Sarah and Casey walked into Castle, the Leader cuffed. Sarah looked down and saw you and Chuck sitting side by side, looking down.

"Chuck? Y/N, what's the matter?" Sarah asked.

"You promised that you wouldn't hurt them." Chuck shouted.

Sarah and Casey were confused but then Jill came out, guns in both hands, pointed at them.

"Put the guns on the table, take the cuffs off now." Jill ordered.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry. We let her out. It's our fault." Chuck said.

"We're sorry." you said as well.

Casey slowly put his guns down and uncuffed the Leader. You and Chuck held each other's hand tight under the table, hoping this all goes smoothly.

"Now, I believe we were headed to a holding area. Show me the way." The Leader said, grabbing the guns and pointing them at Sarah and Casey as Jill did the same. Sarah and Casey slowly walked over.

You and Chuck looked over at them, making sure they wouldn't do anything to them.

"Do what he says and you two will be okay." Jill said, walking back to you guys.

" What about our friends?" you asked.

"Just do what he says."

"How could you do this, Jill?" Chuck asked.

" Chuck, it's complicated."

That angered Chuck and he turned around.

" Listen, I know complicated, okay? How could you do this?"

You turned around also to glare at her.

"You did an excellent job, my dear." The Leader said, coming to join you.

"Show me the access screen for the Joint Intelligence Database. " Jill ordered.

"Um, I'm sorry. I don't know how to do that." Chuck answered.

"Yeah me neither."

"Do it now or I'll kill your friends, starting with the blonde."

You and Chuck looked at each other.

"Chuck..." you said softly, scared.

Chuck sighed and turned around and did what they asked.

" Thank you, Chuck."

"This was all a trick, wasn't it? I mean, you guys just did all this just to get in here and access our computer. Y-You, you let her shoot you." Chuck said, frustrated.

"Devious, aren't we? Move them." Leader said, grabbing you both and pushing you.

"Don't touch her." Chuck warned when he saw how he handled you.

Jill then grabbed her guns and had them pointed at you both as she lead you down to the holding cells.

"Jill, you're making a big mistake."

" I have to do what he says, Chuck."

"Why? Why? What is your boss searching for? I mean, what, what secret is worth this?" you asked.

" He's searching for someone."

" Who?"

"Bryce Larkin."

" Bryce? Why are you looking for Bryce?" Chuck asked, as he sneakily grabbed the Castle manuel from earlier, keeping it hidden behind his back.

" Chuck, don't try and protect him. We know he's CIA. He stole something from us."

Jill finished, walked out and locked you and Chuck inside the cell. You were across from Sarah and Casey.

"They're looking for the Intersect." Casey said.

" I'm sorry, Sarah. We should have listened to you." you said.

"We'll figure something out." Sarah replied.

"Actually, I have a plan." Chuck jumped in, reading the manual.

" Hey, what are you doing? That's the Castle manual. I told you that's top secret." Casey shouted.

"Yeah, I know. So are we."

Whatever Chuck did, it worked. The screens went down and that ticked off Jill and the Leader.

They came over to your cell and found you sitting on the bench in there and Chuck was lying down on it, head resting on your lap.

"What did you do?" the Leader asked.

" Like I told Jill, I read the manual."

" What... did you do?"

" Well, I locked you out of the computer system using the remote console that every room in Castle is equipped with. It's in the manual. Unfortunately, said manual is in here with me, and since I overrode Castle's primary controls, we're now safely locked within these bulletproof cells. Devious, aren't I?"

"He's very, very good." you added, smirking at them.

"I'll make one call and my men will be here in 20 minutes."

" I'm so glad you brought that up because I also activated the base's communications jammer, so no calls out." Chuck began, lifting his head off your lap and getting up to walk over towards Leader and Jill. "Sorry about that-- and because I triggered the CIA's trouble alarm, I think the cavalry's going to be here in ten minutes or so. The nerd in me really, really wants to say "Checkmate" right about now."

" Never say that."

"Why?"

" Because you don't know who you're playing against. These cells might be bulletproof, but they can't withstand that." Leader said as he placed a bomb on Sarah and Casey's cell." The blast will kill them, but I'll bet your cell will be fine."

"Chuck, don't do anything." Sarah shouted.

" Stay in that cell, Bartowski and L/N." Casey ordered.

"Jill?" you called out to her, coming up to stand beside Chuck.

" Just do what he says."

"Open the door or your friends will die."

You and Chuck just stood there, not knowing what to do.

"Good-bye, Mr. Bartowski and Ms. L/N."

" W-W-W-W-Wait! Wait." Chuck shouted.

He then punched in a code and your cell opened.

"Now, show me the way out of here." Leader said grabbing Chuck and shoving him out while Jill grabbed you.

" Jill, if you hurt them, I swear..." Sarah warned. Jill just stared at her and then pushed you out.

A short while later, Sarah and Casey heard a sound coming from the system in their cell.

"It's a message from Chuck."

He unlocked the cell and told them they would be at the Buy More. Sarah quickly opened the door and her and Casey ran out.

Chuck opened the secret door that was in the home theatre room of the Buy More. Chuck got out and then reached out his hand to help you out. The Leader and Jill were right behind you two.

They still had guns on you both as you lead them through the Buy More. You and Chuck managed to walk over the trip wire that Jeff had set up earlier but Leader tripped.

Jill raised her gun more as you and Chuck turned around.

"Drop it!" Sarah yelled, running towards Jill while Casey went after the Leader.

Jill ran and Sarah chased after her.

"I'm so done with her." you said as you went with Sarah to get Jill.

"Y/N! Sarah!" Chuck shouted.

"Y/N, what are you doing here?"

"This woman has caused too much damage in Chuck's life and I'm not going to let her do that anymore. It's my job to protect him too you know."

Sarah nodded.

"Alright. But stay close."

Jill saw you and Sarah and had the gun pointed at you. Chuck came running in quietly, trying to stop her and trying to continue his cover.

"Jill, Jill. Hey, I can help you. Come with me." Chuck whispered.

Jill looked at Chuck then back at you and Sarah and Chuck saw she was about to pull the trigger and shoot you.

" Come on." Chuck urged and Jill gave up and followed him.

Chuck lead Jill out to the back of the store.

"What's going on? What are we doing?" Jill asked.

" Look... you're taking the Matrix, okay? All-wheel drive, touch screen navi, iPod capability, and a full tank of gas. It's the perfect getaway car. Just get in and drive as far as you can. I won't call it in, I swear." Chuck said as he opened the door to the car for her.

"Thank you."

Chuck closed the door and Jill rolled down the window.

"Come with me. We can still be together." Jill begged.

"How?"

" Just you and me. No secrets, no spies. Come with me, Chuck."

"No, I, I can't. I can't. I..." Chuck began, playing the part very convincingly. "Look, obviously, there's the whole "opposites attract" chemistry thing that we have, and I, I... it's just the-there's, there's one small problem."

Chuck then pressed a button on the key.

" What are you doing, Chuck?"

Her window rolled up and then cuffs came out of the steering wheel, trapping Jill in the car.

"What's going on? Don't do this to me, Chuck."

" You should know I wanted to help you. I was going to let you get away."

" Chuck, no."

" But when you were about to kill Y/N, my girlfriend, and Sarah too I'm sure, you made the decision for me."

"Your girlfriend?!?"

"You're under arrest, Jill, and this fake relationship? It's done."

Sarah opened the door and you both saw what happened. Sarah stood there shocked while you ran over to him.

"Chuck!" you shouted.

Chuck looked up and sighed in relief and opened up his arms as you circled them around his neck as he wrapped his around his waist and you both squeezed each other tight.

"Thank God, you're okay." you said.

Chuck let go of you a little and smiled and then leaned in to kiss you as Jill glared. You broke the kiss and smiled back at him and then looked at Jill and glared at her.

"This looks good on you." you said as you pointed at the cuffs and then you and Chuck walked off as Jill continued to glare.

"I'm sorry, Sarah." Chuck began as you, him and Sarah walked through the courtyard to his place to enjoy Thanksgiving with his family.

"I should have listened to you from the beginning. You were right: I wasn't ready for this mission."

"No one is ready for this type of mission, Chuck. Your ex being FULCRUM isn't something they teach you in spy school."

" I'm just too trusting. Ever since I was a kid, I really wanted to believe what everybody always told me. "

"Yeah... I always have been too. And since Chuck did care about her, I wanted to believe her too. You know? We're just getting used to this new job-- all the spying and lying."

" Don't get used to it. What makes you both special is that you're not like every other spy. You're good people, and you want to help people. Leave the deception to me." Sarah said, winking at you both.

You and Chuck smiled at her.

"I'm glad we have you." you told Sarah, grabbing her hand and giving it a squeeze.

"Yeah, we're better as a team." Sarah said, nudging you a little.

You both laughed a little and Chuck smiled watching you both.

You all walked into Chuck and Ellie's place and Ellie smiled big and ran over to hug you.

"Happy Thanksgiving!" you both said.

Ellie let go of you and gave Sarah a hug as well.

" Ellie, uh, do you, do you realize that Lester and Jeff of the Nerd Herd are at our table right now? Is everything okay?" Chuck asked.

" Yes, well, the Awesomes couldn't make it, so you know me-- just expand Thanksgiving. Are you okay?"

" Of course, yeah. Why, why do you ask?"

" Well, because Morgan told me about you and Jill. I'm sorry. I just... I was worried about you."

"Um, no, yeah, everything's good. She wanted to see if we could work it out and maybe give it a second try."

" And?"

"There's no way that would happen. I love Y/N way too much. She's the one for me. And I realized that Jill, Stanford, and Bryce-- that's the story from my past. But my new story is you and Y/N and Sarah and these... frigging yahoos." Chuck said, looking at Jeff and Lester." And sometimes... it can be a really fun story."

Chuck and Ellie went back to join you all at the table.

"Toast to, uh, some of the great, uh, faces that I know and some new ones to Thanksgiving." Chuck said as you all raised your glasses and enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving with the people you cared about the most.
