaan ki kripa se... ghar pe nahi tha main! Ye kya Chandralekha ka chakkar hai?" He asked.

She tells him everything, Nitya requests "please help karde..."

"Thik hai.. Karta hun lekin jitni bhi dulayi hogi na meri uska pura kharcha tu karegi..." he said

"Haa haa thik hai.." Nitya agrees and ends the call.

Aniket returns home, Nitya glances at him "Aniket.. Aap itni raat ko kaha se aa rahe hai?" she asked.

"Aapke pati ko dundhne gaya tha lekin mila nahi" he replies.

"Aap jayenge toh wo mujhse aur naraz ho jayenge" she said with teary eyes.

"Aisa kuch nahi hoga Chandralekhaji.. Usko sabak seekhana bahut zaroori hai!" Aniket said.

"Aap itna sab kyun kar rahe hai?" She asked.

"Doctor hai aap meri... itna toh kar hi sakta hun aapke liye!" he spoke.

She sighed deeply...

Nandini comes out of the room and said "Ani aa gaya tu.. chal muh haath dole khana lagati hun main.."

Aniket agrees, he goes to the bathroom while everyone sits for dinner. Manvi glares at Aarav and he denies it.

She thought "aaj.. Abhi issi waqt" she talked with him in signals.

"Khana toh khane do uske baad" he requests with his eyes.

Nitya smiles seeing them talking in their thoughts... she was sitting beside Aarav and whispers in his ear "bhaiya kardo propose meri behena ko.. Warna koi aur le jayega aapki herione bahut zyada filmy hai ye!"

"Aise kaise leke jayega? Aasan hai kya tumhari behen ke behaviour ko tolerate karna.." he replies.

Nitya hides her laughter...

Manvi gaves him a look and smiles broadly "Maa aapko pata hai padso kya hua??"

Pooja looks at her and asked "kya hua Manvi beta?"

"Aarav ne na..." she was about to spill the beans..

Aarav interrupts "Maa.. ye bindi bahut hi achi bani hai.. Aapne banayi?" he tries to divert the topic.

"Nahi.. Nandini ne banayi hai" Pooja said.

"Haan beta kya kah rahi thi tum?" Nandini questions.

"Aarav ne na.. Sadak pe" she said with a smirk.

He began to cough and Nandini passed him a glass of water. She pats his back lightly "duggu... aaram se kha beta..."

"Kya kiya?" Anoop asked.

"Bheeg gaya tha baarish mein.. Auto leke toh aaya jaata nahi hai metro se" she said.

Aarav had a sigh of relief. She gets up, picks up her plate and goes to the kitchen.

Soon everyone was done with the dinner, Aarav said 'maa mujhe aap sabse bahut zaroori baat karni hai"

"Haan bol beta" Pooja said.

Everyone moved to the courtyard and sat down on the couch. He stared at all, Manvi was trying to hide her laughter.

Aarav said "mausam bahut acha hai aaj..."

Aniket eyed him and asked "ye zaroori baat hai?"

"Nahi..." he replies.

"Wo... wo..." he stammers.

Manvi sighed deeply "isse nahi hoga" she murmurs..

"Duggu kuch hua hai kya office mein?" Nandini asked in concern.

"Nahi Choti maa." he denies.

"Are toh baat kya hai?? Pichle aadhe ghante se yahan baithke rakha hua hai" Karan said annoyed.

Anoop looks at Karan and said "shant ho jaa.. Tujhe pata hai usko time lagta hai dil ki baat kehne mein.."

Manvi murmurs "haa.. 6 mahine lagaye I love you bolne mein... shaadi ke liye propose karne ke liye 6 janam bhi kum hai shyad.."

Nitya hits her arm lightly.. Manvi gave her a look and Nitya smiles..

"Aaru.. sona bhi hai humhe.." Pooja said.

"Haan maa kah raha hun na.." Aarav spoke.

He takes a deep breath, Manvi was annoyed by this. She walks ahead and said "mujhe toh neend aa rahi hai main chali sone"

She was passing by him but he held her hand. A smile comes on her face "ek second..." he said.

She turns and crossed her arms across her chest "ji.. Aaravji..?"

He bends down goes on his one knee. Everyone were looks at him shockingly. He takes her feet, she keeps her hand on his shoulder so that she doesn't fall.. "Aarav ji kya kar rahe hai aap?" she asked.

He places it on his other knee and looks up at her. He takes out something from his pocket, she glances at him and it was a pair of silver anklets.

"Bahut bhaage hai hum ek dusre se.. Pareshan bhi kiya hai! Lekin na kuch mahino se tum mujhe bahut zyada achi lagne lagi ho... maine kabhi aisa kisi ladki ke liye mehsus nahi kiya jo aapke liye karta hun! Hamari.. Sh.." he paused when Manvi signals him about Aniket present..

He corrected himself "hum.. Ajnabee they... lekin ab tumse rishta bahut gehra ho gaya hai! Mujhe nahi samajh aata hai ye duniyadari... lekin tum saath hoti ho toh sab acha lagta hai mujhe! Kabhi main galat hua toh tum sambhal logi aisa mera vishwas hai.. Toh kya tum hamare iss parivar ka hissa banogi hamesha ke liye??" he proposed her.

Aniket closes her eyes for a moment and looks at him with an open mouth. He said "Chandralekhaji.. Mujhe zara pinch karna.."

She pinches him hard and he realizes it is reality. His brother is actually proposing to Manvi for marriage that too in front of family members.

"Ye hamara duggu hi hai na?" Nandini asked shockingly.

"Haan Nandini.." Pooja said with a smile.

Manvi smiles hearing his words, she lifts up her salwar lightly and he ties the anket around her feet. She then forwards another leg and he ties it. She glances at him with a smile..

"Haan ki na?" Aniket asked curiously.

"Usne payal pehenli toh haan obviously" Karan said hitting his head from behind

"Toh mujhe kya pata? Aise payal pehenka thodi shaadi ke liye propose karte hai Daada bhi ajeeb hai" Aniket said.

Manvi smiles and replies "ajeeb nahi.. Alag hai.. Isliye toh mujhe pyaar hua hai isse.."

Aarav gets up and looks away. Aniket whistles "matlab finally Daada ki shaadi..."
