The next day you came in with Chuck at the Buy More to see if there was anything they could do for his computer. You had the day off anyways.

Chuck sneaked you in at the back as you went to see if Chuck's two co-workers, Lester and Jeff, could do anything to fix the computer.

"Nah, I've been through it. It's dead. It's totally fried. This hard drive was... murdered."

" What if you were the unwitting target of a ninja vendetta, and he returns tonight to strangle you with his nunchakus?"

You stared at Jeff in disbelief and Chuck looked terrified.

"That's super, Jeff. Thanks for thinking outside the box on that one. And here I thought I couldn't get any more freaked out. I'm going to go buy some new locks next door at Large Mart. Y/N you coming with?"

"Of course!"

You and Chuck were now in store looking everywhere for these locks.

"You know... We still have not had our conversation."

"I know. It's like the universe does not want us to have it with all this weird stuff happening to us." Chuck said feeling slightly sad that he had not yet been able to tell you how he feels. He just wanted off his chest. And maybe... finally have you as his girlfriend.

You looked at Chuck with a small smile on your face. You then turned back looking around the store.

"Well these locks have to be here somewhere. Let's go find someone." You said grabbing his hand and dragging him along with you.

You both started heading down an aisle when Chuck finally spotted a man.

"Oh, thank God. Excuse me, sir. Do you know where they sell the..."

All of a sudden both you and Chuck started flashing on the man. Learning everything about him. And he was not a nice man that's for sure. When the flash was over both you and Chuck looked at each other totally confused at was happening to both of you. But then also feeling totally terrified of the man standing before you.

"What do you want? " The man asked.

"Um... No. Sorry." Chuck started.

" Sorry. Nothing. Nothing at all. " You said joining in.

"Just... I was, uh... Look at that." Then Chuck grabbed your hand keeping you close to him.

You both could see the man was holding a nail gun while following them. You both were trying not to panic but it failed when you both looked back and noticed him readying the gun.

"Oh, God!" Chuck was starting to freak out.

You both started to run when all of a sudden a bunch of carts were driving by stopping you both from being able to leave.

"Come on. Oh, My God!"

" Thank god!" You yelled in relief when they finally cleared.

Chuck and you began running trying to find an employee to warn them. You both spotted a woman and ran quickly towards her.

"Listen! There's a guy here, and he's trying to do something. I don't know. You have to call the cops, security the guy at the front who's checking receipts."

The woman looked extremely confused.

"What kind of guy?"

"Scary, kind of a terminator vibe. " Chuck started.

"Stubble. Red hair." You added.

"Black leather jacket? " The woman asked.

"Yes!" You and Chuck yelled.

"Like that guy."

You and Chuck looked over. The terrifying man was now looking like the nicest man on earth, smiling and being totally polite to the cashier.

You both then looked at each other totally confused about what happened. The woman walked away from you both thinking you were both crazy. Chuck then put his hand on your back leading out the store and taking you back to Buy More. You were both looking around totally freaked out about what happened and feeling slightly paranoid.

"Listen Chuck. I think I'm going to head back home and just relax. I'm feeling slightly on edge right now."

"Are you sure?" Chuck didn't like the fact of you going out alone right now.

"Yeah I'll be fine. Besides, I don't think they'll like me hanging out with you during your entire shift." You said with a small smile on your face.

"No... But it does keep me sane with you here."

You giggled.

"You'll be fine. You are almost done. How about I meet you back at your place when you're done work."

"Perfect." Chuck said smiling now.

"Alright. I'll see you later then."

You turned around heading towards your car not realizing Chuck was watching you the whole time with a smile on his face.

As you were heading towards your car you were stopped by the blonde woman from yesterday.

"Hi! Can I help you?"

"Sorry! I saw you at the Buy More yesterday. Do you work there?"

"Oh! No! My best friend does though! Chuck."

"Chuck? Oh yeah! He's the guy who fixed my phone!"

"Yeah. He is a miracle worker when it comes to stuff like that." You both began laughing.

"He seriously is! Sorry I didn't introduce myself. I'm Sarah."

"Y/N." You said reaching out to shake her hand.

"So what can I do for you then Sarah?"

"I just moved here."

" Welcome. "

"Thanks. And, uh... I don't really know anyone here. I was wondering if you would show me around. That is, if you're free. I know it's weird we just met but you just seem so friendly."

"Oh! Well thank you! Um, well I do have plans with Chuck but nothing major."

"Oh he can join too!"

"Okay! Well let me go talk to him and I'll let you know!"

"Perfect! Let me give you my number."

You handed Sarah your phone as she punched in her number and you doing the same with her phone.

"Perfect! I'll call you back ASAP."

"No problem! Talk to you real soon."

You headed back into the Buy More to talk to Chuck and saw him with his head lying on his desk.

"I'm losing my mind. I'm losing my mind. I'm losing my mind."

You couldn't help but smile and started to ding the bell by his head to snap him out of it.

"Morgan, not now." Chuck said laying his hand on top of yours. He then squeezed it slowly looking up and quickly stood up letting go of your hand, feeling totally embarrassed now realizing it was you.

"Y/N! I'm so sorry! I thought you left."

You laughed at how adorable he was being.

"It's okay! Yeah I was about to then I got stopped by that girl who came in to get her phone fixed. Sarah? Blonde? Remember her?"

"I sure do..." Morgan said walking by.

You and Chuck both just stared at him before turning back to each other again.

"Uh yeah I do. What about her?"

"Well she approached me in the parking lot on the way to my car. Apparently she's new here and wants someone to show her around town and said you could come along too when she found out we were best friends."

"Oh okay... Little weird since she just met us. But uh...sure! When?"

"Tonight."

Chuck's face fell a bit. Another opportunity taken away from him to be alone with you and tell you how he felt.

"Oh tonight? But what about us?"

"Well we could do it tomorrow maybe?"

Chuck looked down for a second feeling slightly disappointed but when he looked back up at you seeing that smile on your face he couldn't say no.

"Alright. Meet me at my place to go get her?"

"Yeah! Sounds good. I'll give her a call and find out her address and all."

"Alright. See ya tonight Y/NN"

"See ya Chuck!"

You walked outside and began to call Sarah.

"Hello?"

"Hey Sarah! It's Y/N."

"Oh hey! So are we all good?"

"We are golden. Can we come pick you up at your place at around 7?"

"Sure! I'll text you my address."

"Great! See ya tonight then!"

"Yeah! Can't wait."

You then ended your call and started heading towards your car.
