History/Quick backstory: Sienna is the younger sister of Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield's Peter Parker specifically). The two kids were orphans who were taken in by their Aunt May and Uncle Ben. Peter was bitten by a radioactive spider, giving him the spider powers and the secret identity of Spiderman. Their Uncle Ben died in a burglary gone wrong, leading Spiderman to work as a crime-fighting hero. Sienna found the suit in his room and confronted him about it. Since then the two have worked together, even though Sienna doesn't have any heroic powers.
