Smokey jallof rice

Recipe:
4 cup of rice
Onions
Seasoning cubes
4 scotch bonnet
3 red pepper
5 big tomatoes
4 chicken, drumsticks
Salt
Curry
Thyme
70kg tin tomatoes
Oil
Butter
Sweetcorn

Preparation :
Slice the onions and set it aside. Blend the pepper together and set it aside. Boil the chicken with seasoning cubes, some sliced onions, curry, thyme and salt. Let it boil for like 30 minutes!
Place the pot on a medium heat and add some oil. Pour the blended pepper, chicken broth, seasoning cubes, a little salt, curry, thyme and tin tomatoes. Stir fry for about 5 minutes. Add some water enough to cook the rice then cover it for like 10 minutes!

Wash your rice properly and pour into the pot. Check after 15 minutes to see the level of the water. If it has dried up, add some little water, Cover it and check for every 5 minutes until the water  dried up and the rice is soft. Mix the rice with a wooden spatula!
Pour some Vegetable oil in your fry pan and fry the chicken. Then you can serve your jollof rice with your chicken.
