~years later~

"Hey, let's go to KFC." I said as my  boyfriend, the number 2 hero, Hawks, carried me in the sky bridal style.
"Ye," he responded and u-turned mid flight towards the closest KFC.
"Hosuku, isn't it cannibalism if you eat chicken?" I asked as he landed swiftly in front of the store. Onlookers gasped in awe and phones flashed pictures of my famous boyfriend. I slipped my hand into his gloved hand and leaned my head on his shoulder.
"Stop asking me that every time we go out to eat chicken." He fake whined, gripping my hand tightly.
"But is it? I mean, your pretty much a bird!" I said jokingly. He laughed and kissed the top of my head.
Hosuku sat at a little table while I ordered two go bucket combos. He was on patrol so I didn't want him eating too much.
Whispers floated around the fast food joint as I ordered.
'Omg, the number 2 hero's girlfriend!'
'So jealous~'
'She's just using him for fame!'
I finally got back to Hosuku with their whispers and rumors still following. I hated it but I tried not to let it get to me.
"Hey, wanna eat somewhere else?" Hosuku asked just as I sat down. He had a dopey grin so how was I to say no?
"'Kay, but you coulda said before I sat down." He picked my up bridal style again and flew up into the blue sky. We landed on a small skyscraper and ate out food in the peace and quiet of the sky.
"You know I love you right?" Hosuku said out of the blue.
"Huh? Yeah? I love you too." I answered confused.
"Remember the promise I made you? The one about me becoming the number 1 hero?" He said crushing his go bucket cup and putting a hand in his jacket. I nodded.
"You said that's when you'll marry me, why?"
"Well, I don't think I can wait that long... Y/n, will you marry me?" He pulled out a box with a shiny diamond ring that sparkled like his eyes.
"Fuck yes!!" I yelled for the world to hear and threw my arms around him, tears of joy forming in the corners of my eyes.
Hosuku slipped the ring on my ring finger once I finally let go of him. He put a gentle hand behind my head and pulled my in for a kiss I happily accepted.

Hello it's me, the author! I just wanna thank y'all again for reading this. I really love it that other people read this, even though I originally thought my one friend on here would be the only one to ever read this...
I'm really sorry I was never consistent with my updates and that this was n it planned properly at all. But thank for reading this all the way through.
And as I write this, I see this has... Over 900 reads?? It makes me really happy that people read this(like the 3rd time I've mentioned that sorry), whether they like it or not they made me happy which is an emotion I'm not very good at expressing tbh >///<

Also, if any of yous likes splatoon I've started writing a thing for it. It's shit but im gonna try and be a little more consistent with updating it.
And I'm starting a death the kid x reader thing soon so yeah...
