"Ye chal kya raha tha in dono ka" Aniket thought but rubbed off his thoughts and went to his room. He had got the call from the company that he had to join the next day so he was preparing for the same.

He went to his mother's room to inform her about the same and was surprised to see Nitya lying on the bed, her head was placed in his mother's lap and his mother was pressing her head.

"Kya besharam ladki hai ye meri maa se khudki seva karwa rahi hai, aur ye maa ko bhi kya ho gaya hai" he thought. He entered the room.

"Maa ye aap kya kar rahi ho? " He asked.

"Kya hua Ani" Pooja asked.

"Maa ye..." before Aniket could say anything Nitya got up.

"Auntie mujhe lagta hai Aniket ji ko mujhse problem hai, main chalti hun" she said and left the room. However she stood beside the wall to hear what he had to say

"Maa jab dekho tab ye ladki aise behave karti hai jaise mehmaan nahi is ghar ki beti ho, dekha kaise seva karwa rahi thi aapse" he complained. Nitya made a face

"Kal toh bade gaane sunaye jaa raha tha, aaj phir wahi sab " she thought.

Pooja pulled him and made him sit with her

"Ani beta, aise nahi kehte, aur aaj tak humne kisi bhi mehmaan ko mehmaan hone ka ehsaas karaya hai kya? Sabko ham family hi maante hain na? Fir? Aur Manvi bhi toh mehmaan hi hai na, lekin tum uske saath toh aisa nahi karte fir vo Chandralekha se kyun?" Pooja asked.

"Lekin Maa vo..."

"Main kuch nahi sunna chahti Ani, dekh us bechari ka pati use chhodkar gaya hai, uska koi nahi hai, bechari ko yaad aa rahi thi apni maa ki, isliye mere paas aakar baith gai aur tu hai ki uske peeche hi pad gaya hai"Pooja complained.

"Thik hai maa, ab se main usay kuch nahi kahunga, aur haan maa main uske peeche nahi pada, vo mere peeche padi hai, jab dekho tab mere kareeb aane ki koshish karti rehti hai" he said.

"Offo Ani tera bhi na kuch samajh nahi aata, ye bata tu yahan kyun aaya tha" She asked.

"Vo maa kal se mujhe office join karna hai, yahi batane aaya tha" he said.

"Arey waah ye toh bahot achhi baat hai, main bahot khush hun beta tere liye" she said and he hugged her. Pooja saw Nitya who was beside the wall and she smiled at her.

Nitya too was happy for Aniket and she requested something from Pooja indicating the same. Pooja nodded her head agreeing to it and Nitya left the place.

Nitya was happy for Aniket but then she got a little upset as she won't be able to spend that much time with him. She went to the terrace where Manvi was watering the plants, Nitya took the watering can and started watering the rest of the plants but Manvi noticed that she wasn't watering the plants, instead she was spraying the water on pickle.

"Hey bhagwan Nitya tu ye kya kar rahi hai" Manvi shouted and took the can from her hand. Nitya got out of trance with this.

"Kya hua tu aise upset kyun hai?" Manvi asked.

"Kal se Aniket office jaa raha hai" Nitya said.

"Kya? Kal se wo office jaa raha hai? Ye toh bahot achhi baat hai, kam se kam thodi der ke liye hi sahi, mujhe Manvi se Manvi ji banne ka natak nahi karna padega" Manvi said merrily.

"Tujhe hasi aa rahi hai?" Nitya asked sadly.

"Tu kyun muh latakaye hai, isme hai hi kya mu latkane jaisa, ab dekh na Ani apne normal routine mein aa jayega, uski kitni tarakki hogi" Manvi explained.

"Teri baat thik hai Mannu, Aniket ka routine mein aana uski mental health ke liye bhi achha hai lekin kal se main usay miss karungi na, main uski aankhon ke saamne nahi rahungi toh usay yaad kaise aaungi" she complained.

"Arey toh yahi toh uska test hai" Manvi said.

"Test ?kaisa test?"

"Chandralekha effect test"

"Kya?"

"Haan, dekh, itne din se tu uske aage piche ghumti rahi hai aur vo teri taraf attract bhi ho raha hai, tujhme ulajh raha hai, teri parwah hai usay, isliye toh tujhse bhaag raha hai kyunki uski nazron mein tu kisi aur ki biwi hai, ab dekhna ye hai ki is information ke bawjood vo tujhse pyaar karta hai ya pyaar karte huye bhi tujhe ignore karta hai"Manvi explained.

"Arey lekin uske is test mein toh miss main hi karungi na usay, uske liye main uski biwi nahi hun na" Nitya again complained.

"Haan par tu kyun real pati ki satai hui Chandralekha banti hai, tu hai toh uski biwi na toh ban ja uski biwi, ghar mein bhi tujhe koi roktok toh hai nahi, vo kyun nahi karti jo ek biwi karti hai" Manvi further explained.

"Teri tarah apne pati ke piche ladki chhod dun?" Nitya asked

"Arey buddhu vo sirf mera USP hai, kyunki duniya mein sirf ek mera pati hai jo ladkiyon se bhaagta hai, tera Ani aisa nahi hai, agar tune ladki uske peeche bheji na toh vo ladki se flirt bhi kar lega aur usay bhaga bhi dega" Manvi explained.

"Toh main kya karu?"

"Arey tune serials nahi dekhe kya? Kaise ek aadarsh patni apne pati ki seva karti hai,bas wahi formula use kar" Manvi said with a broad smile and Nitya winked at her.

The next day, Aniket got up early in the morning. He got into the washroom to take a shower. After some time he got out of the washroom , whistling and rubbing the towel to dry his hair. When he turned he saw a white shirt, pink blazer and grey pants placed on the bed with a note. He took the note and read it.

'Aaj pehla din hai, aaj ye kapde pehnna, tumpar bahot jachenge'

The note read, Aniket smiled reading it.

He changed into them and went downstairs. He looked around but there was no one. He called everyone's name but no one came over there.

Here on the other hand Manvi was in Aarav's room. She told him about Aarav's job and also about their plan to keep him alone with Nitya.

"Matlab aaj se Aniket 8-9 ghante ke liye bahar rahega?" he asked.

"Pehli ye baar bolkar achha lag raha hai ki Aniket bahar rahega aur main chain se jee paunga" he said and hugged Manvi.

"Aaj tumne mujhe bahot achhi news di hai '' he exclaimed.

"Kaise bhai ho tum apne bhai ka mazak uda rahe ho?" Manvi hits his arm lightly and asked.

"Arey toh us kambakht ne mera jeena mushkil kar rakha tha vo nahi dikhta tumhe?" He asked.

"Vo bichara bhool chuka hai na sab kuch"

"Arey toh..."

Manvi noticed Aniket approaching their room and she pulled him inside the washroom and locked the door.

"Dada" Aniket called out

" Ye yahan kya kar raha hai" Aarav said.

"Arey tum usay jaane ke liye kaho na" Manvi whispered.

"Dada aap andar ho na" Aniket asked.

"Haan lekin tu jaa" Aarav replied.

"Dada main toh aapko bulane aaya hun, mera aaj pehla din hai office mein, main chahta tha aap mujhe chhodo aaj office " he replied.

"Dekh main jaldi bahar nahi aa sakta "

"Kyun"

"Kyunki mujhe bahot kaam hai" He replied.

"Bathroom mein kaam?"

Manvi glared at him so he replied

" Matlab mujhe bahot sara karna hai"

"Kya Dada" Aniket said making a disgusted face, Manvi too looked away.

"Arey haan tu jaa, all the best, aur jaldi jaa warna jo main kar raha hun, uski khushbu tujhe bahar tak aane lagegi" Aarav said and Aniket again made a face and left.

Manvi too made a face and started hitting him but slipped over the water and was about to fall when he held her. Aarav's hand fell on the shower tap and it started. Aarav and Manvi both were in a trance. A while later Manvi realized that they were getting drenched and she stood straight. She came out of the shower. Aarav too smiled but something mysterious came to his mind.

"Manvi ab bheeg hi gai ho toh saath mein naha lete hain" he said.

"Kuch bhi Aarav" Manvi said blushingly. She was about to move out of the washroom but Aarav held her hand.

"Nahi nahi bheeg toh gaye hain dono main paani waste nahi hone de sakta dono saath mein naha lete hain" he said.

"Aarav kya kar rahe ho chhodo mujhe"

"Arey kyun tum dar rahi ho dekho Aniket ke office jaane tak toh hum neechey nahi jaa sakte na toh naha lete hain haina, time bhi bachega" he said teasingly.

"Aarav kya kuch bhi" she tried to push him away but he didn't leave her hand and she blushed at this. She knew he was doing it purposely in order to tease her.

"Tumhein saath mein nahana hai ruko" she said and moved towards him. Aarav stepped backwards. Manvi brought him under the shower and moved a little behind. She turned on the shower again and it showered on Aarav.

"Arey ye kya kar rahi ho Manvi"

"Tumhein toh nahana tha na sath mein" she said laughingly and kept him under the shower. She even threw water at him from the bucket beside her.

"Lo ab jee bhar ke nahao" she said laughingly. She was about to move out but Aarav held her and brought her close.

"Main tumhe nahin jaane dunga, jab tak Aniket nahin chala jaata, main tumhein kahin nahin jaane dunga" he said with a broad smile and she blushed.

Here downstairs, Aniket had looked for everyone in almost every room but didn't find anyone.

"Maa, choti maa" he called out but no one came.

"Kamaal hai, mera office ka pehla din hai par koi bhi nahi ghar mein" he said and sat down sadly on the breakfast table. The next he saw a plate being served to him.

"Choti maa mujhe..." but he saw that it was Chandralekha.

"Chandralekha ji aap"

"Haan main"

" Mujhe laga choti maa ne breakfast serve kiya hai, kahan hain wo bulaiye unhein" he said.

"Kyun mere breakfast serve karne se breakfast mein zeher fail jayega? Main koi ichha dhari naagin hun? Ya koi vishkanya? Jo tum hamesha aise bhaagte rehte ho mujhse?" She asked angrily.

"Maine aisa toh nahin kaha Chandralekha ji " he replied innocently.

"Toh har waqt kya Maa, choti maa, Dada karte rehte ho? Main agar tumhari madat kar bhi deti hun toh is mein problem kya hai" she asked.

"Koi problem nahi hai, aap shaant ho jaiye aur serve kariye breakfast aaram se" he said.

Nitya tried to relax and she smiled "Thik hai, main juice lekar aati hun tum baithke nashta karo"

She went to the kitchen to get the juice for him. When she brought the juice she noticed that he was looking around.

"Ab kya dhundh rahe ho?" She asked.

"Baki sab kahan hain?"

Nitya sat beside him and replied "Baki sab mandir gaye hain, tumhara pehla din hai isiliye prarthana karne"

"Oh achha" he said sadly.

"Main sab samajhti hun, Maa ya choti maa ne tumhein breakfast nahi serve kiya, isliye tum aisi shakal bana rahe ho na, dekho mujhe koi shauk nahin hai tumhari seva karne ka, lekin ghar mein koi nahin hai" she started angrily but then came to tears and continued "isiliye main tumhare liye subah subah uthi, itne mann se breakfast banaya, lunch ready kiya, aur tum aise behave kar rahe ho" and she got up to leave, Aniket noticed those tears in her eyes and held her hand.

"Chandralekha ji, aap galat samajh rahin hain, aap please baith jaiye" he said and made her sit on the chair next to him.

"Dekhiye Chandralekha ji, aap mujhe galat samajh rahi hain" he said.

"Bilkul thik samajh rahi hun, na mere pati ko meri kadar hai, na tumhein" she said and tears rolled down her eyes.

"Aisa bilkul nahi hai Chandralekha ji, main aapki aankhon mein aansu nahi dekh sakta please rona band kijiye" he said and started wiping her tears.

"Toh fir aise strangely kyun behave kar rahe ho" she asked.

"Main sabko isliye dhundh raha tha Chandralekha ji kyunki aaj mera pehla din hai office mein, aur sabka aashirwad liye bina main kaise jaa sakta hun" he said

"Sach?" she asked and he nodded.

"Aap chahein toh mujhe roz breakfast serve kar sakti hain, par please aise roiye mat" he requested and she wiped her tears.

Aniket smiled, he was lost in her innocence and said "Chandralekha ji aap bahot innocent hain, aapke chehre par ye aansu nahi balki innocent si smile hi achhi lagti hai"

Nitya smiled at it. Aniket noticed that her kajal was spread around her eyes.

"Chandralekha ji wo..." he pointed to her eyes. She tried wiping it but couldn't, so he took out his handkerchief and wiped her eyes with it.

"Ab thik hai?"she asked.

He gestured her a perfect sign and she smiled broadly. He finished his breakfast and was about to leave. He took his laptop bag and turned to leave but Nitya stopped him.

"Ab kya hua Chandralekha ji?" He asked.

"Ye dahi cheeni khaakar jaiye, aapki nai shuruat hai na aapka din achha hoga" she said and made him eat a spoonful of curd.

"Ab jaun?" he asked and Nitya nodded. He moved towards the corridor but Nitya stopped him again.

"Ab kya hua?"

"Wo maa aur choti maa ne kaha tha ki aap mandir chale jaiyega, wahan bhagwan aur sabka aashirwad le leejiyega" she said to which he nodded. He turned to leave but she called him again.

"Kya hua Chandralekha ji?"

"Ye blazer aap par bahot achha lag raha hai, mujhe achha laga aapne meri pasand ke kapde pehne" she said

"Ye aapne nikala tha mere liye?" He asked.

Nitya nodded and he said "aur mujhe laga ki maa ya choti maa..."

"Nahi ye maine hi choose kiya tha"

"Thanks" he replied with a smile and turned to leave.

"Aniket ji" Nitya called out.

"Ab kya hua Chandralekha ji?" He asked. Nitya nodded and he moved out of the house. Nitya was still waving at him. She didn't even realize that it had been more than five minutes.

"Agar mere devar ji chale gaye hon toh kya main baahar aa sakti hun Chandralekha ji" Manvi called out to which Nitya came out of the trance and she looked up.

"Ye tu puri bheegi kaise?" Nitya asked.

"Puch mat, ye sab tu aur tere pati ke romantic moments ki wajah se hua hai" Manvi replied and sneezed. Aarav too came out.

"Haan bhai Nitya ab apne pati ko na tum hi sambhalo" he said and he too sneezed. Nitya noticed that he was even drenched in water.

"Samajh gai bhaiya, aap dono bina wajah mujhe aur mere pati ko blame mat keejiye, ye meri love story ki wajah se nahi balki aap dono ke rain romance ki wajah se aapki ye haalat hui hai" she said and started to laugh.

Aarav and Manvi looked at each other and then at Nitya all embarrassed.

"Mujhe change karna hai" said Manvi and went to her room.

"Mujhe bhi" Aarav said and moved inside his room.

"Tu kuch bhi bole Mannu, aur Aarav bhaiya aap bhi chaahe kuch bhi bole aap dono pyaar toh ekdusre se bahot karte hain, sirf kehte nahin hain" Nitya said.

TK Industries

Aarav was in his cabin and he was working on something. He remembered that Aniket was in the office today. He dialed his assistant.

"Nancy aaj meri koi meeting toh nahi hai na?" He asked

"Nahi sir aaj koi meeting nahi hai"

"Good, sir ko inform kar do main ghar jaa raha hun, main half day leave le raha hun" he said and she replied positively.

He left an email to his boss regarding the half day leave and even called him to inform. The boss agreed and he left the office

Malhotra Niwas

Aarav rang the doorbell and Manvi opened the door. She noticed him carrying a small bouquet too.

"Aarav ? Tum yahan? Itni jaldi ? Kya hua sab thik hai na?" She asked.

"Haan sab thik hai" he replied getting inside.

"Aur ye phool?"

"Ye ? Ye main soch raha tha tumhari wo jo saheli hai na kya naam tha uska vo Rashmi usay deta chalun" he replied sarcastically and she understood the sarcasm.

"Thik hai thik hai taane dene ki zarurat nahi hai, waise tum itni jaldi kaise aa gaye '' she asked.

He took out two tickets from his pocket and said "Aaj Aniket ghar par nahi hai, main soch raha tha ki movie dekh li jaaye? Aaj wo hoga bhi nahi sawal karne ke liye"

Manvi excitedly asked "Tickets hum dono ke liye?"

"Nahi, soch raha hun chote papa aur maa ko bhej dun" he again replied sarcastically.

"Arey tum aise kyun bol rahe ho" Manvi said.

"Arey toh tum sawal hi ajeeb kar rahi ho, phool kiske liye, ye ticket kiske liye, banda apne ghar half day leave lekar aa raha hai, aur uski biwi aise sawal kar rahi hai, toh aur kya kahega vo bhala" he complained.

"Achha thik hai bigdo mat, Main taiyyar hoti hun fir aati hun" Manvi replied.

"Manvi beta kisse baat kar rahi ho kaun aaya hai" Nandini called and came over there.

Aarav hid the flowers behind his back and Manvi took them from his hand.

"Arey Duggu tu ? Is waqt? Kya hua sab thik hai na?" She asked.

"Haan choti maa sab thik hai" Aarav replied.

Nandini looked at both of them and smiled "Achha aaj Aniket ghar par nahi hai, isliye tu aaya hai na, main sab samjhti hun, jaa Manvi ko ghuma laa " she said.

"Jee choti maa" he replied blushingly. Nandini left and Manvi started going upstairs.

"Suno 3 baje show hai, jaldi taiyyar ho jao"

Manvi agreed and went to her room. She was almost ready when Aarav entered the room.

"Aarav, main aa hi rahi thi na" Manvi said looking at him in the mirror

"Aaj Aniket ghar par nahi hai, main chahta hun tum mere saath mere patni ke roop mein chalo"he said.

"Matlab?" She wondered and turned to him.

Aarav brought his hand forward and opened his fist. It was the sindoor dani in his hand. He took out a pinch from it and filled her hairline, Manvi smiled at it. He then took out the mangalsutra from her drawer and tied it around her neck.

"Ab chalein?" Manvi asked.

Aarav extended his arm and Manvi took it. Both of them stepped downstairs.

Valor Group of Companies.

"Welcome on board Aniket, aao tumhare jaise kaabil aadmi ka hamari company mein bahot swagat hai, I know as a business head tum hamari company ke liye ek asset saabit hoge" said the M.D shaking hands with Aniket.

"Thank you sir, I hope main aapki ummidon par khara utar sakun sir" said Aniket with a smile.

It was Aniket's first day, he was nervous but also excited for his new journey. They had a meeting in the conference room and he hoped that everything went well. He had already planned and prepared his presentation.

When the meeting started everyone told about their ideas and Aniket too proposed his ideas. He explained his worries and concern regarding the company and he also gave their solution. Everyone clapped their hands ,they were impressed by him.

"So it's final, Aniket ka proposed plan hi jayega hamare clients ko" said the M.D and others agreed.

"Okay so ladies and gentlemen ab baki discussion agli meeting mein karenge" said the M.D and they started leaving the conference room.

A man came up to him and extended his arm "Nice job Aniket"

"Thank you"

"By the way, mera naam Neil Mukherjee, main Executive Director hun yahan, tumhari tarah thik do din pehle mujhe bhi yahan appoint kiya gaya hai " he said.

" Nice to meet you Neil" he replied.

"Vaise shayad tumne mujhe pehchana nahi, main America mein mila tha tumhein Karan ki party mein" he asked.

"I really don't remember," Aniket said.

"Arey Karan ki party mein, tumhari girlfriend bhi toh aai thi wahan, kya naam tha uska...Nisha...Naina..."

"Arey bekar mein mehnat mat karo, tumhein shayad koi galatfehmi hui hai Neil meri kabhi koi girlfriend nahi thi" Aniket replied.

"Arey thi yaar, tum log kitne romantic thay"

"Tumhein bahot badi galatfehmi hui hai Neil meri kabhi koi girlfriend nahi thi, chalo lunch karte hain" Aniket said.

Neil thought "Ye mana kyun kar raha hai, shayad breakup ho gaya bechare ka"

They sat for a lunch "Waise aaj jo tumne proposal rakha na Aniket, I was so impressed, zaroor aaj tum koi haseen chehra dekhkar aaye ho subah subha, jo tumhare liye lucky charm sabit hua hai" Neil said and Aniket smiled remembering Nitya.

"Matlab main sahi tha? Koi haseen chehra dekha hai na tumne sabse pehle? Nai girlfriend haan? Lucky charm na?" Neil guessed.

Aniket nodded and said "Lucky charm toh hai, par meri girlfriend nahi, bahot masoom hai vo" he remembers Nitya's innocent face.

Later Aniket's assistant showed him his cabin and he smiled looking at it. He sat on his chair and looked around.

"Aniket sir, main Kiran, aapki assistant, aapko kuch bhi chahiye aap mujhe bol sakte hain" she said with a wide smile. Aniket noticed her drooling over him, charmed by his looks.He faked a smile.

"Zaroor Kiran ji, ab aap jaiye, mujhe bahot kaam hai" he said.

"Sure sir, lekin kuch bhi zarurat ho toh batana zaroor" she said and left.

"Aaj sach mein Chandralekha ji ne mujhe good luck wish kiya tha, she is my lucky charm, kuch gift le jana chahiye mujhe unke liye"he thought.

Later that evening, Aarav and Manvi came to a restaurant to have dinner.

"Movie achhi lagi na?" Aarav asked.

"Akshay Kumar ki movie mujhe hamesha achhi lagti hai, he's my favorite" Manvi said excitedly.

The manager came to them and asked "Table for 2?"

Aarav nodded and replied " Yes"

He took them to a table. They settled on the table. The waiter brought the menu for them. Aarav placed it in front of Manvi but she moved it to him.

"Bhala kyun ?" He asked.

"Main bhi toh dekhun pichle 6 mahine mein mera pati mujhe kitna jaan paya hai" she said.

Aarav smiled and indicated to the waiter to come forward. He said the order in his ears.

Manvi asked, " Kya order kiya?"

"Aa raha hai , dekh lena" he replied.

The waiter brought the order. He started serving it to them. Manvi was surprised it was all what she wanted to have that night.

"Kadhai paneer, dum aaloo, pulaw aur naan" she looked at him excitedly. He shrugged and they had their dinner.

Later the waiter also brought the dessert. Manvi was amazed it was her favorite.

"Chocolate cheesecake pastry!" She screamed and Aarav squeezed her hand. Manvi got silent and Aarav fed her the first bite. Manvi smiled and quickly had it. She didn't even allow Aarav to take a single bite from it.

"Arey ek bite toh taste karne do" Aarav requested.

"Nahi main apna desert kisi ke sath share nahi karti"she said.

"Arey 300 rs ki pastry, ek bite toh lene do" he requested.

Manvi's eyes widened "arey baap re itni mehngi desert, phir toh main bilkul nahi de sakti" she said grabbing the last bite. Aarav made a face and she teased him more. Aarav laughed at this.

Malhotra Niwas

Aniket reached home, everyone saw him entering the house and they gathered around to ask him about his day.

"Kaisa tha pehla din mere Ani ka" asked Nandini.

"Bahot achha, sab bahot impressed thay mujhse choti maa" he replied.

"Vo toh hona hi tha, kya hum sab nahin jaante ki hamara Ani kitna smart aur hoshiyar hai aur kitni mehnat bhi toh ki hai isne U.S mein" said Karan praising him.

"Ye sab sirf meri mehnat nahi balki aap sab logon ke aashirwad aur good wishes ka nateeja hai chote Papa" Aniket said, eyeing Nitya who was standing on the first floor.

A while later, as they all left him he went upstairs where she stood.

"Kaisa tha din aapka Aniket" asked Nitya.

"Din toh achha jaana hi tha, aapke haath se dahi cheeni jo khai thi maine" he replied.

Nitya blushed and said "Ye sab aapki mehnat ka fal hai Aniket"

"Sirf meri mehnat nahi, mera lucky charm bhi tha mere sath" he said

"Kya matlab?"

"Ah...kuch nahi main kuch laya hun aapke liye" he said and took out a gift box from his bag.

"Ye kya hai?"

"Khaas aapke liye, kholkar dekhiye" he said.

Nitya quickly opened the gift. She was surprised to see it. It was the same saree Aniket had once sent her after their wedding when they were in the USA. Nitya immediately went inside her room with the saree

"Ajeeb ladki hai, gift pasand nahi aai kya isay? Na thank you na kuch kaha" he thought.

A while later Aarav and Manvi returned home. Aniket was in the courtyard. He saw them together and was confused seeing them. He was even more confused when he saw Manvi dressed like a married woman wearing sindoor and mangalsutra.

"Dada, Manvi ji aap log ye" he asked.
