Fluttershy came back up to camp the next day with news that Rainbow's stable then Rainbow got to come back the day after that. She told us that the doctors thought that she was cut by a poison blade and she claimed to not remember any of it.

We went to the dock to talk after she was finally free from everyone's “Thank goodness you're alive." Talks.

“You sure you're ok Rainbow?” Fluttershy asked quietly. 

She nodded. “Physically, yeah. But I have had a lot of time to think for the past while. It's all been really confusing lately.”

“I know what you mean.” Applejack said. 

Rainbow continued, “It's just, we find a cave full of different records of some religion then all of the sudden the evil God of the religion pops out of nowhere.” She looked at me, “This isn't some kind of being from Equestria, right?”

I could see in her eyes that she was trying to keep up her act so I played along shaking my head. “Not that I know of. I can ask Princess Twilight if you want.”

Twilight spoke up. “If you feel like you need to. But I say that we should at least read all the English volumes, so then we can find out more about this shadow man. We find out as much as we can…”

“Then we can handle Lucifer. Right?” Rainbow asked.

Twilight nodded, “Right.” But then realized, “Wait. His names Lucifer!”

Rainbow just shrugged as if she didn't make a big mistake in revealing her identity. “Sure. Heard him shout it. You know. Like bad guys do?” Then she said in a deep voice as if she was trying to copy him, “I am Lucifer! All of you will die!” She shrugged, “Anyway, what are we waiting for?”

I looked at her weird for a moment before saying, “Really? You want to look into this now? You seemed to be really against it before.”

She looked me dead in the eye and I knew she'd explain later in more detail. But what she said was, “Eabah saved my life. I think I should at least care enough about her to know what I can do to help keep the world she worked so hard on in balance.”

They all gave her weird looks as she walked back to land from the dock. She turned back to look at us, “So are we going to the crystal cave or not?”

After she said that we all immediately got up and went back to the crystal cave. 

We got there and we all went in. But when we did, we saw the chest that was originally chained up with no way to open, was in splitters on the floor a back sand littering the floor. 

Twilight ran up to it to take a closer look. We all examined it then Fluttershy pulled up a metal plate with a few words written in multiple languages. The words in English were “The Chest of Eternity” On the back was a similar thing but with different words. “Lucifer's Prison”

“So, this us where that Lucifer guy was since Eabah trapped him.” Applejack said holding the plate.

“Y- you don't think us coming here made it so he could get out. Do you?” Fluttershy asked nervously. 

“Doubt it.” Rainbow said picking up some of the splinters. “Ether he finally found a way to get out, or someone helped him by breaking the chest.”

Pinkie laughed, “You're observation skills came through for us again!”

We all laughed slightly then left the broken chest alone. Nothing we can do about it now anyway.

We began to look through every book, scroll and plate setting aside every single one we could read. Thankfully for us, Twilight could read Latin and Greek so we made a pile that Twilight would translate for us. That is, if the title wasn't exactly the same as an English one. I asked Rainbow if it would be worth it to translate the books, and she said it would since she wrote all of her journals in Latin before Felix died. She stopped writing soon after.

We gathered all the books and made sure they were all on the first three bookshelves, while the rest were on other shelves. 

We went into the other room and began to look at the art. We rolled out some tapestries and they still mostly shared the same pattern. Eabah was in them all while the three others, her siblings, would be with her on occasion. 

But behind some other paintings, we found another character. He looked exactly like Felix from when I saw Rainbows memory.

Speaking of, I looked over to see that Rain- Eabah, was looking everywhere but where Felix's face was. Her face was reading guilt but, it wasn't her fault. It was Lucifer that killed Felix. 

“This must be what Felix looked like.” Twilight said looking at the various paintings. “But, why were they behind all the paintings? Why did she hide them?” 

One look at Rainbow and immediately knew the answer. “She probably felt guilty for not protecting him.” We fell silent, not knowing how to respond. 

Then Rainbow spoke up, “Let's go back to camp. We can each take a book and compare information later. We did come up here to have fun after all.” 

We smiled and went back to camp where Rainbow immediately ran to the climbing wall while it was open.
