Harry's POV
We were cleaning our mess that we made from the party when Tatum comes back in a sports/workout bra with SMOED printed on it and shorts. I asked her "I thought you were going to be back by one or something?" I saw the guys behind her and I said "Did they fucking kidnap you?" I was about to punch the guy that had black hair but Tatum said "your the one who had to have a party and my brother had to drive me to karate practice." By then all the guys were turned around staring at us. Tatum ignored us and asked the boy behind her "Xavier do you have the football?" He tossed the football at Tatum. Tatum said "Xavier and I V/S Micheleddie and Robert." They ran onto the street and they started playing. The lads and I watched Tatum throw and punt. She was pretty good at football no wait scratch that really good that she could be a professional. After about 30 minutes of football the guys that were with her left. She was about to run down the street until Liam said "Tatum come here." she turned around and ran back to us. He asked "Why are you in those clothes and who were those guys?" I guess Liam thought her clothes were inappropriate. She said "I had cheer practice and those guys are on my cheer team, also next week my team is going to worlds so I won't be here."
Louis said,"Where were you going to run to?"
She hesitated for awhile and then stated"No where."
I said "Why don't you come inside and explain stuff to us."
"FINE!" she groaned
While we were walking in I heard her talking on the home saying "Sorry coach I might be late for football practice **pause** I will be at the game against the giants tomorrow **pause** fine, it isn't my fault, you are lucky I told you." (they live in California right now) She ended her call and I wondered who she was talking to. Once we got inside she in the dining room. I asked "Who were you just talking to?" She paled and didn't answer my question. I asked "why won't you tell me?" "Because, you are going to make me quit my job, only Kian and those guys let me do it, they sign all my release forms."
She took her phone out again and she said "Julia, tell coach that I am not going to practice today **pause** yeah football practice **pause** it isn't my fault I have a game tomorrow also tell coach next week I have worlds, a state competition, and I have to judge the Jr. Olympic tryouts next week so I won't go to practice next week **pause*** yes I will go to regionals **pause** thanks you're the best, bye."
We were all staring at her. She finally said "stop staring at me and I will tell you." "Fine" Zayn said. Tatum started," You guys know I play 4 sports and 1instrument right?" "Yeah" We answered " Well for sports I am in some of the best teams in the USA, I am in Cali SMOED for cheer and we are back to back world champions, I am on the Jr. Olympic swim team and Gymnastic team, and finally I am on a professional football team, the broncos."
"You're joking right?" Zayn asked
"Haha, you wish." She said
"But then how are we gonna get to know you better?" Niall asked
Under her breath she said "They are gonna return me like everyone else."
It pained me that she thought that.
She said "I will give you the rest of today and I will tell all my coaches that I have to skip practice, and it better be worth it I have a game tomorrow against the Super Bowl winner." She picked up her phone and said "Hey coach sorry I can't be at practice today a family adopted me today and they want to have bonding time **pause** ya I will still do tryouts **pause** please tell coach Lydia too **pause** Kay, thanks love you too." Another call "Hey coach I can't be at practice **pause** today a family adopted me today and they want to have bonding time **pause*** yes please, okay thanks so much bye!" She turned around to us and said you get tomorrow too for "bonding time."
