Roman sighed, turning to Patton. He was going to distract him with the only thing he knew enough about to distract someone with: Disney. "Do you remember that one scene from Big Hero 6 when they were putting on Baymax's armor?" Roman chuckled to himself, remembering the stomach piece flying off of the inflatable healthcare companion.

Apparently Patton could in fact recall that scene. He looked like he was trying not to smile. Roman mentally pumped his fist.

"How could I not..?" Patton spoke up in a hoarse voice. Roman guessed that it may have sounded rough from crying. "It's Logan's favorite movie. We watch it every time he gets to choose."

"True, true," Roman nodded. "Ooh, or that one scene in The Little Mermaid when Skuttle was singing horribly. That part always has me in stitches." Thankfully this wasn't Logan and Patton got the metaphor. He let out a quiet breath of amusement through his nose. But he still seemed really down.

Roman continued bringing up the funny moments from all the Disney movies he could think of from Snow White to Atlantis to Emperor's New Groove to Frozen. Anything he could think of that he thought of adding in, he added. He even managed to reel in some funny moments from the Winnie the Pooh movies from the back of his mind. And each of them were working to make Patton happy.

At all costs, Roman left out The Fox and the Hound, Black Cauldron, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, and Cinderella. Why those ones you may ask? Well, everyone knows why The Fox and the Hound was left out of the conversation. Black Cauldron was honestly not a good movie to talk about when trying to cheer someone up. The Hunchback of Notre Dame is centered around a completely outcasted protagonist with the antagonist as someone who is supposed to be a good guy but is very much not, and Roman believed that it may have been a bit too close to home for poor Pat. And Cinderella also probably would have hit home too hard, considering it was about a girl who was isolated and treated incredibly poorly from her family and relied on something else to bring her happiness rather than to go search for it herself. Lord knows Cindy wasn't gonna go after Prince Charming all on her lonesome.

"Okay, but my brother is so twitterpated by Slimey Boi!" Roman exclaimed. Patton laughed at the Bambi reference and the nickname for his dark side. At this point in the conversation, Patton was crying from laughing too hard. The others stood outside the door, making sure everything was going well. Virgil sat down, trying not to laugh at their comments. Logan was in a constant state of trying not to groan from all the puns and jokes. Deceit and Remus were ignoring the two's comments about them liking each other because it very much was not true.

"He is though!" Patton replied, his voice just as loud as Roman's. "And vice versa, too! Hazard Spaghetti is so smitten by Trash Panda."

Roman was practically wheezing at the nicknames. The two had made a rule without even discussing it. They were not to mention anybody's real names or trait names. They gave everybody nicknames to be funny and see how creative the other could get.

"Hazard Spaghetti and Trash Panda?" Roman questioned between bouts of laughter.

"Yeah! Snek Boi has six arms, which makes him a very dangerous pasta, and Trash Panda reminds me of a raccoon; he's sneaky, evil, and stinky!" Roman burst into laughter again, effectively and unknowingly covering up the sound of both Deceit and Remus snorting briefly outside the door.

Roman calmed down with a large sigh, setting his hand on Patton's shoulder. The conversation died down some to a comfortable silence where they tried to catch their breaths from laughing so hard just moments before.

Roman didn't know what to do now. Patton seemed happy, but there was still a hint of pain and sorrow in his eyes. But he should probably go tell the others that Patton's feeling better now.
