Introductions

A cackle in the darkness was heard as a group of ninja approached the villain.

''You'll pay for what you did!'' One yelled out, furious.

The villain turned themselves around. ''I know. But this will all come to an end. Now.''

Civilians watched their heroes face the villain, nervous. There was a ferocious fight as the team attacked them, and when the team was done, it was not the villain who fell, but them.

Cries of despair were heard as the spectators realized what had happened.

But one of them, pulled out a small glowing box. ''Remember this?''

The villain's face drained of colour. ''No... No!'' they shouted, and began pressing buttons furiously, trapping them in a chamber.

The civilians waited, and waited, for their heroes to emerge victorious.

But there was only silence.

Universe reset.

This is Ninjago.
The only place I've known for my entire life. It's pretty great, most people here on the streets are nice, others, not so much.

It gets attacked by a new villain seemingly every day, but as a citizen of Ninjago, it's pretty normal.

We're okay though, we trust the glorious ninja team that watches over the land and rises to protect it when a super bad guy appears. Kinda like Power Rangers, or Mutant Ninja Turtles, or anything like a team of vigilantes.

And they're not just ninja, they're specially trained ninja with powers.
Kinda cool, right?

Then there's me, pathetically existing with a bunch of people I made up in my head. Or so I like to think. I remember seeing their names engraved in stone somewhere, but I have no idea where.

I call them the ''Emo Kids'', and they are the only people who hang out with me.

You've heard of imaginary friends right? The only people who would keep you company, all because you created them how you wanted them to be.

Well, let me introduce you to them.

First up is Valkyrie, the angry one. She's not angry all the time, she's more like a volcano waiting to erupt. She's a good and fierce fighter, and will beat you up if you say something she doesn't like. Unsurprisingly likes the colour red.

Next up is Anara, whose name is also Billie, which is kinda confusing. When she gets scared she likes to hide in small spaces. When there's something that she fears appears (that rhymed), she will try to sink into the earth. Which is impossible, but it's her one wish. Loves the colour purple.

Then there's Cruz, who loves to be in the mood to be disgusted. He hates social interaction like most of the group, and will do anything to stay away from people in general. He likes wearing green.

Another one, Apollo. This guy is the ray of sunshine on anyone's dark and gloomy day. He loves it when he cheers people up, and will often sing and dance, although he's terrible at it, until someone smiles. He often disappears, kinda like my dad who went to get some milk and never came back.

Then there's the one that represents all my sadness. Introducing Kahlo, the opposite of Sunny Butter (Apollo), when I'm sad she helps me with my inspiration for art ideas. She's pretty much with me most of the time. Loves indigo blue.

Let's not forget A, whose one-letter name stands for something but no one really knows what. He's the special one of the Emo Kids, because he represents not one but two emotions. Surprise and boredom.

There's a game where we guess his name. Not one of us has gotten close to guessing his name. We call it the ''A Name Game''.

Oh and I almost forgot to mention, A claims he's my brother. Which is a little bit crazy, but it doesn't hurt to have someone who acts like a sibling as one of my imaginary friends.

And last but not least, the king of all ham sandwiches, Remo, a little silver snake that looks a bit like an Anacondrai. He's quite picky, he only eats ham sandwiches and a select few other food items.

It's not really a problem, but he's adorable, and the whole group has created a whole ''Protect the Smol Ramen Noodle'' squad just to protect him.

Then there's me. (Y/n) (L/n). The one talking to you, the reader. We're the same, but we're also different. If you observe us closely, with me especially, you'll notice something special.

I'm a kitsune, aka a human fox woman. I have the power of illusions, but that's all that's going for me. Occasionally, you'll see a snow-white fox running through the streets of Ninjago City.

That's me.

And if you're lucky to see me and my friends, just know you may not see me again, because I rarely go outside as people can be complete jerks.

Anyway, that's it, and now you must wait for the first chapter of the story. This was just an introduction.

Oh and also...

Happy waiting!
