Things in the Genre mansion were relatively normal despite the fact that they had BTS over. Nobody dares to mention what happened the morning/night before, not until Kate would let them. In fact, they are scared to do anything that might upset Kate right now because of her current emotional state. People don't just recover from that sort of thing overnight. Suga was fast asleep on the first couch he could find, Jimin, V, and Jungkook were all sleeping in a guest room they were all cuddling with Jungkook in the middle, much to Kaylee's displeasure, she wanted to be in their with her Kookie but the members of Genre were keeping a close watch on her. She has tried everything from using the bathroom to claiming that he might die in his sleep for reasons unspecified. Namjoon and Jin also crashed in a guest room and J-hope found Kendra's room and slept there after finding some lotion from the bathroom. She didn't mind considering what they have all gone through. Kate, on the other hand, was in the living room still yet to get a minute of sleep despite being exhausted. Everyone who was awake was getting concerned. "Jaeden go talk to her! And make her sleep!" whisper shouts Noelle as they look over at their leader.
        "Why me? Why can't you guys?" he replies looking at the other members and they gave him the really look.
        "I mean we could just hit her in the back of the head," suggests Rory and they all face palm.
        "Great Idea Rory! Let's attack the martial artist of the house and hopes she doesn't throw us into a wall," says Ian sarcastically.
        "You're the only one who can calm her down and make her sleep, BTS is down and you are the best to deal with this kind of thing," insists Kendra as Jaeden gets up and heads over to Kate.
        "Hey, I know this is a bad question but are you okay?" he asks taking a seat beside her. Kate almost trips but basically tackles him in a hug both of them not speaking a word. They stay this way for a few minutes until Jaeden lays down and Kate follows suit. "Let's go to sleep, I will protect you," he whispers in her ear, his hot breath tickling her bare neck. She buries her head into his chest as he wraps an arm around her and they both fall into a well-needed sleep. The members of Genre sigh in relief as they watch the two sleeping figures, Precious went a put a blanket on the two. "Why can't I sleep with Kookie like that?" questions Kaylee ready to stomp up the stairs and cuddle with said person.
        "Because he is a human and not your Kookie. He is a guest and you need to respect his space," explains Ian as Kaylee falls down dramatically.  
        "Why must you be so cruel to me?" she sobs as the member's sweat drop.
        "Don't be so loud, if you wake anyone we're taking away your vocals for the next song," threatens Tia in a playful tone and Kaylee quiets down as Jin comes down the stairs yawning and the members shush him and point towards the couch where Kate and Jaeden were so close a piece of paper won't fit in between them. Truth be told, all the male members of Genre have a thing for her except for Ian who would rather date Hermione Granger or Ginny Wesley. After a few hours, the afternoon came and all of BTS was up, even Suga. It was still, in fact, Christmas. "Are we just going to sit around all day and do nothing for Christmas?" questions V quietly for once.
       "We still have a chance to make this terrible Christmas a good one, Claude sent his gifts through the mail but he said he didn't want to be here because there are to many teenagers with hormones here. We all have gifts up in our room," starts Rory.
        "Robbie, Kylee, Precious, and Kendra said they can handle dinner. We need to get this house decorated in two hours because we had a party planned for everyone in Genre, BTS and our families/friends. We also need someone to distract Kate for a few hours until the surprise party is ready," explains Noelle pulling out a clip board out of thin air because its Christmas and anything can happen.
        "Kate has done so much for all of us. This is just one way we could think of to say thank you," says Jaeden joining the conversation. They all look over to see her sound asleep still. "You're right this is the least we can do for her," smiles J-hope.
        "I can help with the cooking, I'm guessing some members of Genre are currently not present?" asks Jin turning to the members.
        "No, I need Jaeden, Rory and Ian to go pick up Paul, Serena, and the families and friends. That leaves Kaylee and myself for decoration," notes Noelle as Kaylee gets hearts in her eyes. Jimin decided to play cupid and said, "Kaylee and Jungkook can do the streamers and mistletoes." Jungkook shivers at this statement glancing over at her as she explodes from excitement and then goes sprinting to find all the streamers possible while running into every door in her way, doors were not getting in the way of this opportunity.
        "That leaves J-hope, V, Jimin, Suga and Rap Monster. Jimin you and V do the tree please. Leaving Suga and Rap monster to distract Kate," finishes Noelle as Kate finally wakes up and walks over to the scheming teenagers.  

Normal P.O.V:
        Man was that a good sleep! I didn't have any nightmares and for once I felt like everything was fine. I get up to notice Jaeden was gone and I hear faint whispers from the kitchen and head over. "Morning Kate," smiles Taehyung nervously and he was sweating slightly. Kaylee was hiding something behind her back while everyone else was doing the try to act normal thing. I sigh and smile, "what are you guys up to?" I say all knowingly.
        "Not much, Jaeden, Rory and Ian are going to pick up Serena, Paul and friends/families and the rest of us are just going to chill here," insists Tia picking up Skittles, the cat if you don't remember. I could tell their was a weird tension in the air, Dakota then comes running in with his leash and places it at my feet while everyone sighs in relief for some reason. "Oh you want to go for a walk?" I ask picking him up and he licks my cheek. "Right, but first we have introductions to do," I say happily, I have been wanting to introduce them properly for awhile now.
        "Let's start with Genre, this is Kendra, she is going to be an Olympic skater one day. She can play all instruments and is a great dancer. She is also a stunt performer and loves candy. Next we have Robbie his real name is Robert, he is an actor and also a great dancer. Sadly, no instrumental talent but has a killer voice. And Noelle and him don't get along for some reason. Ian is a hard core Harry Potter fanboy. He is working to become a writer and can dance and play all instruments and is a great dancer and also loves Katy Perry. Of course by this point you all know Kaylee, crazy BTS fangirl by day and by night she is also a crazy BTS fangirl. She can sing, play and dance but is mostly a singer, and as you can tell she loves Jungkook. Tia loves cats and she wants to move out and start a cat clan in the woods. She has done the math though and a minimum wage job won't support her cat clan so she is stuck with us. She loves anime and Manga especially Haikyuu, and is in love with aero bars, literally, she wants to marry aero, she also can play any instrument and is the shortest one among us. Noelle is our highest singer and a great dancer and can play all instruments. She is in love with a boy named Sam and is allergic to anything with fur. Kylee isn't technically apart of Genre but she always hangs around here and keeps Kaylee in check sort of. I don't think there is anyone who can keep Kaylee in check. Rory is our best bass player and he loves the taco cat and wearing fedoras. Jaeden is our best percussionist. He can rap, dance, sing and play and loves video games and hopes to become a marine biologist someday. Precious can't dance but she can play all instruments and is a very good writer and costume designer," I say taking a breath.
        "BTS, the short version is Seokjin is the dramatic mother and a very good cook. He loves to play video games and can't dance to save his life. Namjoon is a rapper and breaks everything so make your presents unbreakable. Yoongi sleep all the time and is also a rapper who has a gummy smile and always looks down with everyone and everything. Taehyung is very energetic and just a tiny bit weird and very loud so I'm surprised I got to sleep that long. Hoseok is J-horse and a great dancer. He is your hope now and steals lotion so beware. Jimin is a great dancer as well but beware he is a snuggle bunny and someone stole his jams. And Jungkook is shy around the opposite gender and is the baby maknae of BTS," I stop talking when I see that half of the room looking ready to murder me.
        "I think Dakota needs a walk now, oh and Kaylee no kidnapping Jungkook," I smile evilly running out the door ignoring their protests. Yoongi and Namjoon run to catch up with me as I take Dakota to the car. "Where are you going?" asks Namjoon as I start the engine.
        "If you haven't noticed, we are not in Calgary anymore, we are out of the city by about twenty minutes and I was planning on taking a walk around Calgary," I say as Yoongi jumps in with Dakota.

Back at the mansion:
        "I can't believe her nerve saying I can't dance!" laughs Precious warming up the oven.
        "I would say that was accurate since you really can't dance," burns Robbie as Precious glares at him.
        "She seems better than this morning and that's a good thing because when she breaks down we go down with her," says Kylee helping Kendra with the cookies. "Yeah, remember that time she got a bad grade because Ian and Noelle didn't listen to her? She was crying and then laughing then crying again then super mad at them and then she went to her next class like nothing happened!" exclaims Kendra as the kitchen fills with laughter. In the hallway it was just Jungkook and Kaylee alone hanging streamer. Kaylee 'accidentally' wraps Jungkook up and he was in a tangled mess on the floor and lucky him there was a mistletoe above them both. Kaylee's heart beat picks up as she blushes madly screaming like a fan girl. Jimin then came and saved the poor maknae as Kaylee passes out from the mere though of kissing the Kookie. When Jimin left to save Jungkook, V managed to wrap himself up with ribbons and make the tree fall over causing Jimin to sweat drop.

Normal P.O.V:
        We get back into the city and I park the car and start walking around down town with Yoongi, Namjoon and Dakota admiring the Christmas lights and decorations. I just wonder around thinking abut the gifts I have gotten everyone, I go Hoseok some lotion so he stops stealing mine, I got Yoongi a body pillow and Taehyung a Pokemon stuffie. I got Seokjin a new face mask and video games and Jimin some new shoes since he wears through his so fast dancing. I wasn't sure what to get Namjoon considering he'll probably break anything I get him. So I just got him some books, laminated books because those are hard to rip. My thoughts were interrupted when Dakota pulls out of my grip and runs off. "DAKOTA!!" I yell chasing after him and Namjoon and Yoongi follow suit. We run for a good ten minutes before we catch up to see Dakota on a ice rink running around. "You have a very talented dog," gasps Namjoon filling his lungs with air.
        "I know," I laugh spotting a skating stand. "Follow me!" I laugh grabbing Yoongi's arm causing him to almost stumble into the snow. We all get a pair of skates and get on the rink, the boys hesitant. "I'll help you," I say grabbing Namjoon's arm first and I put my arms on his waist and start skating backwards as his arms flail everywhere and then finally grabs onto my shoulders. "Okay this is kind of like dancing you have to move one foot and kind of push of the ice," I explain as he pushes of way to light and barely moves. After awhile he gets the hang of it and I go get Yoongi. He grabs my hips first and pulls me closer than necessary, I slowly start to guide him around the rink but then Dakota starts running around my feet and then trips me causing me to fall down bringing Yoongi with me.
        "Ouch," I say the pain spreading throughout my back and butt. I attempt to get up but Yoongi has me pinned. I blush but thankfully it was cold enough out to hide it. "You okay?" he whispers huskily in my ear, his hot breath tingling my hair. I shiver from the sudden warmth and nod slowly as he gets up slowly, almost like he didn't want to. I hear Namjoon starting to curse and look over to see he broke his skate off in the ice and created a spider web of cracks like right beside me. I laugh and he sits up blushing rubbing his sore spine. I was about to get up when the crack spread and was directly under me. One movement and the ice might break. I slowly get down on all fours to spread my body weight. "Don't move a muscle," commands the rink security staying a safe distance away. Namjoon and Yoongi were looking at me in horror and I try to smile reassuringly but to be honest I was getting a bit nervous as the crack spreads and grows bigger. Dakota was barking while Yoongi held him back, so he would not come to me. I slow my breathing and concentration in hopes to calm my racing heartbeat. I open my eyes again only to see close to my worse nightmare; my father.
        He smiles at me sinisterly walking over and steps on the crack testily making it crack even more. Yoongi sees this and hands Dakota over to Namjoon and punches my father square in the face causing him to stumble backward and the security workers arrest him. I sigh in relief when the ice gives out and I take a cold plunge.
