Scp-04106 then found Scp-096 sitting on the floor, knees to his chest and his hands covering his face, 04106 assumed that he was a sub-species of human and approached him without fear.

Scp-04106: ( to 096 with a smile, in Crocian to make things easier for themselves: ) Hello!

Scp-096 turned his head to them as Lawrence and Carson found the two Scps.

Lawrence: ( Scared for 04106's safety ) Kid! Don't-

Much to Carson and Lawrence's surprise, 096 didn't attack or act hostile towards 04106, who reached their hand out to him with a smile.

Scp-04106: ( in Crocian, to 096: ) My name's Rgra, but everyone here calls me Scp-04106. You must be Scp-096! It's nice to meet you. Are you lost?

Carson: Lawrence... Please tell me that I'm going crazy or is the shy guy not attacking the kid for seeing him.

Lawrence: ( is in complete shock ) No, Carson, I'm seeing this too.

Scp-096 didn't respond to what Scp-04106 said, but that didn't stop 04106 from grabbing his hand with a kind smile.

Scp-04106: ( in Crocian, to 096: ) It's okay, I got lost here too. Here, let's find your room together. I'm sure it's not too far.

The two Scps then began walking down the halls away from the two Scp agents, 096 was following after 04106 as they were holding his hand. The two Scp agents were in shock by what they saw.

Carson: Okay, what Salem did, was impressive as heck.

Lawrence: Salem?

Carson: They were able to look at 096 without getting attacked, that's witchcraft in my book.

04106 and 096 walked down the hall of the Site, walking by some agents and researchers, 04106 didn't seem to notice the shock looks of the agents and researchers gave them and 096, who didn't react to the humans seeing him as he had his focus set on 04106. 04106 then saw the sign to 096's containment chamber.

Scp-04106: ( to 096, in Crocian with a smile: ) Look, we found it!

The two went in the room and saw a hole in 096's cell.

Scp-04106: ( in Crocian: ) Oh rocks. That's a big hole. ( to 096, with a smile: ) Don't worry, I think I can fix it. Let's get you back in first.

( Meanwhile with Agent Green, Dr Buck, and Dr Collingwood )

The three bumped into Lawrence and Carson when they were looking for 04106.

Dr Collingwood: Lawrence, have you seen 04106? They broke out of containment during the breach.

Lawrence: Actually we have.-

Carson: Believe it or not, but Salem led 096 back to containment and I think made friends with it.

Agent Green: Salem?

Lawrence: That's Carson's nickname for the kid.

Dr Buck: Impossible, Scp-096 kills anything that looks at it.

Lawrence: Apparently not to 04106. Speaking of the kid, we should go check on them.

Dr Collingwood: I hope they're okay.

Agent Green: They better be okay.

When the five went to SCP-096's containment chamber and saw that 04106 was closing the hole of 096's cell by bending the metal shut with their hands with little struggle. The SCP child then noticed the adults and gave them a cute smile.

Scp-04106: Hello! I helped Mr 096 find his room. He was a little lost and grumpy because everyone was looking at him.

Dr Buck: Don't you ever do that again, 04106.

Agent Green: You nearly worried us to death.

Scp-04106: Sorry, Dr Buck and Agent Green.

Dr Buck: How did you even get Scp-096 back to his cell?

Scp-04106: ( calmly and honestly: ) I just talked to him, and helped him find his way back here.

Dr Collingwood: ( sighs ) At least you're okay.

Dr Buck: And we have to report this to the director.

Scp-04106: ( tilts their head cutely to the side ) Why?

Lawrence: 096 isn't the nicest Scp here, he usually attacks anyone that looks at him.

Carson: I still can't believe what I saw you do.

Scp-04106: ( chuckles ) That is silly. He's just really shy and a bit grumpy.

Scp-04106's stomach growled as they were hungry again.

Agent Green: Let's take you back to your room and get you something to eat, kiddo.

Scp-04106: Yay, num-nums!

( Slight Time Skip, In Scp-04106's containment chamber )

Scp-04106 was happily eating some cooked chicken and they were making a purring sound as they ate. Dr Buck, Agent Green, Dr Collingwood, Lawrence, and Carson were in the chamber's observation room, Lawrence and Carson had finished telling them what happened.

Dr Collingwood: I still can't believe it. Scp-096 didn't react to they seeing his face at all?

Carson: Imagine what our reaction was.

Lawrence: I even heard that Shy Guy didn't attack anyone else that was looking at him when the kid walked him to his cell.

Dr Buck: Scp-04106 must have done something to cause this when they approached him. But what?

Dr Collingwood: Maybe they triggered some kind of instinct that the foundation wasn't aware of?

Dr Buck: It could be a possibility, but what instinct would cause 096's aggressive behavior to change?

Agent Green: Let me guess, you're going to have the kid do some tests on this theory?

Dr Buck: If it gets approved, but don't worry, Agent Green, I assure you we won't risk 04106's safety during those tests. Well, as long as Dr Shaw hasn't found out about what happened and tries to do something crazy.

Carson: Dr Shaw? Oh, right, this dimension's Dr Br-

Lawrence elbows Carson's side.

Carson: Ow. Oh right, no talking about the dimensional stuff.

Dr Collingwood: Yes, him. I'm sure, Dr Shaw knows better than to do any too dangerous tests on 04106.

Agent Green: He better not.

Lawrence: ( to Agent Green, with a smile: ) I'm guessing you formed a bond with 04106?

Agent Green: Yeah, they did bring me back from the grave.

Dr Buck: Speaking of that. You said you have no memory of being pulled through the portal Scp-04106 pulled you out of?

Agent Green: Nope. One moment I was trying to stop the nuke from destroying everything, then everything went black, and then I woke up here and learned that I have apparently been dead for months and was pulled out of a portal by the kid.

Dr Buck: Mhm.. Tomorrow we will probably use a D-class to see what's on the other side of it. And if sending a D-class doesn't work...

Lawrence: I'll go in and check it out. It wouldn't be the most dangerous situation I'll be in.

Carson: Has the foundation considered the possibility that there might be more like Salem out there? I know the kid didn't mention any others of their kind but...

Dr Buck: If there were others like 04106, we would've found and captured them by now.

( Meanwhile, In a town somewhere )

The camera zooms to a large cardboard box laying on the ground of an abandoned junkyard, with a pair of small gray horns and a pair of small white antlers, and a glimpse of a black fluffy tail poking out of the box. There were also two large puddles of blood in front of the cardboard box, and a large stray dog is seen cowering behind a dumpster away from the cardboard box with large bite and scratch wounds on its body. The dog was too scared to go near the small creatures inside the cardboard box.
