Short description: Bell worries about Cloud not eating enough that she keeps a notebook on what he eats everyday.
Today is one of those days she has to make sure he eats. Over & Equality tries their best to help out. Fluff? ig??

this is driving into the "He barely eats" part i mentioned about RLCraft's Balance.
yes, Bell knows how to write beforehand, she just got better at it with her time with Cloud. her cooking skills however were learned when she was in RLCraft only. both aren't the best, but the best is good enough.

apologies if i butchered any of the Balancers' personalities. i tried (´ . .̫ . "')
also 2 days late,, man. oh well.

The house is mostly quiet. The other Balancers are still looking for the ones still missing, so most of them are out and about, looking around. Only Equality and Over are at this world's Balance's home at the moment.

Equality was still trying to get used to all of this. First they were sent to a universe where the Creators took the Celestials' place, and now they're in a universe where the Creators are no where to be found. At least this Balance is more.. tame? Then the last one? He's not bouncing off the walls like the one previously.

Although, he's a lot more... concerning. He trusted them completely based off the fact that he hasn't seen anyone since he first woke up here. Even if he denies it, Equality knows that look in his eyes whenever they're in danger. When one of the Balancers got too close to death.

He was desperate to hold a connection. He was desperate to make sure they live. To not be alone.

As for Bally... she doesn't seem to like them all that much. Not to the point of her trying to kill them, no, but enough for Balance to tell her to be nicer to them. To put it simply, she overprotective.

The sound of something dragging across paper caught the Balancer's attention. His eyebrows furrowing for a moment before he decided to follow it.

"... Is that...?"

Over is crouching next to Bally, who's holding a pencil in her mouth and dragging it across the small notebook in front of her. The green Balancer looked up at Equality's unfinished question and shrugs.

OverBalance: probably

"Bh quaiet." The wolf says, muffled by the pencil. Causing both Balancer to blink before Equality comes over to see what Bally is writing. If, it could be called that.

It's... a diary? There's a bunch of dates(more like the number of days, there's no month or year) and words next to the dates, lining down to the bottom of each page. It took a moment for Equality to realize that those words are food, and only food. In his defence, her hand— pawwriting?— is terrible.

It's a tracker for food. But, why? For how many they have gotten in a day?

"What... is this for?" Equality asks as he took more mental notes of the tracker. There's unusual jumps between days at some points— actually no, a lot of points. Most of the food only seems to be in small numbers, as well. ‘Steak’ and ‘Steaks’ seems to be a noted distinction since the multiple foods are highlighted by being underlined a bunch of times.

Bally finished writing the date for today, being Day... that's a lot of numbers, goodness. No wonder it took awhile for her to write, she's struggling to write already.

Dropping the pencil, she shuts the notebook with her paw. Shoving it towards the other wolf, he thinks he was named ‘Luke’? Who lightly pushes it behind a chest. She nods towards the other animal and side eyed the two Balancers.

"None of your business." She growls, before rushing towards one of the chests. Propping it open and taking out.. a potato? She dropped the potato on the floor and looked through the chest again.

Over watched the wolf look through the chest for a moment before picking up the potato, bringing it over and placing it by the bucket of water near the stoves.

OverBalance: what are you doing?

The canine raised her head out of the chest, two pork in her mouth. Her tail idly wagging. "Mamin' foof." She looked over to the floor for a moment, before asking through muffled words, "wherb thh potato?"

OverBalance: near the water bucket

"You know how to cook?"

Over lightly nudged the other's shoulder, causing Equality to look at Over, raising an eyebrow with a small grin. "I know you're curious too."

The nature Balancer only rolled his eyes before looking at Bally, who's still staring at them.

OverBalance: can we help?

Slowly, Bally gets up from sitting while waiting for them to finish talking, and brings the pork up to Equally. He carefully takes the meat into his hands as she moved back towards the chest. Her tail flicking the chest back open.

"Clean the potato and cook it with the pork," she instructs them, before diving her head into the chest and taking out an apple. "L'll tamk cawe owf thw resf."

Luke raises his head up into the air and sniffs, recognizing the smell of meat. Barking, he rushes over to the stoves and pawed at the heating stoves, ones that Equality were by. He didn't have time to do anything before Bally jumps down from the countertop to tackle him into the floor.

He whines and moved away as soon as she gets off of him. A paw pushed his face away as he laid down, his ears down and his tail limp. "Those are dangerous things, don't touch those!" Balance's wolf scolded, as the other wolf whines, seemingly apologising.

OverBalance: you could've been nicer?

Over calls from behind Equality, having just checked to see if the potato and pork were done. The sapient wolf in question huffed. "If he kept his paws on those any longer, they could've been burnt! So no, absolutely not."

"Put them in the bundle." Bally told them as she pushes forward the bundle in question. The two Balancers does as instructed, Equality lightly tying the bundle close.

As soon as he finishes, she bit onto the bundle and jumped off the countertop. A muffled ‘thanks’ could be heard before she breaks into a sprint up the stairs. Luke's head perking up with an ear up in the air.

Equality and Over looked at eachother for a moment. Uncertain.

OverBalance: do we follow or

"... Hm." He thought about it for a moment, before shrugging.

The village is lively often in the afternoon. Cloud watches from his window as villagers moved about, doing their own little things. There's a pink fairy floating near one of the farms that had one of the villager in a staring contest, which is still going strong.

The sound of soft footsteps alarts the steve of his beloved wolf as he turns just in time to find Bell approaching him with a bundle. Faintly, he smells meat from it.

"What you got there?" He asks quietly, crouching down to pick the bundle out of her mouth, which she allows immediately. Her tail wagging happily as she goes around him and rub her head against his side.

Lightly chuckling, he pets her head for a moment before opening up the bundle. Blinking at the food inside before turning his head towards Bally, holding the bundle close.

"How did you...?"

"The green and black & white guy helped me make them!" She barked and sat down, her tail dragging itself across the floor. Her paws lightly pressing against each other as her eyes looking away for a moment. "You weren't eating in awhile..."

The light Balancer sat down and patted the wolf's head, who laid her head onto the steve's lap. He didn't say anything, only fidgeting for a moment. His eyes almost seemed to have gotten duller.

"Sorry buddy." He whispered, "I'm... just, not really hungry."

"A bite, at least?" The wolf looked up at him with pleading eyes and how could he say no? The survivor signed and opened the bundle bag up again. Her tail wagging as she perked up immediately.

"Alright, alright... thank you, Bally. Tell the others too, okay?"

She giggled. "No promises!"
