Enrique went to stab Remus, then right as the knife touched him, Remus faded.

"Remus!" Roman yelled, lunging toward where his brother disappeared.

"Roman, no! We have to run!" Virgil grabbed his arm and pulled him back.

"But..." Roman looked at Virgil with tears in his eyes. "He was my brother. He was awful, but he's still my brother."
