Prologue - Welcome to the Villain's World ~ 1
Coherence slowly gathered as she awoke from her sleepless slumber. It took her a few moments to gather her thoughts as memories poured in from what she had experienced. As her brows furrowed, she heard the pitter-patter of tiny feet coming towards the direction she was in. But as she heard them did her senses start to awaken as she heard multiple other voices outside the place she was in. She couldn't quite hear the wording due to her sleepiness. She dialed back her hearing as she focused on around her instead.
She was in her Mosura form, as she felt the wings idly twitch slightly behind her back. She could also feel that her clothing was doubled over, another set was over it. Just as she started to check her person for her personal stuff did something raddle right infront of her. Finally, it clicked.
WHO THE FUCK DARES TO KIDNAP HER AND WHY DID SHE SEE THE INFAMOUS MAGIC MIRROR FROM SNOW WHITE!?!?!?!?!
Amari could feel her anger boil from deep within her as the door raddled again. Her wings twitched as she could hear a scratchy yet childish voice coming from infront of her.
"Crap. People are coming. Gotta get a uniform while..."
This scene felt familiar. Amari could feel the familiarity from this one sentence along with how young the voice sounded. And from what little she could hear from the outside and smell, the one outside of her imprisonment was young, not even close to being a teen. While other beings got closer and closer to the room to her utter frustration.
Oh, hell no!!!! She wasn't going to be sacrificed today!!!!
Using the titan strength she has in her Mosura form, she kicked the door clean off its hinges. To only blink as she looked around her in confusion. The infamous mirror floated right infront of her with coffins also floating around her in weird positions. The very room looked medieval in viewing yet gave off many gothic vibes. When she saw this everything cleared up in her mind.
How the hell was she in Twisted Wonderland!?!?!?!
No wonder that scene from earlier was familiar!!!!! Fuck, please, Mom and Dad, don't destroy the planet!!!!! Oh sweet honey iced tea, everyone was screwed back home.
"Whaaaaaaaa-!?!?! Why are you up!?!?"
Looking down did the spot the furry little tanuki looking at her with comical eyes. Oh geez, it really was Grim, this is going to be absolutely fantastic. Her wings twitched behind her while hidden under the cloak which thankfully covered her added features.
"Man, Mom and Dad are going to freak when they see I'm gone..."
She shivered as she felt pity for everyone back home. She prayed that someone in a higher power could hold them back until she got home.
"Oh, human!!!!!"
She turned to look back at Grim who had this glare that was more childish than really teenage in style. Actually, now that she smelled the other, she knew that the other was just a child. Wait, Grim was a child? All alone, no one to turn to, having no care or love, just on their own?
Okay, she was now pissed and was ready to throw hands with someone.
Before Grim could really go onto his speech, she grabbed him and cooed over him. Looking over him while feeling how truly boney the other was. While he looked healthy as can be on the outside, she could feel how skinny he truly was which set off her instincts.
"Oh, let the Great Grim go!!!!! Listen to me human!!!!!"
Naturally, she ignored his words as she hummed a slight lullaby that her Mom snag to her from time to time. That made the other naturally calm down as he fell into a light slumber. She heard the voices of others coming closer, so she naturally flew up to the ceiling and sat upon a place that was well hidden. She didn't plan to follow the plot of the game nor give anyone the satisfaction of controlling her. The Gojira side demanded to destroy anyone that dares get the idea of controlling her.
Just as she got comfortable did many others come in with Crowley in the lead with many of the faculty bringing up the rear. Hmm, it was quite interesting to see this. She sat idly above them as they settled around. Her coffin wasn't exactly in view of everyone else, so no one truly saw the broken coffin. She didn't bother with the words as she waited for the ceremony to finish. Nobody really seemed to notice or smell her, which was odd to her. But then again, this WAS a place full of assholes and tsunderes.
Though she has spotted several other characters she knew. Ace, Deuce, Epel, Sebek, and Jack. It was getting closer to the middle of the ceremony when she saw that Crowley finally noticed her destroyed coffin. After seeing it, he immediately stormed out with a worried expression while the faculty looked confused with many of the Dorm Leaders also looking confused. Humming so low that none of them could hear, she gave a slight grin as the ceremony continued. It was quite an interesting show to watch, she wasn't lying in that regard.
Finally, it ended. She could see everyone just finally sigh in relief or relax from it. Which made her chuckle slightly at this. Though she noticed that those with animal characteristics or who had good senses seemed to her the laughter spilling from her vocal cords. She stopped immediately as her grin grew more from their confusion and wariness.
"This ends the dorm assignment for the new students, I presume?"
She perked up as she heard Riddle speak while seeing some of his light red hair from the robe. Grinning, she started to wonder how everyone would react if she landed right there infront of them. Hmm, her need to scare is growing again. Grim just continued his light slumber as he napped in the fluff that was around her neck. Her wings fluttered as she heard the cute snores of the little one sleeping in her fluff.
"Listen up new students. Here in Heartslabyul, I am the rules. Break them and it's off with your head."
"...Uuugghh. The stuffy ceremony is finally over. We're going back to the dorm. Savanaclaw, follow me."
"To the new students, congratulations on entering this academy. Enjoy your life here to its fullest. As the dormitory leader of Octavinelle. I will support you to the best of my ability."
Looking down at them as they all got ready to head to their dorms. She smiled slightly as they started to get ready to leave. Which would be easier on her, as she could use the mirror to finally get home to her parents before it would be truly disastrous.
"Which reminds me, where did the headmaster go? He flew out right in the middle of the ceremony..."
She winced slightly as Crowley was very much looking for her but couldn't as she was here the whole time with Grim. But nobody really knew that as she was quite sneaky when she tends to be.
"Abandoning his post..."
Her soul went out to Idia as he was quite the relatable person among all of these jackasses and dumbasses.
"Did he get a stomachache or something?"
Oh, sweet summer child, no.
Just as she thought this did the door swung right open with Crowley standing right there in the doorway. That made everyone pause as he looked disheveled along with looking ready to cry. Which was honestly weird to see in real life now that she was here. Geez, he really needs to get a grip.
"Divus! I can't find the wayward student! We're missing a student!"
That made everyone murmur as that seemed to catch the dorm leader's attention as Divus stepped closer to Crowley as the other went raving. She could hear everything the headmaster was saying which made her wonder why he was such a terrible authority figure. Though, she didn't plan to come down as she wanted everyone to leave so she could go home. Just as she got comfortable did she feel Grim start to awake. Knowing, that if she kept the little cutie in her fluff, he will go bonkers. But, she didn't want to set him down due to her instincts just yelling at her to not abandon the child.
"Mwah, that was a good n-MWAAAAAHHHHH!?!?!?!"
She winced as he fell to the ground from falling out of her fluff while everyone seemed to look at Grim with 'huh?' expressions. Sighing, knowing her method of hiding won't stay for long, decided to flutter down to the ground. She could hear their gasps and words from seeing her wings. Her wings were shaped like the lunar moths with a main coloring of black. But shades of white, blue, green, red, orange, and yellow were faded into the wings in intricate designs that were like her Mom in a way. Once she landed on the ground did she look at everyone while her wings folded themselves in a way.
"Oh my, those wings are gorgeous..."
"This is the first time I've seen someone with wings..."
"Is he a fae?"
"No, his wings remind me of moths."
She easily ignored their babble as she looked at Crowley. Crowley seemed to snap out of his stupor as he then berated her for daring to hide away on orientation day. Tired of his nonsense, she looked at everyone else through the hood that was still on her head. Everyone was still looking at her as Crowley finally came down from his rants.
"Now that's out of the way, step infront of the Dark Mirror! You've wasted my time and plenty of others! I won't punish you for I am Graciousness!!!"
Internally rolling her eyes, she stepped infront of the mirror as the face appeared. It was daunting to see in real life.
"State thy name."
"Amari Moon."
That made everyone break out into whispers again, to which she could easily hear the words. Even without her enhanced hearing as they weren't exactly subtle in their loudness.
"Hey, doesn't that name sound feminine?"
"Probably Pomefiore due to name."
"Hmm, the wings are truly beautiful..."
Ignoring their senseless babble she looked back to the mirror as it looks thoughtful.
"The shape of thy soul is.........unclear."
"Come again?"
That one sentence made the silence absolutely loud as everyone looked at her while all she paid attention to was the mirror. Looks like slight deviations are happening as it seemed her biology was leaving the mirror doubtful from the looks of it.
"I sense something more than magic deep in this one's very soul and being. It radiates and grows yet the danger is not very far behind. A walking disaster yet walking salvation in one. The color and shapes shift but are not the same every time. Even the Great Seven will bow and gravitate towards her. Seeking yet never gaining. Therefore, she will be in no dormitory."
Murmurs rang around her as the words of the mirror settled around her. Then her pronouns were finally processed it seemed.
"Wait, 'she'?"
Sighing, she grabbed the front part of her hood as she looked back as the hood was pulled back. She looked back at them as her wings twitched and fluttered slightly behind her.
Welp, cats out of the bag.
