Being duped into believing lies, is the worst feeling on this planet.

And it's hard to trust someone again after betrayal.

I didn't even bother sticking around, looking for Ryan. And he also didn't try talking to me!

Everyone was present the day he asked me to the dance, so if he could ask a dork to the dance in the presence of everyone (including the CCPs), why can't he introduce a dork as his girlfriend to EVERYONE?!

There's no point being ashamed because you already fooled yourself by asking a DORK to the school's dance!!

Something's fishy!

All these doesn't seem right.

First, my fight with Zoey.
Then Ryan asking me to the dance, and Jessica didn't even do anything to get to me?!
Then seeing him making out with Zoey after asking me to the dance..
Then Jason Feldman, Ryan's friend, asking ZOEY to the dance?
Then Ryan asking me to be his gal after betraying my trust.
And then accompanying his girlfriend to the library when I was on duty, after apologizing for being a jerk and asking me to be his gal!
Then his girlfriend tagging me as an "Escort" to the dance, because she's already going with some Patrick guy.

This is too much!

It feels.......STAGED!

Or maybe I'm overthinking again.

Anyway, the Halloween's committee already started decorating the auditorium for the upcoming dance on Friday.

Every teenage girl would be excited that a CCP asked her to the dance, but I'm not happy at all!

Infact I'm sad.

I cared less about the dance and anyone else!

I just wanted today to go smoothly so that I could get the hell outta here.

During our LSA duties (that's the only period we get to goof around, so a lot happens), Nikki pondered on what we should wear for the dance, but honestly, I didn't feel like going to the dance.
But for my bff's happiness, I would do anything!
Even go to a stupid dance!

Nikki suggested we all wear bags of trash. I don't know where that idea came from, so I totally disagreed, so did Zoey.

Besides, I already have a costume idea in mind.

I decided I'd be the character Sasha Silver from my favorite book series, Canterwood Crest. It's about these frenemies at a private riding academy, and it's kind of like The Clique, but on horseback. I plan to wear fancy riding gear with boots.

Zoey says she is going to be Beyoncé, since she looks a lot like her. She's going to wear an outfit from
Beyoncé's latest video and sign autographs at the dance.

Sounded a little bit too much to me.

But Nikki didn't have the slightest idea of what she was going to be, and I kinda felt sorry for her, but I convinced myself that she'd come up with something.
And she sure did look like she was hiding something.

Ugh! Not again!

I wouldn't be able to take it if Nikki betrayed me like Zoey did.

That's when the most intriguing question popped up in my head.

Who's Nikki's date to the dance?

When I asked her, she totally changed the topic to avoid answering.

I just let it slide though.

The committee did a pretty good job with the decorations, it looked amazing.

I just hope the dance goes smoothly.
At least it'll be the only thing that's gone smoothly in my life...
