Chapter 5: Natalie and Holly get into racing school and the family celebrates.
Natalie Manning, Celine Manning ,Mangus Manning, Jacob Manning, Jeffrey Manning, Xavier Manning, Sheila Manning, and Holly Manning stood by their mom, Helen Manning, who was a single mom raising them and they loved her a whole lot.
Helen divorced Jeffrey Manning, Xavier Manning, Sheila Manning, and Holly Manning's dad when they were 3 years old.
She adopted Natalie Manning, Celine Manning ,Mangus Manning, and Jacob Manning when they were 4 years old and their parents were killed in a car accident.
The driver was new and didn't know any know better and hit them straight on.
The parents didn't make it, but the kids did.
Helen handed them their letters from the racing school, and the kids opened them.
Celine looked dejected and said," The racing school didn't accept my application, mom.
Helen said," I'm sorry to hear that, honey.

Natalie and Holly opened their letters and smiled and said," Mom, can we please talk in private?
Helen said," Of course.
They headed to the master bedroom.
Holly quietly said," I got in, but I don't want my siblings to know because I don't want to hurt their feelings even worse now, mom.
Helen said," I appreciate you not boasting about you getting into racing school to your siblings. I'm sure they will appreciate it.
