I don't know what got over ms but trust me I did wait for you, I had all hopes on you but all of a sudden she came into my life after four good years. I don't really know how to start....."

"Shush..." She placed her index finger on his lips shaking her head indicating that he should stop.

"All that had to happen has happened. Just do me a favour" she said with glossy eyes. She still can't believe that he did that

"I would like to meet her" she said with no emotion. Ahmad of course knew who she was referring to but he decided to confirm

"Who?" Raima smiled a bit before saying " Nabila of course. There are a lot of things I need to discuss with her" she winked before adding "please make it be tomorrow. I would love it to be as soon as possible. It's really urgent" then walked away leaving Ahmad to his thoughts.

"What is so urgent that Raima wants to meet Nabila? I just hope this doesn't cause any problem" he soliloquized.

"Hi. I'm Nabila" Nabila said moving her hand forward for Raima. When she noticed that she wasn't planning on replying, she withdrew her hand.

She was still shocked to see Raima. She thought that she was dead, and she's now back. Everything was just confusing her.

After some minutes of silence Nabila decided to speak.
"Why are we here?" Truth to be said, that place was suffocating her. She needed to get out of there very soon

"Well..Raima wanted to discuss something important with you. I guess I should let you two to talk. I'll be outside." Ahmad said and walked out.

He couldn't call me, because Raima was back. He ignored my text messages, because Raima was back. He told me to come here because Raima told him to

I felt tears gathering in my eyes but I held them back. I can't show her that I'm weak.

"Nabila..." She started making me look up to her " what I'm going to say might not sound pleasant to your ears but you should know that it is the truth. I wouldn't want you and Ahmad to start a relationship based on lies and deceits " Nabila scoffed. 'As if she really want us to get married'
"I'm listening" Nabila sighed. She was ready to listen to all what she's got to say.

"It all started when we where in school, precisely, 2015. Ahmad was in his final year while I was just in level 200. We were really close to such an extent that even the lecturers knew about our relationship. Almost half of the school were our well wishers. In fact, our wedding date had already been set, 25th of September, that same year because Ahmad was to finish service that year and securing a job won't be hard for him since his father is very influential and had a lot of businesses so he could decide to give him anyone, with him being the only male child". Nabila was listening until Raima made mention of 25th September, all events of that came back rushing like a bursted water pipe. She was seated but her mind was far gone, she was trembling as she started feeling dizzy. Why did she have to mention that same date? Didn't she know the kind of harm that date caused to her?

Before Raima could understand anything, Nabila stood up and took her heels out of the place. She was feeling suffocated, she needed fresh air.
" Nabila where are you going?" Ahmad said running after her
"To where you don't need to know about" she said and jumped into her car. Ahmad who had long forgotten about Raima followed her in his own car. Raima, whom was watching all that was happening through the glass windows ran out and stopped a cab. She gave the driver instructions to follow Ahmad's car.
