Once you and Sarah got to the hospital you ran to find Chuck while Sarah went to quickly meet up with Casey. You were able to find out which room Ellie was staying in and when you got to the floor you found Chuck standing in front of the window of Ellie's room, looking extremely upset.

You slowly walked up to him.

"Chuck?" you called out softly.

Chuck turned around and saw you and quickly walked up to you and you wrapped your arms tightly around him as he did the same with you.

"Chuck I'm so sorry. What happened?" you asked him while still hugging him.

"I don't know. I don't know how this could happen. How could someone want to hurt Ellie?"

"I don't know Chuck. But we are going to figure this all out and help Ellie.'

Chuck could only nod and hold you tighter.

Casey and Sarah appeared and came walking up to the both of you. You and Chuck pulled out of your hug but still kept your arms around each other.

"Pulled the video surveillance. Man, posing as an officer, exposed your sister to the poison." Casey revealed.

"Why would anyone want to hurt Ellie? She doesn't know anything about nuclear codes. She doesn't even want us to own a microwave."

"Good news, means the person who poisoned her is still out there looking for the intel chip. " Casey said.

"No, no, no, no. There is no good news. Okay, you just told me that my sister was poisoned by the same stuff as a dead guy."

" Chuck, our medical teams are trying to identify the poisoning agent to create an antidote for Ellie." Sarah said calmly.

" There's no time! If it's the same poison as the dead guy, that means Ellie's only got a few hours left. Look, this is easy. All we've got to do is find the codes, and we get get the bad guy to trade us for the antidote. Okay, we do this kind of thing in our sleep." Chuck said.

" Even if we knew where the codes were, that's not a practical plan. Can't risk the bad guy endangering millions of lives for the one." Casey tried to explain.

"This is my sister we're talking about, all right? We can't just sit around and watch her die."

"Guys there's got to be something we can do. Anything!" you said stepping in. This was bothering you just as much as Chuck.

"Okay, the only clue we have so far is the bug that we found on Ellie." Sarah said.

"Soundproof box." Casey said, showing you and Chuck the device, placed inside a little box." Don't want the bad guy knowing we're onto him. We've got a team working on reversing the tracking signal."

You looked at the box and quickly grabbed it handing it to Chuck.

"Hey, what are you doing? No!" Casey asked you, trying to stop you.

Chuck opened the box and began to talk into it.

"Found the codes. Can't believe where Mason Whitney hid them. I'm going to keep them on the lady doctor until we can move them safely."

" Now the bad guy's going to come to us. Not bad, Bartowski and L/N. Do that ever again and I'll kill you both." Casey said , taking the piece back.

You and Chuck were now in Ellie's room. You were going to let him have his time alone but he really wanted you in there with him for support and comfort so of course you accepted.

Chuck was sitting in the chair beside his sister's bed as you stood behind him, keeping your hands on his shoulders to let him know you were there with him.

"I'm going to fix this, Ellie, I swear." Chuck started. "Look, I know that you just think I'm just Chuck, your screw-up little brother. But there's a lot about me you don't know. See, I'm, I'm... I'm also Chuck, the guy with all these... Important government secrets in my brain. As well as Y/N here..."

"Ellie you have no idea how much we both want to tell you everything. You are like my big sister too and... It's just been getting rough."

Chuck reached up and squeezed your hand.

"I can make this better. I will make this better. Everything is so different now. Ellie, everything is so different now. I used to be able to come you, and ask your advice about anything. And now, my whole life, Y/N's whole life is, like, a lie."

Devon came walking in now as you and Chuck looked over at him.

"Went downstairs to get Ellie's sweater from her locker."

"Her lucky sweater." Chuck said, gently grabbing it from Devon." She could use it. Thanks, Devon."

"It's perfect Devon." you added.

Chuck then took the sweater and laid it across Ellie. He then found a necklace and as you and Chuck looked at it you both flashed seeing a file called "SANCTUARY" come up. You and Chuck looked at each other and quickly left the room.

You ran around the hospital finally to find Sarah and Casey, not paying attention to the man holding up the antidote as well as the poison in his hands.

"We found them! We found them! We found them. We got the codes. The codes are on the necklace." Chuck shouted running into the table, hitting the man and making him drop the poison which started to poison you all. The man quickly ran out after, along with Sarah and Casey going after him.

"Wait!" Chuck called out.

" Casey, wait!" you called out also, trying to stop them.

You all ran across the hospital trying to stop the man when finally Casey grabbed a crutch, throwing it at the man, knocking him down but as well as the antidote which Sarah dive bombed for, catching it.

"Here." Sarah said handing it to you. "Maybe you can split it somehow?"

"No, no, it's for Ellie." you said handing it to Chuck.

"I'm sorry. There's no debate. It has to be at least one of you if not both of you. You're the intersects."

"We won't take it knowing that Ellie will die without it, that both of you have been poisoned, too." Chuck said

"Yeah no not happening!" you argued.

"You're good people guys and I respect that, but I got a job to do. So take it before I shove it down your throats." Casey threatened.

"Okay, okay, fine. We'll do it."

" Thank you."

"I'll pretend to agree to take it, then I'll run like Hell to my sister's room and make her take it no matter how badly I want to save Y/N too."

"And I agree with Chuck's plan even though I really want to save him too."

"Why did we just say that out loud?" Chuck asked.

"It 's the poison. It makes you tell the truth." Sarah explained.

"You do that, I'll give chase, put a gun to your head, threaten to pull the trigger if you don't either of you don't take it." Casey said.

" Would you really shoot one of us or both?" you asked.

" No."

" Yeah, don't waste the bullet. We're already dead." Chuck said and began to run to Ellie's room, you following closely behind.

You made it and were able to give Ellie the antidote and now she is perfectly fine. You, Chuck, Sarah and Casey though was a different story. You were all sitting on the floor against the wall. You and Chuck sitting on one side and Sarah and Casey sitting just around the corner.

"You know, if I had a blog this would be a really big day for me. Do my laundry? Check. Save my sister's life? Check. Save my own life? Final entry."

"Wow you were way more productive than me. At least I did one thing." you said.

" I am so sorry about all of this." Sarah said turning towards both of you.

" That's okay. That's okay. It's not ideal, but I've lived a pretty good life, you know? I mean, how many guys can say they've landed a helicopter and saved the lives of innocent people?"

"Courageous and honorable members of the united states military." Casey answered.

"Yeah I never thought in a million years that I would have been able to do something like this and I am quite proud about it." you added.

"And hey, and the silver lining is now I don't have to work out my five-year plan again. Streamlined that down to about five hours."

"Yeah but there was something I really wanted to do and now I never will get to." you said looking at Chuck.

"Yeah me too." he said looking back at you.

You gave Chuck a sad smile but then looked over and saw something sitting on the floor and you got up to grab it. When you picked it up you flashed on it, learning everything about the man that you tried to catch. Chuck, Sarah and Casey quickly got up also to join you when they noticed you flashed.

"Bad guy's name is Riordan Payne. Used to be an Olympic gymnast, blew out his knee. Now he sells hard-to-find items, like nuclear codes, to hard-to-find people. Lots of people want to spend lots of cash on these codes, but they're not going to get the chance."

" Oh. Why not?" Casey asked.

" Because this thing's going to lead us right to him." you said with a smirk on your face. You then pressed a button and a tracking system came on showing where he was and you quickly ran, Chuck right behind and Sarah and Casey not far behind.

You all hopped into Chuck's car and later found yourselves at a building. The door was locked.

"I got it I got it." Sarah shouted.

"No I got it." Casey argued.

You and Chuck looked at each other, shrugged then looked back at them

"Well, who's better at it?" Chuck asked.

" I am."

" She is. Damn truth serum." Casey said upset.

Sarah pick locked and you all quickly got in. You all ran up to an elevator and stood there waiting for it. Chuck looked over at you.

"God you're so beautiful!" Chuck said looking at you.

"Thanks Chuck. I think you are very handsome." you said looking at him.

"Thanks. And Sarah you're pretty too. But I really only have eyes for Y/N here."

"Really?" you asked looking at Chuck. But he was looking at Casey now.

"Casey, your jaw was chiseled by Michelangelo himself."

"Thank you."

" Oh, yeah."

You all made it to Riordan's door and Sarah knocked on it.

"Yes? Who is it?" he called out.

" The NSA, CIA and me and her, who are little tougher to explain, but... " Chuck started.

Casey then shot the lock off, opening the door.

"We all have our skill set." Casey said shrugging and you all walked in to Payne's apartement.
