They all did

‘Now we have DJ A^2 vs. DJ KiFi!’ DJ IDA said out loud

‘I’m anchoring today's show and it’s called GUESS THAT BEAT; we have selected popular beats of 2018/2019 and whatever beat your partner chooses you have to guess the song by singing it in 30 seconds. Note that your lyrics have to match  the song's instrumentals. Your partner will give you a hint. I really hope you guys have nice voices and remind me why I have to do this challenge DJ IDA? He said putting his hand on his face.

‘I don’t know? You suggested the game; I’m just assisting and the losers get to drink a whole glass filled with this ;  that's my excitement' she said as she held up two glasses of concotion  'Don’t worry it won't kill; it’s  safe but trust me If you don’t want to risk it you might as well win this challenge’ DJ IDA said

‘Okay are we ready?’ DJ AK asked

‘Yeah’ they said

‘DJ A^2 you’re first and DJ ALC pick a beat’ DJ AK said

The ladies were glaring at him when he said in his defence

‘A is the first letter of the alphabet, ladies go first and I’m in charge so I choose’

DJ Fary rolled her eyes at his statement

Allan played a beat

Time starts ticking……..DJ AIVY doesn’t know where to start and its 25 seconds already

26 seconds gone then she starts immediately

‘Angeli, Angelina, you dey cool my temperature

If you call I go come deliver

I no go fall e your hand never’

‘ON THE LOW BURNA BOY’

‘That’s right one point to DJ A^2! What a narrow escape and isnt it lovely to know AIVY has a cute voice’ DJ AK winked at her

‘Thank you, I just hope our anchor’s voice is better’ she mocked

‘ Now over to DJ KiFi, you’re up’ he gestured as DJ kiwi went up to the DJ set and played a beat.

‘Time is ticking Fary!!’ DJ AK said

‘I say that you call me bobo, bobo

Na money be fine bobo, bobo

Tori mi re moshe gogo, gogo

Baby mi ife mi ogbo oo’ Fary sang

"BOBO BY MAYORKUN"

‘Oh my gosh!!!’ DJ IDA said laughing

‘Let’s make this one trickier’ DJ AK said

‘We are going to 2016/ 2017, DJ KiFi you’re up!’ he said as DJ Fary made her way to the set.

DJ Fary smiled and started her beat

In a few seconds DJ Kiwi shouted

‘Aint nobody badder than!

I don’t wanna wait for nobody!

‘Wow, Ycee must be really proud of you right now; Another point for DJ KiFi you think DJ A^2 can beat that!’

DJ AIVY rolled her eyes and walked towards the set then she started her beat

‘Who doesn’t know that beat anywhere

My baby dey  confuse me oh with her bumbum!

Wey she get a guy wey dey send her money from London!

She dey do me like a johnny just come!

When monkey dey work eh

Baboon e just dey chop!!

‘Mad oh, the guys are on fire! I never thought you guys would ever know those lyrics perfectly" DJ IDA said

"Why won't they know" DJ AK fired

I don't have your strength this evening; let’s continue’ DJ IDA said as her mood changed quickly.

Alec’s POV

‘Men, this show is crazy are you seeing the number of views it has on Instagram and YouTube!!!’ Chizzy said

‘I know right’ I said not paying attention to what he said as my eyes were glued to the TV.

‘Please don’t tell me you’re still doing your business with that hot DJ on TV’ Chizzy said

‘You’re never going to stop teasing me with that incident would you?’ I said

‘Nope’ he laughed

‘I’ve got to admit the only one with a reasonable voice is DJ AIVY’ Chizzy said

‘Thank you I thought I was the only one that noticed’ I said

‘Then why didn’t you say anything?’ he grinned at me

‘Don’t make me answer that’ I said as he laughed like an idiot

‘They’re still a tie and its crazy!!’ he said

‘I know and the funny part is that they started failing after 2015 and its hilarious’ he continues as I laughed and he joined

Ziri’s POV

‘I’m siding with DJ A^2 they seem more interesting than the other group’ Zara said

‘Yeah, me too’

‘I can’t believe they lost that song they were just a second too late’ she grumbled as I was texting Mia

ME: Yeah, she and that hot female anchor🙂😉

ME: I know Zara just showed me on her phone

(Third person POV)
‘This is the last round and you guys are still a tie so I am going to play three old songs and the first group to get two right win are you guys ready!’ DJ AK asked
After they all agreed
‘Now let’s begin’ DJ IDA said

He plays a beat

After a few seconds of serious thinking by all of them Kiwi starts singing

‘BIZZY BODY BY P-SQUARE’ Kiwi shouts

‘This is crazy!!! How do you remember these old songs’ DJ IDA laughed
‘I would be chewing my mouth by now and its one point for DJ KiFi let’s see if DJ A^2 might catch up’

Everyone was shocked till DJ IDA broke the silence

‘Wow, I never thought you of all persons would know that song no offence’ she said as DJ AK laughed
‘Okay we have a draw! And finally for the final show that would determine our winners and those who would drink that concoction over there. Good luck guys!!!!’ DJ IDA said

Avery’s POV

‘Oh my gosh I know this song and they all look lost time for me to make the best of it

Ziri’s POV

‘Oh my gosh Ziri do you remember this song’ Zara asked

‘Who doesn’t ?’  I said

‘Those who didn’t reside in Port Harcourt!’ she said

‘Oh yeah’ I replied

Then I realised Avery was competing so I already knew she knew what that song was

(Third person POV)

She started dancing and sang

DJ AIVY shouted as she and DJ ALC were dancing in victory

‘We got ourselves some winners!!! And a Port Harcourt babe on set!!!’ DJ IDA said

"DJ A^2!!!!!!!!"

‘DJ KiFi are you guys ready for your drinks’ DJ AK said holding up two cups of the concoction

They both gulped it

"I am curious to know whats going on in their system right now and thank you guys for watching our first show; we hope to see you guys tomorrow!!!’ DJ IDA said
