A famous saying is don't advise your children but let you set an example or do it yourself first.

I do remember when I was a kid I used to see my dadi praying salah slowly coz of her poor health and olden age.I copy her at the best and goes slowly down to sajidah stay long there and stand back slowwwly ..Lol!

But seriously, when you'll tell them to do something most of them won't even listen but when you do that yourself it will be their in their memory.Someday they'll do that.IN SHAA ALLAH!
