Edd's P.O.V

" So, what style are you going for? " Matt asked, looking through my closet. " Style..?? What do you mean? " he sighed, " I mean how you look! Do you want to look cute, average, comfortable, that kinda thing, " he explained, " You're lucky I'm here to help, cause you clearly know nothing about fashion! " he added.

" Yeah, thanks. " I mumbled while trying to find my hair brush.    " I just want to look nice I guess.. " He gasped and pulled an outfit out of the closet. " PERFECT! " he squealed, showing it to me.  To be fair, it was a pretty nice outfit. " Well? " he asked, " Try it on! " he shoved the outfit into my arms and I and went to my bathroom to change.  I walked out of the bathroom and Matt smiled wide, " You look GREAT! " he complemented. " Thanks Matt, it looks amazing! " I thanked him, and he simply shook his head.

" No problem Eddio's! You are my best friend after all! " I smiled. " I'll go get Tim up now! " he chirped. " Tom. " I corrected him, but he was already out of my room and he slammed the door to my apartment. I decided that it would be the perfect time to text Tord asking if he wanted to go. I pulled out my phone and thought about how to ask him.

caring angel: Hey Tord, can I ask you something?

Tordnado: what's up edd

caring angel: Well, you know that carnival that opened last week?

Tordnado: yeah why

caring angel: Tom, Matt, and I are going, do you want to go with us?

Tordnado: yeah as long as I'm not stuck with the jehovah witness

caring angel: Cool! See you there Tord!

Once we were all ready, we piled into the car with me in the drivers seat, Tom in the passenger, and Matt in the back. " So.. what was the real point of this? " Tom asked me halfway through the drive, " And why are you dressed like that? " I felt my cheeks heat up, but I tried my best to casually respond, " No reason, just thought it would be fun to go. Also, I just thought a change of clothes would be nice. "

Tom raised an eyebrow clearly not buying it, but he stopped asking questions anyway. When we arrived, Matt pretty much jumped out of the car and Tom had to run after him so he wouldn't wander off. I laughed and shook my head and made my way to the ticket stand.

There stood a bored looking teenage girl on her phone, clearly not wanting to be there. She was probably around sixteen, and I assumed that it was a summer job. " Uh, excuse me ma'am? " I asked. She looked up and groaned, rolling her eyes. At that point, Tom had caught Matt and were right by me.

" Hello and welcome to Swing Around Fun Town valued customers, were the fun neeever ends. " she said with little enthusiasm in her voice. " How many tickets? " she went back to scrolling through her phone. " Uh, four please? " I responded, but she did nothing. " Four tickets please ma'am..? " I repeated myself. She rolled her eyes again and looked up, eyeing us. She looked all of us up and down before looking at me and asking in a sarcastic tone, " Are you retarded? "

The question definitely took all of us my surprise, and Tom narrowed his eyes. " What. " Tom mumbled. " Wasn't talking to you no eyes. " she glared at Tom before returning her glance to me, " There are three of you, dumbass. " she started laughing, typing something on her phone. It took everything I could to keep myself from tearing up even slightly as I am very sensitive, but I somehow managed.   " Now listen here you Arianna Grande wannabe blond headed boy crazy fake bitch, that is one of my best friends you are talking to- " Tom started, throwing an arm in front of me protectively, before the voice of the person I was expecting piped up, that immediately calmed me down. 

" Hey now, no need to go crazy on this kid Thomas. " Tord said, smirking.  He then turned to the shocked girl and asked, " So kiddo, how about those tickets? " the flustered girl nodded and quickly handed the tickets to him. " Thanks a lot, we'll be on our way now. " he turned to me and handed me the tickets, and I just mumbled a ' Thank you ', as I was blushing too hard.

3rd person P.O.V

The four men entered through the gates of the carnival, and allowed themselves to take in how lively and big the place was; accept for Tom, as he was not amazed in the least bit and instead decided to scroll through Tumblr while the others were distracted.

 There were laughing children running around with giant stuffed animals and cotton candy in their arms as they chased each other or dragged their parents to rides. There were some teenagers by the gate smoking, and one was putting graffiti on the gate itself. Some other teenagers were either sitting in the grass, holding hands and walking, or winning their mates candy and stuffed animals. Parents were walking around with small children either looking like they haven't slept in years, or looking just as excided as the children themselves.

( Keep an eye on these two, they play a small part later on TwT )

" Woah.. " Edd finally managed to breath out after a long moment of silence. " It's. So. BIG! " Matt shouted, making some people turn their heads around to stare at him, one parent even covered her sons ears and shook her head, walking away. " Matt! " Tom whisper - shouted to him, " You don't say things like that out loud! " Matt just shrugged at that and whisper shouted back, " Sorry Tim. " Tom just rolled his eyes and let the fact that he called him Tim yet again slide.

" Alrighty, we should split up- " Tord stated. " Indubitably! " Matt agreed.  Edd's eyes lit up and he said, " I call going with Tord! " Tord chuckled a little at how adorable Edd sounded when he said that, and Tom exhaled very loudly. " Good, you take the commie. I'm better off with the selfie - crazy ginger over here. " Tom pointed to Matt, who was indeed taking selfies of himself to post on social media.

" Hey! When you're as popular as me on things like Facebook and Snapchat, you have to take a lot of pictures to keep your fans entertained! I mean, I don't blame them though! When you're as beautiful and amazing as I am, it's hard not to be loved.. " Matt defended himself, though he got lost in his thoughts at the end.

And though Tom didn't admit it out loud, he had to agree with Matt on the beautiful and amazing part.

" Welp, see you guys at around.. say 12:00 to leave? " Edd asked, looking at his watch.  " Yeah sure, " Tom smirked, suddenly realizing what was going to happen between Tord and Edd. As much as Tom hated Tord, Edd WAS his best friend. More like a brother to be honest, and if Tord somehow makes him happy, Tom could accept it. " C'mon Mirror boy. " Tom said, grabbing Matt's arm and dragging him off somewhere.

Tord and Edd stood there awkwardly, not knowing what to say to each other and blushing. As Tord was about to speak, Edd randomly said, " Bathroom! I uh, gotta use it. Excuse me? " Tord shrugged and replied, " Go ahead, I'll wait here. " Edd stumbled to the bathroom, nearly tripping on his own foot but catching himself. He found a stall and immediately slammed it shut and pulled out his phone to text Tom.

( Btw their privately talking so the names are different )

Shortie: ToM! I NEED ADVISE!

AlcoholicBff: Let me guess on how to make your little date go perfectly?

Shortie: How did you know..?

AlcoholicBff: I saw the way you were blushing like a fucking tomato around Tord.

Shortie: Huh. Anyways, what do I do?

AlcoholicBff: Just play it cool, let him do all the romantic crap like winning you shit. I know he likes you, you just don't know it.

Shortie: Alrighty, if you say so, I trust you. Thanks Tommy. :>

AlcoholicBff: No prob bob, go get him tiger.

Edd walked out of the bathroom, only to see that Tord was gone. He felt his wide smile turn upside down into a frown. ' He...ditched me..? '  Edd decided it was best to find Tom and Matt and tell them what happened, but someone saw him and started walking up to him.

The American was tall and muscly. He was wearing simply a black tank top, jeans, converse shoes, and a beanie hat, his messy, dirty, brown hair, spilling out the bottom. He was roughly He had a lip piercing and tattoos covering all over his arms and a big one on his chest. Edd suddenly got a very bad feeling, as the man towered over him and smirked at him, lust in his eyes. " Hey cutie~ " he bit his lip and got slightly closer to me. " What the hell are you doing here all alone, when you could be in my arms~ " he grabbed Edd by the hips, making him squeak.

' Oh god, '  Edd thought, ' Please go away, please go away, please go away- '  " Heh, I'm goanna have a lot of fun with you~ " he stated, pulling Edd closer to him. Edd would of done something, but he was frozen with fear, eyes open wide. He started tearing up slightly and shaking violently. " P-please, I'm s-still a-a v-v-virgin- " the man chuckled at this. " Oh? Are you now? That will make this even more special then, it's not like anyone will see or hear us anyways~ "

Edd felt his whole world stop with the knowledge that he was about to get raped and closed his eyes, just waiting for it to be done with. " HEY! " someone shouted, he didn't know for sure who it was though as their voice was fuzzy. When they got closer however, his eyes shot open with the realization of who it was, " WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?! LET MY KJÆRLIGHET GO! " ( KJÆRLIGHET = love ) Edd looked around until his eyes rested on his crushes shadowed figure. He couldn't take it anymore, and let all his emotions out at that moment, " T-TORD! " Edd, full of hope, mustered up the courage to kick the man in the balls.

He grunted, and dropped to the ground in pain. Edd took the opportunity to run to Tord, jumping into his arms sobbing. The Norwegian threw his arms around Edd protectively and held him close as if he would vanish at any given moment. He tried his best to comfort Edd and calm him down, rubbing circles into his back and whispering sweet things in his ear. The man got up and moved towards them, and Tord shot him a glare that made the man immediately turn around and run off.

Edd buried his head into the communists chest, his sobs getting quieter. They stood like that for about seven minutes before Edd pulled away from Tord's warm embrace so he could look straight up at him. " Tord? " he hummed, waiting for his short friend to continue, " Thank you. " Tord couldn't help but smile when Edd smiled his big goofy smile, and he said, " Well, don't you want to look around Edd? " the brit just nodded in response.

It was about 8:00 and so far Tord had won Edd about six giant stuffed animals and a couple of other prizes. When Edd would ask if he wanted anything, Tord would always say the same thing, " I'm fine, but do YOU want anything? " Tord and Edd had also gone into places such as a haunted house ( which Tord liked since it was an excuse for Edd to grab onto his arm and be closer to him overall ), laser tag ( which Tord won ), and a corn maze. All in all, they were having a great time. While they were walking, a voice came on the speakers that were everywhere around the place, a young man probably around there age with a lot of excitement in his voice,

" Heeeello boys and girls! " he shouted, " I'm here to announce that the Ferris Wheel is now open for all you lovebirds!~ Have an amazing and safe night, and remember that the carnival ends at 12:00! " Edd and Tord both thought this would be the perfect moment to tell each other how they feel, so they simply looked at each other and nodded, before heading over to the giant ride.

Edd thought that it looked even better with the neon glowing lights build in, and they were both very satisfied that they were the first people in line, so they didn't have to wait.

Edd was extremely nervous however, as he suffered through acrophobia, the fear of heights. He of course didn't want the fearless man to know, however when they got into the cart, Tord asked, " Hey Eddio, don't you have a fear of heights? " Edd blushed in embaresment and slowly nodded. Tord just smiled and said, " Don't look down, K? " Edd yet again just nodded and pulled out his phone.

Shortie: Tom! How do I tell him!

AlcoholicBff: ??

Shortie: Tord! How do I tell Tord that I like him!?

AlcoholicBff: Oh. Just be calm and honest with him, sincere. Where are you anyways?

Shortie: Ferris Wheel.

AlcoholicBff: Shit, don't you have a fear of heights?

Shortie: Yes.

AlcoholicBff: Alright then, try your best not to look down.

Shortie: Okay, I got to go though, the ride is goanna start soon.

AlcoholicBff: Mk, TTYL. You got this Edd.

Shortie: One more thing, thanks Tom, for all your help. :)

AlcoholicBff: I try.

Edd put his phone away and sighed in relief. Tord look at him with a confused look and asked,    " You okay? Who were you texting? " Tord looked a little worried, then again Edd just confirmed he had a fear of heights on something that goes up pretty high. " I'm fine, " he responded calmly,   " Just asking Tom something, making sure he didn't burn down a ride. " Tord laughed, making him smile even wider, " That IS something Tom would do, isn't it? " suddenly, the wheel started moving up, and Edd whined slightly. He tried my best not to look down, but it was hard for somebody as curious as him.

Tord noticed this and scooted closer to Edd, to the point where their hands were touching ever so slightly. They looked at each other, blushed, and looked away. Soon they reached the top and it stopped so that they could have roughly about eight minutes on the top.   ' Perfect timing.. '  Edd thought, looking back at Tord. " Hey, Tord? " Edd asked. The tall man looked down at Edd, giving his full attention to the smaller male. " I have to tell you something..important. " Tord nodded and said back, " What's up? "

Edd stuttered slightly, trying to find the right words. " I uh, I've had this feeling for you for..a while now and uh, I- " Edd turned into a stuttering blushing mess at that point. ' Shit shit shit shit shit shit shit shit shit- '  he kept repeating in his mind, trying his best to tell tord. Tord started putting two and two together, and started blushing himself. " Edd. " he said. The brit immediately stopped talking and looked at Tord.

" You like me..? " Tord questioned, almost like he was stating a fact instead of asking a question. Edd slowly nodded, his whole face turning red. " So, do..do you like..like me ba- " Edd started before he felt Tord's lips connect to his, wrapping his arms around the small males waist. Edd's eyes widened, and he started tearing up again, the man he loved just kissed him! He closed his eyes and wrapped his arms around Tord's neck.

" Awwwwww, " most of the other people on the wheel cooed, although some said things such as, " Damn fags, " or  "  Gross, get a room ". Though they didn't mind, they just enjoyed the kiss. They eventually broke apart to catch their breaths, and they looked at each other. " Does that answer your question? " Tord asked, wrapping is arm around Edd and pulling him close. Edd just smiled and nodded yet again, enjoying Tord's presence and burying his head in his lovers chest again. Normally, Edd is terrified of heights, but with Tord by his side holding him close and giving him sweet kisses, he wasn't scared at all. In fact, he's never been better.

It was now 11:30, and Edd and Tord were on a bench enjoying their ice creams they got. Some people gave them dirty glances at the sight of Tord having is arm wrapped around Edd, but they didn't mind. What was slightly shocking was when two little girls, probably about four to six years old were still running around chasing each other. Edd thought it was rather late for them to be out, but he smiled anyways.

It was peaceful, until a voice boomed through the almost empty carnival, " TRINITY! " it yelled. Both of the girls jumped, and the blond headed one turned around and said to the man running up to them and the woman running close behind, " Hai daddy! Hai mommy! " the dad scooped the girl in his arms and glared at the couple.

" Trinity sweetie, " her mother said, standing beside her husband, " Stay away from people like, " she pointed to Tord and Edd, " ..Them. " The little  girl looked confused and asked, " Why? What's wrong with them? "

The mother sighed and said, " Sweetie, they're... fags. Men are only supposed to get together with women, not with other men. Same with women, they can't get together with other women either. That would be sinning, which would end with you going to hell. Stay away from people like them, they are going agents God's word, and maybe soon they will realize what they are doing wrong. "

Tord and Edd sat there in shock, not believing a mother would say that to a toddler. Tord wanted to say or do SOMETHING, but was unable to do anything as there were children there. Plus, it's hard to change a homophobic person's mind. They turned away and walked off. The other girl stood there, just as shocked as the adults.

She looked at them and asked, " You are together? Like marraged? " it was hard to understand what she said with her thicc Indian accent, ( you're not alone with the accents Tord .w. ) but they managed and both nodded. Right then, a woman walked up and said, " Come on Saina, stop bothering these two, " the woman said, taking the child's hand. " Mama? " the child asked. " Yes? " the mother looked down at her child.

" Trinity's mama and papa said that man who like man and woman who like woman are fags and sinners, is true? " the mother looked shocked and said, " Heavens no! For one, please don't say fag, for two, they are not sinners! It's how they feel, and if they are gay, that is okay. God made us to be equal Saina, " the girl, Saina, looked down. " Oh. "

She turned and walked up to Tord and Edd. " I am sorry about my friend. " Edd was confused as hell, and Tord just thought the whole situation was both adorable and irritating as fuck. " It's okay, " Edd finally replied calmly, smiling at her. She grinned back. " Now Saina, come on! Your mommy is waiting at the gate for us! " Saina simply said 'oki' and followed her mother. It was silent between the two before Tord muttered, " Well that was something. " Edd nodded in agreement. The rest of the night was filled with laughs, kisses, cuddles, and love; that was until Edd fell asleep.

Tord sighed and took a couple seconds to admire how calm, cute, and peaceful Edd looked while sleeping. He picked up the tired man bridal style and carried him to the entrance where Tom and Matt were waiting for them, smiling and holding hands. " So, I'm guessing Edd confessed? " Tom assumed by the way Tord was holding the brit. He nodded and they walked to Edd's car and Tord put him in the back, careful not to wake him. He talked with Matt a little before gently kissing Edd on the head and walking to his car.

Yes, today was a great day for everyone.
