How to Ruin the Sports Festival In Just a Few Easy Steps

A/N: On account of whether Chifuyu knows about the OFA thing, the answer is yes and no. She has her suspicions especially in regards to Midoriya and his sudden Quirk appearance, but she doesn't know the full story such as the previous wielders or the connection with All For One. As for the USJ incident where she spoke to All Might telepathically, she was to put it simply bluffing about exposing OFA, if only to keep her partners out of harm's way as he was about to attack them. Kinda like when Lelouch was bluffing about "Orange" in Code Geass. And also, All Might didn't recognize the telepathic voice to be Chifuyu's so she's safe from him trying to pry information out of her.

That's all I needed to say.

On another note, should I make an alternate chapter where Chifuyu actually participates in the Sports Festival if only for her HPA schoolmates' sake? Please answer in the comments......

Also, as for the Quirks of Chifuyu's new friends are as follows: Amu Hinamori- "Shugo Charas" (basically the same in the Shugo Chara anime only other people can actually see them); Mine- "Pumpkin" (the same as it is in Akame Ga Kill); Rico- Parasitic Virus (has the ability to pass on illnesses onto others provided he's in the "right mindset"; usually he has to feel threatened before he can inflict the illness and has no control of what illness he inflicts and they are usually of a weird nature, like his father Nico's; with "Bendy", a sentient symbiotic creature made of ink, he also has an offensive/defensive weapon that aids him, like Venom does with Eddie in the "Venom" saga); Ichigo Momomiya- Iriomote Wildcat (basically the same abilties granted to her in "Tokyo Mew Mew" and in the same manner of receiving said power); Nonon Jakuzere- Symphony Regalia/Sound Negation (basically combining both her natural abilities and her power from her Three-Star Goku Uniforms from Kill La Kill); Lucy Kaede- Vectors (she hasn't been introduced but she is making an appearance in this chappy; basically the same ability she has in Elfen Lied, only in this story, she has a few sisters which they won't be revealed until probably after the Summer arc has concluded when I intend to bring in the MLA a bit early than planned but that's enough future spoilers for you)

First Person POV, Chifuyu

In two weeks came the Sports Festival.

My class and the others tried to fight the matter of having to participate, but Nedzu was persistent on the matter. And since he had already sent out notices to the public that Hope's Peak Academy were to participate alongside the UA students, our hands were tied. This time, at least, as we shall better prepare against more of Nedzu's dirty tricks in the future.

Doesn't mean we had to like it, though.

So while though some of our more competitive classmates intend to participate, if only to one-up their UA rivals and prove that we Hope's Peak students aren't something to underestimate, a vast majority of our group intend to drop out in the first phase, if only to piss off Nedzu. The ones who will stay in until the finals were Akane Owari, Nekomaru Nidai, Sakura Ogami, Mukuro Ikusaba, Maki Harukawa, Kaito Momota, Peko Pekoyama, Aoi Asahina, Mondo Oowada, Kiyotaka Ishimaru, Gonta Gokuhara, Tenko Chabashira, Kiibo, and Miu Iruma (if only to one up Mei Hatsume from the support course as she harbors some bad blood for her as her explosions ruins her inventions and impede on her progress as she had informed me).

I ran into Rico and Nonon along the way where we inadvertently decided to hang around each other as we seemed to be the only sane ones of the entire bunch where UA is concerned.

But as we entered the tunnel to enter the arena, one of the 1-A students, a guy with red and white hair split down the middle like one of my standard Pokeballs approached me, his mismatched eyes cold as ice.

"I heard of you... the one who scored first place in the exam...and yet you turned down attending this academy." he spoke in a monotone.

I merely blinked at him, very uninterested. "So what? What's your point?"

"Even though you chose not to attend this school and All Might has also taken an interest in the likes of an outsider such as yourself, let it be known that I will beat you and prove I am stronger."

I breathed through my nose to calm myself; not because I was nervous, but because I was getting angry, yet again. First, that jackass known as Shinso Hitoshi (aka Baggy-Eyes 2.0) harrassed me again over my Quirk and my adamant refusal to go to the Hero Course. Now, the spawn of Japan's own Satan, aka Endeavor's "masterpiece" Shoto Todoroki, is now trying to goad me into his little "declaration of war" with Midoriya.

I felt my Hisuian Sneasel, Nezuko, nuzzle my leg, making me hold both my hands out to her so she could jump into them so I could pet her to calm myself before speaking.

I leveled a Steelix-hard glare at the heterochromatic boy, his eyes widening slightly at my dauntless dispostion as I marched right up to him, brushing aside Midoriya and some other rando from their class I couldn't be bothered to remember their name as I practically got in his face. Nezuko snarled at him, her small fangs bared and her claws extending in and out slightly as she was holding herself back from attacking.

"Leave me out of your little pissing contest, Peppermint Patty. As far as I'm concerned, you can have my spot in this damn shit show, as I could give less than a flightless fuck on who kills someone over a stupid gold-painted medal. So go have your little masculinity sausage party with your buddy Midoriya somewhere else. Hell, if you wanna make it interesting, invite your stupid pal Bakugo to join you group of fucktards. I'm sure he wouldn't mind getting off to that sort of thing as he has a superiority complex bigger than your daddy issues. Especially since you two have a thing about proving who's stronger than who. So take yourself and your emotional constipation issues and go fuck yourself. Anywhere as long as it is away from me. Now if you'll excuse me..." With that, I spun on my heel and stalked off back over to Rico and Nonon. If only to avoid punching the guy in the face and get his Daddy Dearest on my ass.

"You good?" Rico asked, his visible eye filled with concern. Such a sweet kid... This world does not deserve a sweetheart like him...

"Yeah. Fine." I responded nonchalantly, petting Nezuko's head as she purred at me in response. "Just getting some feels out."

"Gotcha." Nonon nodded. "That guy seems like an arrogant prick. Just like his Daddy dearest." She added with snark, making sure she was speaking loud enough to hear her. We blatantly ignored the cold glares on our backs from said teen. Not our fault he's projecting his emotions onto the wrong people. Sure, I don't like Endeavor, but this kid has no reason to take it out on me nor my friends for that matter. I never even interacted with the guy, for fuck's sake.

I shrugged not fazed by the angry stare aimed at us. "Maybe. Don't exactly know him. Don't really care to. The way I see it, that guy and at least the vast majority of the class he is in are all the same in my eyes. Deluded fools who think becoming a hero means life will be some big cakewalk, complete with rainbows and unicorns and all that dumb shit that goes with it."

"What did you say, bitch?!" The three spun around to see Bakugo, who was listening in on the conversation, stomping over to us.

"So scary." I said in a blank tone, my face unimpressed, even as Rico kinda hid behind me, not liking the aura the ash blonde tard emitted. Poor kid.

"You extras should be kissing the dirt I walk on- WAH?!" Suddenly he was picked by an invisible force. Wait. My eyes squinted as I saw something glint in the sparse light the tunnel provided as it lifted the ash blonde before tossing him away, right into his classmates, who tumbled down at the heavy weight dropped on him.

"Are those hands?!" I thought, my eyes now curious. Before I could ask, a girl with pink hair and cat-eared shaped horns on her head approached us. She also had red eyes, like me, along with a slightly expressionless face. The only differences between me and her is that her hair was a darker shade of pink, and she was also taller than me (T-T "Why must everyone tower over me?").

"Yeah. Hi." She said shortly, having trouble keeping eye contact with me and Rico and Nonon. "Sorry about that. I didn't like the way he was shouting so much."

"No problem." Nonon answered with a shrug.

"Arigato." I dipped my head at her in thanks. "He was getting on our nerves."

She blinked, as if she wasn't expecting to be thanked for tossing a bully away like they were nothing more than a child's bouncy ball.

"Wanna hang with us?" I surprised myself by asking. "We may not be those 1-A celebrities, but we can be good company."

She balked, as if this was the first time someone had actually invited her. She shook off her shock though, by adopting her blank expression. "Uh.. sure, I guess..."

Miu, who was passing by, saw the exchange as she suddenly elbowed me. "Look at you, opening up and making new friends." She spoke jokingly, making me give her a slight glare.

"Quiet, you." She only laughed it off, as per usual. I turned back to the others. I turned back to the girl. "So what's your name?"

"Name's Lucy. Lucy Kaede. Call me Lucy." She dipped her head at me quickly. She, like me, is not one for conversation.

"Welcome to the gang, Lucy-chan!" Rico spoke cheerfully, making her blush a bit. I internally smirked at this.

"Have anyone seen Ichigo-chan, Mine-chan and Amu-chan?" Nonon asked, looking around.

"We're right here, Jakuzure." We turned to see a ruffled Mine and an equally bothered Amu coming up to us. Ichigo just looked uncomfortable as she stuck near the both of them.

I raised an eyebrow at them. "What happened to you guys?"

Mine huffed. "Ran into my old man, Snipe. He was trying to lecture me again about my friends. As per usual."

"You mean us in particular or the other group you 'hang out' with?" I asked for clarification. Her other group of friends are a bunch of vigilante assassins for hire. They have been together since they formed their group back when she was still in middle school. She told me and the others about it last week when we began hanging out during the first week here. We even met some of them when we went to the mall after school and ran into her crush.

"Both," she answered shortly. "But he especially doesn't like you, if only because of your aunt..."

I scoffed. "That's not my problem. And he can get in line. He won't be the first Pro-Hero to despise me, as that is a long list and it is still growing, same with the amount of reasons for such... my aunt being one of those reasons..."

She smirked. "Sounds rough."

I shrugged. "It is what it is. I don't really care. That takes way too much energy." I turned to Amu. "What about you, chickie?"

She chuffed, looking away to glare a hole into the floor. "Me and Ichigo ran into our ex-boyfriends."

We all collectively winced. "Yikes. You guys okay?" Nonon asked.

"Yeah. Mine showed up in time and scared them off with Pumpkin." Amu tried to look tough about it, but I could tell she was quite upset.

Ichigo's eyes were trained onto the ground, not saying a word. I sighed. "Okay, time to be Dr. Phil...." I softly tapped her hand, getting her attention without frightening her, as she is still quite skittish. "Hey. It'll be okay. If he gives you too much shit just call me up, I can beat his ass for you." She nodded, still keeping silent. Looks like whatever had happened earlier is making her backslide into her old submissive habits. As if her boss from the cafe she works doesn't give her enough trouble. I met her leader of her own vigilante team and let's just say that despite his good looks, he really needs to work on his tact and behaviour in general to Ichigo. She has enough pressure as it is with being the appointed leader of her group, on top of her school work and trying to keep her other identity under wraps.

The best I could do was offer my support for now. And any ass-kicking for anyone who bothers her needlessly.

But that's beside the point.

Finally it was time for the ceremony to start this sponsored massacre off.

Midnight came up on stage, announcing herself as referee. The outfit she was sporting caused several nosebleeds from both the participants (most of them male) and from the audience.

"Again I ask, why do all the female heroes have to dress like whores?" Goodra groaned in disapproval the others agreeing with him.

"Good thing I didn't jump on that bandwagon..." I thought back in response, the others agreeing with me. I didn't notice Lucy staring at me with a slightly raised eyebrow as she noted the odd expression on my face as she communicated telepathically with my partners.

My attention was brought back to the present as Midnight announced that the person who scored the most in the entrance exam (excluding me as I'm not part of UA's student body despite I was the one to score first).

Of course, they thought it be such a great idea to have Bakugo do the speech.

Not.

And of course as we all predicted, he fucks it up, making a lot of people boo at him, and a lot of the UA students along with Hope's Peak Academy's students to hate his guts (if they hadn't already).

I decided to have my own bit of fun at his expense.

"Yeah yeah, we get it, you are just talking tough so you can compensate your obvious lack of 'another thing', so can we get serious here?" I called out, making some of the participants around her and the audience to laugh.

Bakugo whipped around to look at me from the stage he stood on. "What did you say, you coward?! Do you know your place?!" He shouted at her.

"Whatever helps you sleep at night, you explosive prick." I responded back nonchalantly, making people go "Ooh!" at my clapback.

Midnight stepped in before the rabid Tasmanian devil could start a riot, announcing the first stage of the Sports Festival.

POV Switch, 3rd Person, Chifuyu

After that fiasco of a speech from 1-A's representative, it was then decided what the first phase of the tournament would be.

Turns out, it would be an obstacle race.

How original.

Everyone lined up at the starting line.

Chifuyu could care less about the whole thing. Sure, she could win this entire tournament sleeping or just standing on her head but she refuses to become society's little show dog. She'll help her allies, sure, but she won't be bothering with the rest of the Sports Festival. While it may be boring, it is better than actually participating.

As soon as they were given the green light, a giant wave of ice hit many of the students, freezing them in place. The only one who was not affected by this was Chifuyu, where the ice had went around her as a green shield manifested around her momentarily before it vanished as soon as the ice passed by her harmlessly.

"Thanks for the Protect, Gengar," she mentally thanked the evolved Ghost/Poison-type, who snickered in return.

Chifuyu rolled her eyes as she felt a hand touch her shoulder and suppressed the urge to judo flip the owner of the hand especially when she heard the too-familiar voice of Shinso Hitoshi, aka Baggy Eyes 2.0. Nezuko hissed at him, looking half-ready to bite him, if not scratch him with her poison-infused claws.

"What are you scared of?"

She didn't bother turning around as she answered the indigo haired male while petting Nezuko's head to soothe her. "I don't know what your damage is, but leave me the hell alone, fucker."

He smirked, as if he had lead her into a trap and had caught her. "Now then. Help me win this and put those wannabes in their place." He begins to turn and leave until he felt a hand touch his shoulder. His heart sank as he suddenly noticed the sudden drop in temperature around him, and it had nothing to do with Todoroki's ice.

He barely dared himself to look behind him as Chifuyu gave him a dark smile, her face slightly shadowed as her red eyes glinted with sadistic glee. Within her mental link, her Pokemon were bristling with anger and hostility, wanting nothing more than to tear his head clean off his shoulders.

"Just. What. Do. You. Think. You. Are. Doing?"

A tense moment passed; Shinso gulped, only now realizing the danger he had put himself in. Her aura became a combination of hot and cold; hot enough like Arcanine's flames to leave scorch marks, yet cold enough like Froslass's snowy winds to make his teeth chatter.

"Well?" She asked ominously, her anger nearly tangible at this point. "Nothing to say? That's funny. You sure had a lot to say earlier when you tried to take those 1-A idiots 'down a peg', your words not mine. Now you decide to clam up? What a load of disappointment." She scoffed derisively, crossing her arms. "You don't need to explain yourself anyway, so I'll save us both some time and energy. You thought you could use me as your stepping stone in this shit show. Well news flash, fuck stick, you never had a chance." Shinso felt his innards drop further and further as she began advancing on him, making him step back with each step.

"Lucario. Gallade. Mind if I use your move for a quick second?"

"Not at all." They chorused with no hesitance, lending her their power.

"Very well." With that, her arms along with her hands glowed an ominous orange, making Shinso widen his eyes as she rushed him suddenly as she released the move Close Combat in Agile Style, hitting him in the chest and abdomen, sending him flying a pretty good distance.

"Know your place!" Chifuyu snapped out, her poppy red eyes sparking with unbridled rage. Seeing this made the audience and the participants who were not frozen by Todoroki's ice nervous as they quickly made a wide berth as she began to stomp her way over to the fallen Shinso, her bangs shadowing her eyes.

Opening his eyes, Shinso nearly had a heart attack at the sight of her standing over him, her bangs covering her eyes still.

"Repulsive bastard. If you ever pull another stunt like that on me again...." The shadow over her eyes lifted, revealing her crimson eyes now aglow to him, making his breath freeze in his throat, nearly choking him.

"I won't hold back... Next time, I will end you where you stand..."

Her eyes glowed at the end of her declaration, almost as if they were punctuating her threat.

"That also goes for my friends. They are under my protection. If you mess with any of them, I shall see to that you will only live to regret it." With that, she spat on the ground near his head before she stalked off.

However, Nezuko had one last thing to say to the indigo-haired human.

She snarled at him approaching him. Shinso sat up in fear, thinking she was going to attack him.

"Youuuu..... youuuuuu mongrel!!!" She snarled at him getting in his face, though he did not understand her; all he heard was growls and her saying "Sneas... Sneasel-sneasel snea!!"

After she made her statement, she leapt off and, as she turned around, she dropped to all fours and kicked some dirt in his face with her back paws before she dashed off to follow her "mother."

Meanwhile with Chifuyu and the others...

"Well, at least our baby Nezuko learned to say her first words..." Mismagius tried to lighten the mood.

"Why did it have to be those dirty words?!" Gallade bemoaned, comical anime tears running down his face, making the others sweatdrop at him.

Chifuyu rolled her eyes at this as Nezuko jumped back onto her shoulder, her head turned sassily away from everyone around her and her "mother". "You are slowly turning into Tamaki from Ouran High School Host Club, Gallade..."

Timeskip brought to you by a Johto Sneasel and a Hisui Sneasel....

Chifuyu sat in the bleachers just as Nico, Nonon, Mine, Ichigo, Amu, and their new friend Lucy as they watched their respective classmates compete with one another to reach the finish line.

Chifuyu glared stubbornly at her feet, mistaking their stares as reprimanding. "If you guys are going to make me apologize to the asshole, then drop it. The fucker had that one coming for a long time already..." She was feeling rather rebellious right now and she was in no mood taking any lip from anyone, adult or not.

"You kidding?!" She nearly jumped in shock as Rico had stars in his eyes. "That was totally wicked!!"

"Eh?"

"Yeah!" He was practically bouncing with excited glee. "You were like, BAM! Right in the gut!! Like an anime protagonist!!!"

"Oh I'm betting that Shirogane-chan will like this one, seeing he's also an anime fan..." Chifuyu thought.

"Whatever he did, he clearly deserved it..." Nonon scoffed. "Don't think we didn't notice him trying to aggravate you into a fight in the last two weeks before now. I'm just surprised it did not happen sooner."

"With that said," Mine added, "mind if we sit here with you? Out of all the others here, you are... tolerable than the others even in our classes..."

Chifuyu blinked to dispel the shock hanging over her to answer Mine. "Uhh, yeah sure. Make yourselves comfortable. I won't stop you..." She tried to cover up her slight awkwardness with tough posturing.

With that, a somewhat noticeable group of pinkettes were settled in the audience.

"I like them," Decidueye commented, the others in the mental link agreeing as a whole. "Let's keep them."

"Things are not always that easy, Decidueye." Chifuyu thought back, before adding slyly with a tiny smirk that did not go unnoticed by Lucy and Amu. "Like you trying to flirt with Lilligant."

A vivid blush painted the Fighting/Grass-type's face, the others began to make fun of him while he sputtered indignantly at his wielder.

"We agreed to never speak of that!"

"I made no such agreement," Chifuyu countered, "You said to never talk about it. When did I say I agreed to those terms?"

This made him sulk within the telepathy link, before Chifuyu turned back to her friends, who were all now staring at her. "What?"

"You..." Amu cleared her throat before continuing. "You kinda spaced out on us for a moment.."

Chifuyu only shrugged, not denying nor confirming anything. "Yeah, everything is fine. I'll explain another time, just not right now." She looked around herself at the other spectators, not exactly feeling comfortable about explaining the many voices that are in her head and why they were there to begin with, much less how they were there to begin with.

The group reluctantly brought their attention back to the events playing out in the stadium, deciding to drop the subject for the time being.

Chifuyu tried to pay no heed to the ongoing betting pool her Pokemon were having within her mind link, along with the yelling and screaming of fans around her and her group.

"I got out of bed for this bullshit...." She yearned to be in her nice bed back at Hope's Peak Academy, or even at home for that matter. She pulled out her game console to play a few rounds of Tetris to keep herself from getting totally catatonic.

"Whoa, check out Broccoli kid!" She snapped her head up from the screen at Samurott's words, shocked to see Midoriya himself soaring through the air on a piece of scrap metal, propelled by the minefield's explosions, passing by an irate Bakugo and a shocked Todoroki as he flew through the finish, getting first place.

"Well what the hell," Chifuyu thought, feeling almost impressed, if not for her reservations on the bothersome greenette due to their past history.

"That dude has a death wish for sure." Nonon spoke up.

The others turned to look at her, confused and shocked by her straightforward words.

"What makes you say that, Nonon-chan?" Rico asked.

"You can't tell me that there isn't a catch for someone who placed first in the first stage." She responded.

"She's right." Uxie piped up. "That kid is about to have the biggest target painted on his back yet."

Before Chifuyu could ask, Midnight announced that the results are in, making her look up to see the scoreboard.

She felt a surge of pride seeing some of her own classmates end up in the second phase, along with some of their senpais. She also noted some of the expressions on some UA students showed they were not happy that some kids from another high school showed them up.

"Just think," Azelf stated, "You could have easily got first place standing on your head asleep and carry all if not the vast majority of your fellow schoolmates to the finish line."

"Yeah well, my classmates and senpais, despite their own personalities and oddities, would want to prove themselves and prefer not to take any handouts," Chifuyu thought back, the others nodding in agreement.

Then their attention went back to Midnight as she announced the next event: Calvary Battle.

Chifuyu, with the help of Gardevoir's Future Sight, realized what Uxie meant when they said Midoriya had unintentionally set himself up literally seconds before Midnight dropped the bomb that the one who scored first place in the Obstacle Course phase was worth a whopping ten million points.

"Ah so that's what you meant..." Chifuyu breathed aloud unintentionally. Lucy noted the slightly blank look in her new friend's eyes as she got the idea that Chifuyu was not exactly talking to Nonon.

Nonon, however, thinking that she was talking to her, nodded. "Yeah. Whenever I watched these events live back at Honnoji, we noticed something of a pattern with some events, whether they leave it to chance or not. In a way the system on selecting events is kinda rigged, especially if you factor in how many of them are geared towards to those with flashy Quirks and try to showcase them."

"Makes sense." Amu said though she along with the others didn't seem to happy with the idea; though it did not necessarily surprise them as unlike some of their peers who aim to be in 1-A or even 1-B tend to think more along the lines of a realist, if not a pragmatist. Even sweet and seemingly innocent Rico can see the ugly side of society and keeps himself grounded in that regard despite his position as a fanboy for anime.

"I prefer the New Year tournaments that my fathers participated back in Nanba," Rico commented who looked fairly bored at this, a slight contrast to his usual sunny disposition.

This comment caught the attention of Chifuyu, Lucy, Mine, and Nonon. "Nanba as in the Nanba Prison School?" Nonon asked for clarification, the former orchestra band leader's eyes widening a bit.

Rico flinched, as if he let something slip when he shouldn't. Regardless, he couldn't take his words back now; he can't lie to save his life. "Umm yeah... that place..."

"Holy crap," Lucy breathed, her expression morphing from shock to something akin to being impressed. "Your fathers went to the infamous correctional facility on par with Tartarus prison..."

"You're... you're not disgusted with me?" Rico asked, a little shocked at their reactions.

"You kidding?" Chifuyu spoke up this time, as she had heard of the place and the reputation the facility has. "That's kinda cool to be honest! We gotta talk about this later!"

Rico blushed at the starry eyed expressions on his new friends; perhaps he will have friends besides Bendy after all.

"Look they're starting!" Amu said gesturing to the Calvary Battle.

Turning back to the event at hand, Chifuyu was mildly surprised that Midoriya managed to find a few partners for the event despite having the giant target on his back with the one million points bounty over his head.

She glared when she spotted Hitoshi, along with a few other participants who moved in a trance-like state, meaning that he had used his Quirk Brainwash on them.

"So the bastard survived my punch, eh?" She growled remembering how he tried to use her like a stepping stone in the first phase.

"What did he do?" Ichigo asked her, looking worried as her cat ears twitched slightly.

"He tried to brainwash me in the first phase," Chifuyu said in a blunt yet icy tone.

"He did what?!" Amu snapped, almost jumping to her feet at the revelation. She knew the guy was petty, especially when Chifuyu filled her and the others in after she confronted the angry mob outside 1-A and how Hitoshi had began to berate her for "stealing his thunder."

"I knew the guy was a jerk," Lucy spoke in a tone that was borderline hostile, "but to think..."

"It actually makes sense, since he is hellbent on being in 1-A with those other schmucks." Mine snarked as she too had some bad impressions with 1-A and some of 1-B too. "And from what I've seen of those guys in 1-A and B they seem to be delusional despite the amount of reality checks happening to them as of late. Maybe he is a fit for them..."

"Also true." Chifuyu agreed. "I almost regret defending them that day.... even though I was speaking more in behalf of my school than for them...."

"And let's not forget how Daddy's boy targeted you before this whole thing started," Nonon added, rehashing of when Todoroki tried to instigate a fight with Chifuyu beforehand.

"Don't remind me." Chifuyu grumbled, slumping in her seat as that particular encounter still left a bitter taste in her mouth. Those that truly knew her wondered why the hell she let him walk away with his bones intact. Though there was some comfort taken in that she verbally took him down a peg (albeit vulgarly). Though next time she won't be so merciful.

At that moment, Chifuyu's stomach growled, making her wince as she recalled not being able to eat before the Sports Festival began. Some takoyaki sounded really good right now.

"Think I'll head down to the concession stands," Chifuyu muttered, getting to her feet with Nezuko moved to her shoulder. "Any of you want to come with? I think we can be back in time for the next event to start... Not that I really care about that..."

"Yeah, think I'll go with you." Nonon and Mine both got to their feet, intent on finding something to snack on before the Calvary Battle starts.

"Same here." Amu added, Ichigo deciding to come with as well. "This is kinda boring to be honest."

"You coming, Rico-kun and Lucy-chan?" Ichigo asked, the latter blinking in surprise at the invitation while Rico beamed up at the cat-eared girl.

"Hai!! I could use some sweets right now!! And it's about time to take my meds before lunch anyway!" He chirped, taking Lucy's hand, making the pinkette blush at the contact but didn't do anything to make him let go.

Following Chifuyu out of the stands to the concession stands, the group of pink-haired kids began their quest for junk food.

Little did the group realize that there are going to be some special guests that Chifuyu will be more than thrilled to see after so long...

Meanwhile....

3rd POV Switch Nobody

"Do you think your god-daughter will participate in these events?" A young man with spiky blue hair and angular ears on top of his head asked a male just a few inches shorter than him with larger triangular ears and two fox tails.

"Considering what Chichi, Taichi, and Colress told me, chances are slim to none." The blonde walking beside him replied. "But given this is my adopted siblings' family's luck, something may happen... Either way, let's hurry and meet up with Colress then we can find her..."

"I'm quite curious what your god-daughter is like," a female with same pointed animal ears only with pink medium-length hair that seemed to be attached to the blue-haired guy's side wondered aloud.

"Same here," a male with long silver hair and amber colored eyes added.

"Wonder how strong she is given she wiped the floor in those entrance exams," a male with longish red hair and sharp knuckles on his hands stated, hitting his sharp-knuckled fists in anticipation.

"Can we just find our places?" Another male, this one with long black hair with red highlights and same angular ears as the bluenette and the pinkette spoke with annoyance clear in his voice. "All of these humans are staring at us like we're zoo exhibits."

The bluenette shot him a dry look. "Probably cuz you are." He teased.

The black-haired male shot him a glare while baring his canines at him slightly. "Don't you start with me, faker."

"Enough, both of you!" the pinkette barked, summoning a giant mallet in her hands, effectively making both guys shut up quickly at the sight of it. This also made the gawkers quickly give them a wide berth, all the while trying to avoid eye contact with the group, especially the pink-haired one.

"Well," the fox/human sighed to himself, adjusting the goggles perched on his head. "At least that takes care of the crowd..."

The group then paused when the blonde stopped in front of a big screen depicting a group of students, where one of them got up on the platform and said something that made the group frown in displeasure as the audience booed at him.

Their displeasure turned into amusement when they recognized the pinkette from their fox-eared friend's stories of his adoptive family making a smart aleck remark to the speaker, making the group laugh/smirk at the ash blonde's reactions.

"Is that what you meant when you said she takes after her aunt?" The bluenette asked his blonde best friend.

"That and then some," the twin-tailed hybrid chuckled.

"Check out the right hook she has," whistled the crimson-haired guy as they watched Chifuyu lay out a kid with purple hair.

"Hoo hoo, she's mad at somebody if she is using that move," commented the blonde as he noticed her arm glowing orange as she used the Agile-style attack.

"I'll say..." the bluenette sweatdropped at the black-haired hybrid as he smirked while watching the girl practically scare the crap out of the purple-haired kid.

"Think I like her already..." the others sweatdropped at the "emo" of the group.

POV Switch, Chifuyu 3rd Person

Chifuyu suddenly sneezed, startling Nezuko as she was nearly thrown off her perch on her shoulder from the sudden movement.

"You okay?" Rico asked as Chifuyu straightened back up and readjusted my purple Sneasel.

"Yeah. Someone's probably talking about me." She shrugged it off as nothing major to deal with. "Anyway lets get some food and perhaps some drinks from the vending machines... I crave carbonated stuff to go with whatever fried junk I get my hands on..."

Just as she was about to head towards a vendor advertising takoyaki, she suddenly tensed, her group noticing as her Sneasel began to hiss angrily.

"Oh for fuck's sake..." They became confused at her sudden expletive before they spotted All Might coming towards her, the sudden mood change becoming much more clear to them now.

"Young Nanami," All Might addressed her, making her glare at him while the others just frowned at him, as they weren't fans of the hero either, if only for their own reasons. "Alone, preferably." He added, seeing the others.

"No." Chifuyu's tone was curt. "Whatever you gotta say, you say in front of them." The others nearly gloated in the Number One Hero's face.

He sighed before speaking, "Young Nanami, what you did earlier was quite unheroic, and I'm sure it was all a big misunderstanding-"

Chifuyu cut him off before he spoke another word.

"If you are going to lecture me for decking that bastard the save your breath. I'm not apologizing to anyone for jacksquat and that's final." She spoke in a tone that is practically challenging the number one hero to contradict her. "And what is there to misunderstand? He tried to use his Quirk on me without consent. Sorry to break it to you, Mister Symbol of Peace, but that is more than enough reason to teach him a lesson. He was merely acting out on his blatant jealousy because like you and your little UA groupies my Quirk is being wasted outside your alma mater."

"Well, he's not wrong!" He didn't bother acknowledging how Hitoshi was basically the instigator as he tried to sway her with his words. "I'm sure you would be a great hero! Imagine what all you can do with your Quirk and-"

"And might I suggest you stop right there." A new voice piped up, making everyone turn to see a man with short blonde hair and a weird blue hairlike appendage come from his bangs with rectangular spectacles on his face.

Chifuyu's eyes brightened with glee as she immediately recognized the man as All Might frowned at the sudden interruption.

"Uncle Colress!" She exclaimed, as she brushed All Might aside to meet the bespectacled man.

The blonde man smiled at her, "Hey there, little gidget!" He chuckled as she ran to him and glomped him.

"Heyy, don't forget us, squeaker!" Another voice joined in.

Chifuyu pouted before she responded to the voice. "Uncle Sonic! I thought I told you to stop calling me that!"

Everyone turned to see a group of people who looked like human/animal hybrids.

Chifuyu left Colress's arms to run to the blonde member who had the attributes of a kitsune fox. "Uncle Tails!! You came too!"

"But of course." He chuckled, ruflfing her hair. "We were in town and we thought we pay you and the family a visit.."

The reunion moment was ruined when All Might opened his mouth.

"Beg your pardon, but... who are you?"

The one with black hair and red highlights gave him a derisive snort. "Wow. The number one hero in this country can't recognize other heroes? How ironic."

Rico's eyes widened as he recognized them. "Hey! I recognize those guys! Those are the Mobian heroes: The Bygone Squad!"

All Might's eyes widened as he clearly did not recognize them. However, that doesn't mean he won't try to capitalize on this and try to salvage this. "Oh, heroes from another country? How splendid! I didn't expect the Sports Festival to garner this much attention-!"

"Abupbupbup!" The pink haired hybrid held up a hand- along with her Piko Hammer- in an innocent yet threatening way, making All Might sweat a bit nervously at the sight of how big it was (A/N: Good night, everybody~ *SLAP* Okay, I'll stop... maybe...). "We are not here for this shindig, or even work." She glared at him. "We are only here to visit. And to see my darling god-daughter." She dragged Chifuyu into her free arm without even looking at her as she kept a steady gaze on All Might.

"Now if you will kindly step away from here," Colress spoke up, "I won't have to bring my brother's wife down here to split you from your chin to your shins. You remember my sister-in-law, right, All Might?" He spoke with a bit of smugness in his tone.

All Might became a bit blue with fear at the thought of Chifuyu's dragon of an aunt.

Chifuyu took that moment to speak. "By the way, All Might," she nearly winced at her Pokemon in the mind link snarling quite loudly, but she continued regardless, "You can't, and won't, force me to apologize for something the jackass was asking for. And as for the hero thing, how about no? I'm perfectly happy with my position as a Hope's Peak Academy student. Dealing with Midoriya and his little buddies in 1-A is bad enough as it is, especially with my peers stuck in this cesspool because of your boss's so-called 'witness protection program'," she made air quotes around the phrase, "and on top of that, to discover that the hero who always goes on about 'equality' is trying to coerce a teenager to be a hero because all sees is a powerful Quirk and nothing else." She gained a grin that held no warmth, just pure unadulterated malice. "Wonder what the media will say to that? I'm wagering that they will love it. Don't you agree?" She practically purred at the end as she ended her threat.

"N-now, l-let's not be irrational here," All Might was sweating buckets by now.

"Oh no, i'm sure your boss would love to hear this himself." Chifuyu said with a shit-eating smile. "Oh hello, Nedzu!"

All Might whirled around to see the principal himself. He paled to the point he could be mistaken as a ghost.

"I hope there isn't any trouble going on here." Nedzu spoke in a polite tone. He turned to All Might, who flinched at the beady-eyed chimera. "All Might, I told you to leave Miss Nanami alone. But we'll have that talk after the festival is over. This is supposed to be a joyous occasion after all." With a final warning look from Nedzu, All Might hurried away.

"Sorry to not stick around to exchange pleasantries, but I must get back to overseeing the events. If you will all excuse me." With that Nedzu began walking away. As he passed by Chifuyu, their eyes met, an internal exchange was made.

"Do keep your pawns in line, rat-face." Chifuyu thought savagely. "Or I will be the one to wipe the floor with them, making them look like even bigger fools than they are now."

"Very well. Well-played, Nanami, and do try not to disappoint." He met her gaze evenly. "It would be a real shame if you were to lose this game of wits and might..."

"Yes, it be a real shame if your little psychological game of chess were to reach a checkmate this early. Wouldn't you agree?"

"I look forward to see how you will fare against me..."

Little did the hybrid know is that he's taking a gamble with someone who can wield dieties with not only physical strength beyond compare, but also intelligence and knowledge beyond even his own scope and comprehension. With or without her cohorts, she can easily outwit the rat with just a few words. Not even her senpai, Celestia Ludenberg the Ultimate Gambler, would take a bet that risky.

Chifuyu kept her eyes on the chimera until he turned the corner and was out of her and the others' collective sight.

"Well," the black-haired Mobian hero piped up. "He was certainly pleasant." Note the sarcasm.

"Pay him no mind." Chifuyu stated. "He's nothing more than a mere fly in the ointment..."

Before anyone could respond to her words, she found herself glomped by the pink-haired heroine.

"Omigosh!" she gushed, her earlier ire caused by Nedzu and All Might forgotten as she twirled around with Chifuyu in her arms. The other Mobius heroes along with Colress and Chifuyu's friends sweatdropped as they saw swirls appear in the younger girl's eyes as she started to get dizzy from Amy spinning her around. "You are so adorable! The fact you can scare those two buffoons into submission with just a few words makes it even better! Just like your auntie!!!"

"Uhhh... hi..." Chifuyu stated dizzily as she tried to get her bearings.

"Amy, let her go," Tails spoke, facepalming at his female comrade's antics.

Much to Chifuyu's relief, the pinkette did as she was told, albeit with a pouty face. She scampered over to Tails, trying to put some much-needed distance between her and the pink-eared female.

"Kinda rude..." Gallade commented only to get a sharp retort in return.

"Ah, shut up, you." Chifuyu bit back irritably before her stomach growled again, indicating that if she doesn't eat soon then her inner bitch will really come out.

Hearing his god-daughter's stomach, Colress gave a chuckle. "How about we stop and grab a bite?"

"I second that!" Sonic chirped. "I hope they got chili dogs here!!"

Chifuyu gave a laugh at that; a genuine laugh that sounded like the tinkling of bells.

This made her friends blush a bit at the innocence; they were so used to her sarcasm and not-so-sunny disposition that this came as a (pleasant) surprise.

Timeskip

Thankfully it did not take long before Chifuyu finally got some much needed takoyaki.

While she and the others ate at a large table, her new friends, Rico especially, got acquainted with the proclaimed Mobian heroes.

Finally having eaten enough to calm her "hangry side" she tuned into the conversations being held by her godfathers and their comrades. Her friends, while they aren't die-hard fans of heroes in general, they have a certain admiration for the Mobians. Rico especially as he had collected a good chunk of their merch when they had an anime adaptation made about them and as an otaku should, he followed the series from beginning to end down to the final detail. One of his dads also liked them, both in anime and their deeds in real life.

"We're sorry to pull this out of nowhere," Tails began as he rubbed the back of his head sheepishly. "But Colress insisted that this should be a surprise..."

Colress smiled, not a bit ashamed. "And it worked, didn't it?"

"Well, I'm surprised," Chifuyu said truthfully. "And at least it was a pleasant one, given what we have to live through today before we're allowed to go home..."

Sonic gave her a dry look. "Still being yourself, huh?"

"If being myself means having to point out flaws in every system held here in Japan and certain people either getting mad or not even bothering to fix said problems, then yes. Yes I am." The black-haired Mobian, who introduced himself as Shadow, smirked at this.

"Well, at least you're a smart one." He commented, crossing his arms with a smug look.

"In a world that is overrun by idiots, someone has to be..." Chifuyu replied in a blank tone, her face now looking tired. "While it is exhausting, I rather be this and not a dumbass...."

"You..." The white-haired male, who goes by the moniker Silver, began to comment, "You certainly speak from the heart..."

"Well I thought I was speaking from the mouth, but what do I know about biology." That response received a lot of laughs as Silver deadpanned at her.

"Ah crap," He bemoaned, "She really is her niece!! Not only that, she is an edgelord in the making like Shadow! Why must there be two of them now?!"

This made Shadow smirk at the silvernette. "Oh whatever shall we do?" He added on sarcastically.

"That aside," Chifuyu turned back to Colress and Tails. "I'm glad you guys showed up regardless. Especially with All Might-" She suddenly flinched at the sudden loud snarling in her head at the mention of the hero's moniker before she blurted out to seemingly no one, "Will you please cool it with the hostility? You lot are beginning to give me a migraine..." She tried to soothe her nerves by petting Nezuko's fur, Amy cooing at the cute creature, trying to distract herself from her minor headache.

The others, save for Colress and Tails, looked at her with confusion because they did not know who she was talking to; Colress decided to steer the subject away before it ends with Chifuyu having a migraine.

"Anyway," Colress began, getting the attention of both the Mobian heroes and Chifuyu's friends. "I do believe introductions are in order. Even though you already know some of them, dear goddaughter," He added in a teasing voice to Chifuyu, who only stuck her tongue out at him. "The blue-haired one is Sonic, the leader. The blonde is my frequent business partner and second-in-command Miles Prower, or 'Tails' if you will; the redhead is Knuckles, the bruiser of the group; the white-haired gent is Silver, he's an esper of sorts; the pinkette is Amy, she does both support and front lines; then there is Shadow, the edgelord." This ended with Shadow giving him a look that clearly expressed his displeasure at his introduction.

Their talk was cut short when a buzzer sounded throughout the food court.

Chifuyu groaned, "Ah great. That means only a few minutes before the Calvary Battle begins...." She really did not look forward to going back to the stands, but with the "high-stakes" betting pool her Pokemon has going on in her head, it would probably cause a riot with her allies if she decided to play hooky on the event.

"Aww..." Rico had blue gloomy lines appear over his head. "I really wanted to talk more..."

Chifuyu turned to her friends and her family.

"So who wants to go see these kids try to kil each other on national TV to get a gold painted medal?"

Of course, nobody, not even Tails, can resist that idea. Their exploits back on Mobius make these events look like amateur hour at best.

Timeskip

Thankfully, Chifuyu found a spot for both her friends and her uncles' friends to all sit and watch the events unfold just as the Calvary battle commenced.

Though it did not take long for her to give the newcomers the down-low for the events, especially in regards to the one who scored first place in the first phase.

Colress raised an eyebrow at her details of a certain greenette who had the ten million point target painted on his back (or around his head if we are being technical).

"Isn't that the brat who stalked you over your Quirk back in middle school?" His blunt words drew the attention of the others, raising a great amount of concern with all of the Mobian heroes, even Shadow.

Seeing this, Chifuyu gave her godfather a withering look. "Please work on your phrasing...." Sighing she then turned and began to explain to the others the short version of her quote-unquote relationship with Midoriya.

"Long story short, he and I were in the same class back in middle school. He was believed to be Quirkless, at least until I guess recently, right around the entrance exams if I had to guess, and he has an unhealthy obsession with Quirks, especially with the mechanics and all of that junk." She drew a breath, holding her Sneasel to her as she continued, "When I first showed up, I made it more than clear that I wasn't going to give any info on my Quirk aside from it's name. Unfortunately, him and one other person did not get the hint. This was shown when he began to prod me for information and push his hero propaganda onto me when he found out it was 'versatile' and 'powerful'." She made air quotes around the two words, her face contorting into disgust as it seemed to her that everyone views her allies as playthings when they are living breathing creatures with their own thoughts and feelings.

An uncomfortable silence permeated the air, the lot of them feeling sympathetic. Sensing this, Bendy rose out of Rico's back, surprising everyone, and stretched his inky self to give the pinkette a soft pat on the head, his warbled voice making the same noise as Ingo's Sneasler when one of her kits got hurt (especially Chifuyu as the Noble had pretty much surprise adopted the girl some time back).

Chifuyu offered a rare small smile at the symbiotic creature. "Thanks...."

His permanent smile seemed to stretch momentarily before he retreated back inside of Rico, who now had a small smile himself.

"Well that's rare..." Rico muttered. "Bendy never comes out for anyone besides me... I guess that means you have really left an impression on him..."

"I feel honored... I think.." Chifuyu added awkwardly, making the others laugh.

"That was kinda cool.." Lucy commented, as that was her first time seeing Bendy, and, rather than being freaked out by the creature's appearance, she seemed to be in awe, if judging by the stars in her eyes were an indication. Rico blushed at this; Chifuyu could see that this could be the beginnings of love right before her. Maybe not like the "rivals to lovers" she had seen with Adaman and Irida, but the paralell was there.

Sighing, the strawberry-blonde brought the subject back to hand. "Anyway, that's the long and short of it. Even after I decked him once, he still kept coming back..."

"Geez...." Amu commented. "At least now some things make more sense now...."

Chifuyu raised an eyebrow at the "cool and spicy" girl of the group. "What do you mean?"

Nonon spoke up this time. "We noticed your... animosity with some of Class 1-A... at least for some... certain individuals..."

"At first I thought it was just the blue-haired guy," Rico piped up, "given how you sent him flying across the hall when he was berating one of your classmates..."

"That student who he was berating was my older cousin," she corrected, her eyes hardening at the memory of her moe-faced cousin crying when that Iida shithead chewed him out for wearing a girl's uniform instead of the boy's uniform. Colress and Tails winced at this, knowing how protective she is in regards to her family. "While I do have beef with him, he's not my main target of my ire..."

She left it at that, not wanting to rehash those particular memories.

"Anyway, yeah," Ichigo spoke up, gathering the courage to continue their conversation. "And the way you blew the green-haired guy off when he kept trying to get you to sit with him and his friends at lunch was also an indicator..."

"Yeah, if it weren't for the fact that my friends go to the lunch room, I honestly would not bother coming in there..." Chifuyu slumped down in her seat.

This made Colress smile a bit; while it may seem little, at least his goddaughter is making progress in making more friends. Sure, she has her friends in Hope's Peak Academy, but to see her open up to others outside her preferred school is even better.

She then noticed Mine's look of bitterness and Nonon's obvious distaste for the group Midoriya made; looking down into the arena, Chifuyu saw why. Miu's much disliked "rival", Mei Hatsume.

"Let me guess," Chifuyu spoke up, startling both Mine and Nonon before they turned to her. "You guys got beef with the one with pink dreadlocks, right?"

Their expressions morphed from befuddlement to anger. "Damn right we do!" Mine barked, a fiery aura surrounding her.

"Remember when we first met?" Nonon began to explain, "The person who pissed us both off was the reason. Let me introduce you to Mei Hatsume. Like us, she's from the Support Department. Damn bitch keeps ruining our work with her damn explosions!" Nonon spoke with rare anger towards the end.

"I see," Chifuyu nodded. "My classmate Miu Iruma has often complained that she was ruining her projects."

"Then you get why we hate her so much!" Mine stamped her foot angrily.

"Why doesn't your teacher do anything?" Rico asked in concern.

Lucy snorted. "Ain't it obvious?" They turned to her. "Their teacher is playing favorites, just like many others who work at UA. The Support Course is no different."

"Give the chick a cigar." Nonon confirmed. "While she gives the feeble excuse of 'being part of the creative process', she doesn't care about the collateral she causes when her stuff explodes. I'm sorry, but 'creative process' my Honnoji-native ass! That doesn't bring back my damaged inventions or blueprints that were destroyed by the flames!"

"Not only that, she has no problem piggy-backing off others if it means getting some sort of publicity for her damn products!" Mine added in complete disgust.

"That's terrible!" Amy commented, looking properly outraged at such behaviour of both the errant student and the teachers not doing anything about it just because the said student has potential.

"Yeah, why have a student if they only hinder others' progress just because they are talented?" Silver asked rhetorically.

"Welcome to my world," Chifuyu snorted. "That's how this place works. UA is a place made for attention whores by attention whores."

The others choked on their spit, save for Lucy, Nonon, and Shadow, who only smirked at Chifuyu's blunt words.

"C-Chifuyu!" Colress choked out in shock.

"Well it's true!" Chifuyu protested, trying to drown out the laughter of her Pokemon in her head. "And stop laughing, you lugs!"

"By that standard, you should have been in 1-A-" Chifuyu cut Knuckles' words off midsentence.

"And I chose not to, because I already had my heart set to Hope's Peak. I only did the stupid entrance exam here because I made a deal with Rat-face and it would look very bad if I went back on it. That is all."

Knuckles nodded. "I can respect that."

"I'm happy with Hope's Peak, and that's that. Even with Nedzu's phony-baloney witness protection program he blackmailed my principal into, I'm not backing down. He'll have to do better than that to force me to transfer over to that joke of a school." She finished her statement with crossing her arms in defiance.

Colress turned to Mine and Nonon. "If you girls like, I can provide you with a lab at my company for you to build your support items without the hazard of them being destroyed by outside forces."

Both girls sat up straight, their expressions wide-eyed and, dare Chifuyu say it, hopeful. "Y-you would really do that?"

"Of course." Colress nodded. "And since I'm the owner of the place, what I say goes. And given that my god-daughter has taken a shine to you, that must mean she sees something in you."

Chifuyu shot him a dirty look. "Uncle.... Don't expose me like that..." She whined, making him chuckle as he ruffled her hair, making her huff at him before trying to fix her hair back to the way it was.

Turning back to the event, they noticed just about every group had immediately targeted Midoriya's group because of the bounty set over him.

Chifuyu shook her head at this; of course they would do that.

"They are so desperate to get noticed that they have all taken leave of their senses,." Leave it to Gardevoir to call them out.

Shadow seemed to agree, whether he knew it or not. "Targeting only one person and getting tunnel vision.... that's how you die out in the battlefield."

"There goes Shadow, being edgy as usual." Sonic teased, though he didn't deny his claim.

"He's not wrong though," Silver spoke up.

"Yeah. They could have just focused on getting the other headbands," Amu spoke up.

"And yet, their foolhardy desire to be number one blinded them and robbed whatever last shred of common sense they may or may not have had." Lucy ended the sentence, her face full of disdain.

"Precisely." Mine added. "They wouldn't last a second on a mission with the Jaegers or Night Raid." She muttered under her breath, only Chifuyu catching that comment.

Then her eye caught sight of indigo. "So the bastard survived my punch after all," She sneered, Nezuko snarling when she followed her eyesight to see Shinso.

"To be fair, you did use Agile-Style instead of Strong-Style..." Lucario pointed out. "Even then, you were holding back quite a lot even as you pulled that punch so to speak."

"Only because I did not want to kill him outright." Chifuyu thought back, still glaring holes at the back of the boy's head. "Though I'm beginning to think I perhaps should have for what he tried to pull..."

Colress noticed her scowl. "What is it, dear niece?"

"Nothing, just having a moment of remembering something unpleasant...." She replied.

Following her line of sight, he caught on why she was wearing such a fearsome glare as he had witnessed her punching this particular student beforehand. And after the altercation with All Might earlier, it didn't take a genius to figure it out...

Leaving it be, Colress watched as the Calvary battle event continued.

Chifuyu yawned as she watched Bakugo lose his temper with a student from 1-B that was taunting him. She frowned slightly when she recognized him from when he and those other students were starting a fight with 1-A before she stepped in and unwittingly defended them (though some may argue that she was merely doing it for her classmates' sake as they were also caught up in the incident and could have died that day thanks to Nedzu's mechanizations...).

She mentally shrugged it off as he seems to have beef with only 1-A rather than her peers from Hope's Peak. And speaking of which, her schoolmates' teams are holding out rather well on their ends, especially with the group who has Miu on their team and some of her inventions (that were not destroyed by Hatsume's explosions) had overshadowed Hatsume's own despite having Mr. Ten-Million-Points on her side and most of the other teams are preoccupied with targeting them.

Though she did sit up and laugh so hard she nearly threw up when one of her classmates pulled a fast one on Midoriya's team and snagged his headband just seconds before Todoroki's team did. The gobsmacked expressions on both teams was enough to send her to the floor holding her sides as Miu ran off with the headband screaming, "Look, Hatsume, you whorebasket of a freak! I took your little baby's bounty! How's that for payback for destroying my shit, you bitch?! Thanks a lot for the revenge, sucka!!!"

Mine and Nonon smirked, happy to see their classmate getting her just desserts. "Any chance we can get her number?" Nonon asked deviously. "I wouldn't mind working with her, especially if it is to pull one over Hatsume."

"Agreed." Mine said with matching expression on her face.

"I-I'll ask her," Chifuyu managed to wheeze out as she got back in her seat, her sides still shaking with laughter. "She's in the same class as me, and she and I have worked on a few projects together. Same with my cousin, who is good at programming." She saw Nonon's eyes light up at that.

"Trust me when I say she is good." She added, reminding herself to ask Miu about Project: Nana's progress after this shit show is over.

"I'll have to take you up on that," Mine said, Nonon nodding beside her as both of their bosses would no doubt be interested in both the aspiring inventor and her hacker whiz of a cousin.

"Let me tell them first so we can avoid complications." Chifuyu responded before returning her attention to the chaos unolding before their eyes.

She barked out a laugh when she saw Bakugo nearly faceplant himself into disqualification thanks to Miu tripping his team up when they realized she and her team were carrying the coveted ten million points instead of Midoriya.

"So much for being a perfectionist," she sneered, mocking what he had said back in middle school and what Present Mic said about him in the commentary.

"You know that brat?" Shadow asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Unfortunately." Chifuyu replied. "Like our friend Midoriya here, he's also obsessed with Quirks. Only in his case, he only cares about showing he's the alpha in the so-called pack. If anything, he is nothing more than a spoiled brat who people inflated his ego to the point he has delusions of grandeur. I had to put up with him in middle school with Midoriya."

"Sounds awful," Ichigo spoke with sympathy.

"It was." She responded bluntly. "But I made sure to make his life miserable from the start." She added with a smirk.

"What did you do?" Rico asked, curious despite himself.

"Nothing much, to be honest. When he tried to put his hands on me, I sent him flying with the punch my big sister taught me. When he tried to sic the teachers and principal on me, they didn't believe him as someone that is 'kind and helpful' would do something like that unprovoked. So he ended up looking like a fool in front of his peers and I got off scot-free."

"Damn, girl," Amu smirked. "You know how to be a boss."

Chifuyu shrugged. "I have my moments."

"He sounds like a real dick though." Shadow spoke bluntly.

"That's because he is." Chifuyu responded in a flat tone. "And everyone does nothing to correct his violent behaviour so he has it in his head he can get away with anything just because his legend that doesn't exist."

"I personally would love have a nice chat with him..." Amy chimed in, smiling a little too sweetly as she brandished her Piko Piko Hammer, making the others sweatdrop with a bit of nervousness.

"And I thought your aunt was scary...." Garchomp commented, the others agreeing, making a mental note to not get on this person's bad side.

By the time the conversation was over, the time finally ran out, signaling the end of the Calvary Event.

Chifuyu allowed herself another unholy smirk as she saw her classmates' team dominate the winning chart, making the quote-unquote rival UA students unhappy that a bunch of kids from what is essentially known as a non-hero school practically hand their own asses to them. Even better, they didn't even need to use their Quirks to get to that point. Which made it all the more sweeter for Chifuyu to enjoy.

"I hope Nedzu is watching, because this basically proves that we didn't need his lousy 'protection program' at all. Now if we can just convince the conniving rat to let my people go..." Chifuyu thought to herself, unintentionally quoting a certain Disney song.

She was brought out of her thoughts when the final event was decided: A battle tournament.

"How original." Chifuyu thought sarcastically. "Well this sucks. I really wanna go home now." She said aloud.

"Wanna get some ice cream?" Colress suggested to take her mind off things and hopefully kill some time to make things go faster.

"Too bad I left the Adamant Crystal at home with the Lustrous Globe..." Chifuyu mourned to herself. "Sure. Something sweet and cold enough to freeze the headache I have been receiving sounds good..."

Colress smiled before turning to the others. "What about you guys? Wanna tag along?"

"You know what," Sonic stood up. "A chili dog break sounds good right now."

"You just ate like five of them before the event started," Silver stated with a deadpan expression. "And may I remind you of how much you ate before we even left the island? And during the flight?"

"How can you eat those things without turning your insides into a hot bloody mess?" Knuckles questioned. "I mean seriously, how are you not shitting fire from eating all of those?"

The others winced at the mental imagery the crimson-headed hero painted for them. "Dude. A little too much there..."

"He's got a point though," Tails shook his head. "Regardless, a little break from all of this might be in order..."

"Fine with me," Chifuyu stated, "I need to stretch my legs anyway..."

With that the whole bunch moved out of their seats, drawing some attention as the Mobian Heroes were known among some of the fans spectating this event. But a quick "Hello" from Bendy rising from Rico made them back off fairly quickly due to his "creepy" look. Which was fine by everyone, especially for the ever antisocial ones of the group.

On the way there, Chifuyu's head snapped up from looking at her Arc phone, her posture tensed and almost in a defensive stance as her Pokemon snarled all of a sudden.

Her expression hardened into a fierce glare when she saw someone up ahead. Someone she did not want to see after the Incident occured.

"The phony psychic decides to grace us with his presence," Alakazam's normally stoic face morphed into something fierce, his sightless eyes glowing with Psychic energy, the other Psychic Pokemon in Chifuyu's employ following his example, as they detest this person as he gives Psychics all over a bad name.

A man with angular spectacles and green and yellow hair and a stiff posture stood at the end of the hallway leading to the food court.

His amber eyes were blocked by the light reflecting on his glasses, but Chifuyu didn't need to make eye contact with him to know what he is here for.

Or rather who.

Colress noticeably frowned when he saw him. Let's just say the history between him and the man formerly known as All Might's sidekick was troubled to put it in a mild way. He wasn't the only one feeling uncomfortable as Rico had noticeably began to frown, along with Lucy who was giving the man a look that, if looks could kill, then he be dead at least six times over by now. Amu held Ichigo's hand, her lips a tight thin line as Nonon and Mine were looking at him as if they really want to put him six feet under.

"You guys go ahead." Chifuyu said, her eyes not leaving the man.

"A-are you sure?" Rico asked; he didn't want to be in the man's presence than anyone else, but he wasn't one to leave a friend behind to deal with this unpleasant man.

"Don't worry." Her face darkened. "This is not the first time I have dealt with him." The Mobian heroes looked at her with worry while eyeing the former sidekick of the Symbol of Peace with wariness. At Tails' urging, they left, albeit reluctantly. The second they all turned the corner out of Chifuyu's sight, she dropped the facade and faced the man with a full-on glare.

"Sir Nighteye." Chifuyu all but snarled, her face contorting to something akin to pure rage before she got a handle on it.

"Hello, Nanami-san." He spoke coolly as if she didn't just address him with open hostility.

"What are you doing here?" she snarled. "Your little protege isn't going to be attending until another day. So what brings you here?"

"I'm not here for the festival." He spoke as if that made any sense.

"Of course you aren't." She snapped at him. "You pick now to try and corner me since my aunt is too busy with work, and you think with her out of the way, you can pester me into doing what you want."

"I'll admit, it may seem opportunistic with your... guardian not here, but you mistaken my intentions."

"Oh yeah I'm sure," she bit back from saying with a fierce glare on her face.

"Then what is it you seek? I have nothing for you, and your little protege isn't hanging around here as his turn isn't until the day after tomorrow, and you seem to have been waiting for me. So spit it out."

"Watch your tongue, young lady-"

"Or else what? You try to blackmail me into doing your bidding? Yeah, because that went oh so well last time." She was practically daring him to try something.

He sighed. "We might have gotten off the wrong foot, but let's put that behind us."

"Whatever. I don't care what you want. Just get out of my way." She made to move past him, but he only slid to the side to cut her off, making her glare at him more fiercely.

"A minute of your time please," he demanded than asked.

Her eyes began to glow with the ethereal red that only Alpha Pokemon have come by. "We can do this the easy way or the hard way." She summoned one of her Pokeballs, bringing out Gallade, who brandished his bladed arms menacingly as he stood protectively in front of Chifuyu, ready to attack given the signal.

"You'll get in trouble for unauthorized Quirk usage." He looked almost smug as he said that.

Only Chifuyu had thought ahead of him. "Not if it was in self-defense. And also," she brandished her phone, "who's to say I won't give the authorities the video and voice recording of you intimidating an innocent underage student and instigating a fight when she did not consent. And no matter how you slice it, you are practically forcing yourself, if you mind the phrasing, onto a minor. And since I'm without someone to give parental consent and supervision to being quote-unquote interviewed by you, I can only imagine how our lawyers and the press will eat this up." She took pleasure in seeing Sir Nighteye's face pale considerably at her "threat."

"Now, if you're smart, you'll back off and maybe I won't have to let my aunt know about this encounter. If not, well, I hope you have enjoyed your stint as a hero as you can kiss that career goodbye as she had warned you what would happen if she caught wind of you being anywhere near me." He looked ready to burst a vessel at her "threat" but he seemed to value his life in terms of his career and social life so he had reluctantly stepped away from her and began walking the opposite way, no doubt to watch the rest of the Sports Festival. Before leaving, he gave her one last quip.

"This isn't over, child. Sooner or later, you will have to hear me out and heed my request." Gallade openly glared at him, his arms glowing a warning shade of pink as he held himself from launching a Psychic onto the man. "You will help me."

"Let me think about that for a second..." Chifuyu pretended to think before answering not even a second later. "How about no. And I know what you are going to ask of me. And my answer is, and always will be, final. No." She added the one-syllable word with force, her red eyes flaring brightly like a police car's.

She turned her back as he seethed quietly while she left him alone in the coridor to stew in his anger. Gallade followed closely, keeping a strict guard around his lady in case Nighteye tried to pursue her.

On the way, Chifuyu almost ran into Rico, who had hung back with her uncle Colress, both of them looking rather worried for her as they stayed within earshot of the whole confrontation just out of their sight..

She sighed. "How much did you two hear?" She asked in a tired tone, so done with the day. She wanted to go home so bad right now.

"Pretty much all of it," Colress admitted, Rico nodding along albeit sheepishly. Bendy gurgled sadly, his inky form a bit mishapen probably due to his mood, though Chifuyu could feel the symbiote's anger directed to the Foresight hero. She wondered what was their deal with Nighteye. Sure he has his share of enemies (who doesn't?) but Rico's, not to mention some of the others, seemed to have something personal against him.

She sighed. "Look. Let's just go see the others..." She didn't offer any other words as she trudged over to where the others were gathered waiting for her.

"Note to self," Chifuyu thought to herself, "load up on gallons of ice cream after this stupid thing is over because I'm putting my emotions on subzero and make my sweet tooth cry with happiness..."

"Usually I would disapprove of such unhealthy activity," Gallade spoke up within her mind, "But given the day you are having, I will look the other way."

"Glad that I have your approval, old man," Chifuyu taunted, making the others laugh at his expense as he gave her a deadpan expression.

Timeskip

Thankfully the group didn't have to wait for long for Chifuyu to return with Rico and Colress in tow. She had already summoned Gallade back into his ball before she ordered the largest order of ice cream she could find within the food stalls.

While some of Tails' comrades gave her odd looks for having such a big bowl of ice cream, Tails shook his head at them, nonverbally signalling them to not ask questions as Colress already gave him the DL on what happened before they showed up. He'll fill them in later after the final event concludes.

"So what was that about?" Lucy was probably the only one brave enough to ask.

Chifuyu sighed. "Just some troublesome jackass from my past. He has it in his crazy head that with my power, he can use it for his own personal agenda."

She frowned. "I'm not surprised."

Chifuyu raised an eyebrow. "What's your beef with him?"

Lucy glowered at the table, her vectors rising out of her back, though nobody saw except for Chifuyu and, surprisingly Rico (through Bendy). "Let's just say that it has something to do with why I'm here..."

Seeing that Lucy wasn't going to divulge more on the subject, Chifuyu dropped the subject. "So anything special happen while I was gone?"

"Not really." Mine said. "Though we did run into some trouble with some fans of your uncle's group..."

"That is, until Mine brought out Pumpkin and scared them off." Nonon quipped.

"Hey!" Mine huffed at her. "They were making Ichigo have an anxiety attack. And you know what happens when she gets too anxious!"

Chifuyu winced; oh does she. One time Ichigo had a panic attack when they were hanging out, and as a result, she turned into a full cat because of it. And because she looked adorable in her other form, a bunch of kids tried to crowd her. That is, until Chifuyu and Amu scared them off with just a glance (fact of the matter is, they recognized them from the rumors of "the spicy and cool girl" and "the girl who took first place in the entrance exam"; though the rumors were a bit embellished as they nearly pissed themselves before fleeing the scene).

"Aside from that, nothing else happened." Amu said.

"Ah." Chifuyu left it at that before turning back to her sundae.

The others sat in comfortable silence as they ate and drank before it was finally time to head back to see who was going against who.

Chifuyu sighed. "I wished they just let us go home..."

"At least we get to laugh at the ones who make themselves look like fools." Mine tried to cheer her up.

"True." Chifuyu tried to take solace in that. Hopefully Shinso will get trounced before he makes it to the semi-finals. She was still vexed about what happened (or what nearly happened) in the first phase during the obstacle course.

Shadow decided to try and make her see the bright side of things.. in his own way. "They're gonna try and kill each other for a painted medal. Wanna watch?"

Chifuyu had to smile at that. "When you put it that way, sure why not."

He smirked; glad that it worked.

Sonic gave him an unholy smirk. "Glad to see you taking the uncle role seriously, Shads."

Shadow just glared at him before smirking. "Makes me the cool one, faker."

"Hey no! I'm the cool uncle!"

Amy facepalmed. "Oh boy. Here we go..."

Chifuyu could only laugh as Colress watched on with a small smile on his lips. At least that takes her mind off of Nighteye for now.

Speaking of...

He pulled out his phone to message his adoptive sister.

"She's gonna love to hear this..." His glasses gleamed menacingly in the light as his fingers flew across the keyboard on his phone screen as he typed. His goddaughter may have said she won't tell on him, but she never said anything about witnesses telling on him.

Timeskip (again)

We find ourselves back at the stands where Chifuyu looked like she could nod off at any moment. That just shows how boring the whole thing is to her. Aside from seeing her allies from Hope's Peak being part of the tournament, she could barely care a lick about the putz in UA as they pretty much bore her. The only ones in the tournament from Hope's Peak were Akane Owari, Mukuro Ikusaba, Maki Harukawa, Kiibo, Tenko Chabashira, Peko Pekoyama, Nekomaru Nidai, Gonta Gokuhara, Mondo Oowada, Sakura Ogami, and Kaito Momota (A/N: in this story, Kaito is cured of his illness. Take a guess on who saved and cured him...).  She was surprised to not see Miu, but she found out why when she came bouncing back into the stands with the biggest unholy smirk on her face.

Chifuyu eyed her with slight suspicion as she plopped herself down next to her.

"What did you do?" Chifuyu asked in a knowing tone.

Miu did not bother trying to deny it; she looked very proud of herself whatever she did. "I gave Kiibo a few upgrades..."

Oh boy. The possibilities were endless when it come to Miu's "upgrades" on Kiibo.

"Might I ask why?" Chifuyu hoped it wasn't anything scarring for both the viewers at home and for those watching here. Especially for Kiibo.

"To show that ditch witch Hatsume that she isn't top bitch around this dump!" That got the interest of Nonon and Mine as they also have it out for the brash girl in the Support Department.

"Now I'm eager to see what she did," Nonon grinned mischievously.

Chifuyu sweatdropped. "Be careful what you wish for, pal." She heard the others in her head agree as they knew of Miu's... habits. Let's just say that after the first time Chifuyu willingly let herself be her lab rat for one day, she knew to run for the hills if Miu ever asked for her "assistance" ever again in the future.

Soon the matchups were up.

It was as follows:

Midoriya vs Hitoshi

Todoroki vs Sero

Kaminari vs Shiozaki

Iida vs Hatsume (note that Mine, Nonon, and Miu glared at this matchup as Chifuyu glowered at Iida's name as she hadn't forgotten how he made her cousin cry that one time because he was wearing the girl's uniform)

Aoyama (Yuga) vs Ashido

Tokoyami vs Yaoyorozu

Kirishima vs Tetsutetsu

Bakugo vs Uraraka (Chifuyu winced in sympathy for this matchup as Gardevoir's Future Sight foretold her how this particular one was going to end)

Chabashira vs Monoma (Chifuyu and Miu grinned maliciously as they remembered this pompous asshole for trying to diss their school sometime beforehand and with Tenko's obvious hatred for males this guy was in for a one-sided beatdown from hell)

Ikusaba vs Harukawa (this one was going to be interesting as they both got history as mercenary/assassin training)

Owari vs Sato

Nekomaru vs Ojiro

Itsuka vs Ogami

Momota vs Jurota

Minoru vs Gokuhara (despite her class giant's gentle nature, he can become intimidating the second he learns about this incel's "habits" as she made it a point to send a message to the big guy to inform him of some of the less "gentlemanlike" behaviour in 1-A)

Shoji vs Pekoyama

Kiibo vs Hagakure (Tohru, not Yasuhiro mind you)

"This will be interesting," Chifuyu could only grin a bit as she saw how some of her classmates were up against some of the schmucks in 1-A. She wager that Nedzu found some convuluted way to put up some his so-called ace hero course students against her friends from Hope's Peak. What he didn't seem to factor in is that already his "pawns" are automatically at a disadvantage with some of her classmates, and some of her peers' opponents are cannon fodder at best, especially where that shrimp Mineta is concerned. If Gonta was truly vicious that little raisn would be nothing more than a bloody purple streak in the ring. She's betting money that wimp is going run and forfeit himself when he sees him.

Now she could only sit back and watch (and hopefully not fall asleep) as the bloodshed commences.

She was playing on her Arc Phone to pass the time when there was suddenly an uproar within the crowd.

At first, Chifuyu opted to ignore it, until she heard the commentators speak.

"WHAT THE-?! CLASS 1-A, WHAT IS THIS FANSERVICE?!"

Chifuyu tore her attention away from her phone to see what the loudmouth cockatoo known as Present Mic was screaming about.

Only for her eyebrows to shoot almost past her hairline as she witnessed the whole female populace of 1-A being adorned in rather revealing cheerleader uniforms.

And judging from the collective befuddled expressions on the girls' faces, Chifuyu had the distinct feeling that they might have been coerced into this debacle.

Her assumption was proven correct when she spotted two boys she recognized from the matchups (though one of them she had saved back in the entrance exam) smirking at each other while giving each other a thumbs up.

Her eyes became shadowed as she suddenly stood up, getting her friends' attention along with her uncles and their group.

"Excuse me for a sec." She spoke to them before she telepathically called out to Gengar and Mismagius while bringing a Pokeball with her Alpha Zoroark inside.

"Open a portal and Teleport me to those two idiot knaves..." She commanded, her hand tightening slightly over the ball in her grasp, restraining herself from breaking it.

Already knowing what she was about to do, the two Ghost-types did as she said while sneaking over to the two boys as well to do their part.

Meanwhile down with the girls from 1-A and their class pervs, the boys found themselves suddenly unable to move as a cold feeling washed over them. They felt the temperature drop drastically as suddenly, a dark shadow formed in front of them. For a moment, they thought it was a villain coming to attack as the USJ attack was still fresh in everyone's mind. Little did the two miscreants realize that something much worse than a villain is heading their way.

A figure rose out of the portal, their figure shrouded in dark reds and purples as the portal acted as some sort of cloak for whoever was emerging from it, like sludge in a swamp.

Their heartbeats began to escalate as a bipedal fox-like figure began to tower over them, their eyes glowing eerily with unadulterated anger.

Their first instinct was to run and don't look back; but of course their limbs were locked in place, rendering them motionless as they unwillingly stood their rooted (almost literally since Gengar had complete control of their shadows and Mismagius was emitting a small Psychic to manipulate their limbs at will like a puppet on a string) to the spot.

"Oh so you two think this is amusing to you?" A chilling voice from behind spoke. They found themselves being turned around sharply (courtesy of Mismagius) and their eyes clashed with angry red ones, flaring brightly at them ominously.

"Then how about as payment," she spoke in a sinister tone, "you both lose two fingers?"

"HEEEEKKKK!!!!!" Both males screamed in fright, trying to move once again, only to find that their bodies once again will not comply with their wishes. They then suddenly registered ghostly snickering coming from under them. Finally able to move their head at least, their faces paled when they spotted the seemingly permanent smile of Gengar smirking up at them from their shadows. They then also noticed Mismagius who floated up to them with her eerie signature smileas she held them in place with her Psychic.

Chifuyu then grabbed both of the boys by their jaws before she proceeded to slam them into the hard ground, making the giant cracks appear in the foundation as she did as bits of concrete flew from the impact.

The onlookers from the audience and the girls who had fallen prey to their pervy classmates mechanations watched with (frightened) awe at the raw strength with the display. To think if she had actually wanted to, she could easily sweep even their strongest classmates like mere dust mites had she even put half an effort in, provided if she wanted to win the tournament.

As Mineta and Kaminari laid their in obvious pain, they felt themselves freeze again (without Mismagius' help) when they saw Chifuyu's face appear above them.

Gone was her angry expression, replaced by a saccharine sweet close-eyed smile, though anyone with working eyes knew that their was nothing sweet behind that expression.

"Consider that as a friendly warning," she spoke in a tone that promised hell. "Otherwise...." She made a hand sign with two of her fingers making a snip-snip motion.

"I won't hesitate to cut IT off. Is that clear?"

The boys (both presently laying before Chifuyu and the onlookers in the stands) held their in between their legs, while the two miscreants wailed in fear as the cold feeling returned twice-fold if only at the idea of losing their so-called family jewels.

Mentally ordering Mismagius and Gengar to withdraw after tossing them away with Psychic (she could have sworn she heard the two of them say "Looks like we're blasting off!!!!" as they were sent airborne. But she chose to ignore that), sensing them retreating to their own Pokeballs.

The Class 1-A vice rep, Momo Yaororozu, approached Chifuyu. "Thanks for that..." She muttered to her shyly, a bit mortified at being tricked so easily by the two class clowns.

Chifuyu sighed as she returned Zoroark back to his ball before turning to address her in turn. "Don't mention it." She muttered in a tired yet dismissive tone. "Just.. try not to be such an easy mark next time those imbeciles come up to you..." With that she mentally requested Gardevoir to Teleport her back to her seat in the stands, leaving the girls blinking owlishly at her swift exit.

Back in the audience, her friends and some of her uncle's group jumped in their seats as she suddenly popped back into existence next to them. Choosing not to comment on their actions, Chifuyu slumped in her seat, feeling multiple sets of eyes on her thanks to display of dominance.

Mine smirked. "Nice job down there. Mind if I borrow you sometime, because my group has a perverted pest problem as well."

"Lemme do a rain check on that," Chifuyu grumbled, wanting to disappear right now.

Seeing her discomfort, Lucy openly glared at the other spectators not in their group, making them flinch and look away on instinct.

Noticing this, Chifuyu nodded to the girl with cat-eared shaped horns. "Thanks for that."

She nodded back to her. "No problem."

With a yawn followed by a little stretch, Chifuyu leaned back in her seat and stretched her legs out as far as she could before gazing lazily as the first fight was about to begin as the recreational games concluded.

She yawned as Midoriya and Shinso walked into the ring.

"Two deluded idiots pitted against each other..." She noted with derision. "Totally not a typical trope of your traditional shonen manga..."

"You said it," her pokemon collectively agreed.

"So what's his deal?" Shadow asked.

"Bascially," Chifuyu answered in a blunt tone that showed slight anger, "if you answer him verbally, he can brainwash you."

"Ah," Silver spoke up, "Would that explain why you decked him in the first phase? Because he tried to do the same thing to you?"

"That's the long and short of it, yeah." Chifuyu tried to play it off but her anger was much too obvious despite her self-control.

"Still the best punch I've seen," Amu commented.

Chifuyu shrugged. "If you say so." She then turned back to the event unfolding below.

"Oh look, the bush-haired kid had fallen for it..." Mine snarked.

"Big surprise there..." Chifuyu chose to not to say aloud, before her expression morphed into befuddlement as Midoriya suddenly stopped walking to the edge of the ring. Then his Quirk activated, snapping him out of the trance Shinso put him in, shocking both him and the crowd.

"Okay," Nonon spoke up first, "the fuck?"

"My thoughts exactly..." Chifuyu agreed internally.

"I thought only outside influences can break that guy's trance!" Rico began to wave his arms sporadically.

Chifuyu narrowed her eyes as her friends began to debate on what just occured for the greenette to pull such a move at the last moment.

"Perhaps there is more to this "OFA" than I originally thought..." She pondered, the others agreeing. Though she has her theories, she doesn't have anything solid to confirm any of them, despite the bluff she made to All Might back at the USJ, and even then, that was a gamble. Whatever it was, All Might is desperate to keep it under wraps. From the research she knew with the former Symbol of Peace Paragon, and the whole All For One issue, and then All Might's obsession (if you can call it that) with defeating him and becoming the next Symbol of Peace after Paragon's demise, she is sure there is a connection especially with him hovering over Midoriya often, and there was also Midoriya being tight-lipped about his Quirk when others ask about it (and even Chifuyu can tell when he's lying, especially since he sucks at it to begin with).

"Could his Quirk have its own mind?!" She suddenly tuned back into the conversation as Rico came up with a theory, as crazy it may sound when said aloud.

"Is that even possible?" Mine asked, not mockingly, but incredulously.

"Well, Bendy makes his own decisions," Rico pointed out. "And we sometimes even argue about things..." He added sheepishly.

"Same with my Charas," Amu added, almost shyly.

"It's certainly a stretch," Colress said in a matter-of-fact, "but it's not impossible."

"But Bendy is a symbiote," Nonon pointed out. "So unless the guy has something living inside him, I highly doubt it..."

"It is very likely," Chifuyu said, her face serious. "Symbiotic or not, a Quirk can have it's own sentience..."

"But that doesn't make sense!" Ichigo spoke up.

"It does and she knows what she's saying," Tails spoke in an uncharacteristically serious tone, making the others, including his team look at him with shock.

"That is true," Chifuyu decided to let something be revealed about her, if only to get her point across and validated. "Having several tens of voices in your head can prove this..."

With that she turned back to the events folding, letting her new friends stew over her words to make some sort of sense with them.

"'Blessed' my ass," She scoffed with Lilligant. "I wonder how the fool would react if he were to find out Midoriya literally got his Quirk the day of the entrance exam...."

"My thoughts exactly," Chifuyu agreed. "I did point out to him that his jealousy will be his undoing. There is a reason why envy is a deadly sin..."

Thankfully the fight ended quickly with Midoriya decking Shinso and throwing him out of bounds. But to her annoyance and Amu's and Ichigo's, the majority of the general course freshmen cheering for him.

"'Star of Hope' my ass..." She internally vomited. She knows for a fact this is only gonna encourage the purple-haired jackass later on.

Then the match for Todoroki and Sero began.

That fight wasn't even ten seconds before Todoroki practically iced the poor guy.

Thankfully, she had her Typhloshion use his heat and Protect to protect her group from getting caught in the crossfire.

"And the guy says he's only pissed off..." Torterra commented with a sweatdrop.

"Don't forget," Sneasler pointed out, "Arcanine and Typhlosion can both do worse when they're upset..."

"That was overkill, even for me...." Chifuyu said aloud, adding on to her conversation in her head and aloud to the others.

Then it was Iida and Hatsume's turn.

The first thing that became noticed was Nonon's and Mine's tension and as the fight began, it became even worse, as Hatsume only showcased her items by using Iida as a guinea pig. Sure the sight was amusing to Chifuyu as she wasn't fond of Iida to begin with, but she isn't impressed with Hatsume either as she is Miu's rival and personally, despite Miu's flaws, she is still the better inventor and she didn't impede on others progress like Hatsume does.

When the match concluded, both pink-haired girls stood up at the same time.

"Excuse us for a sec," Mine said.

"While we go and make the bitch apologize for what she just did..." Nonon finished as they both left their seats.

"Better go with them in case Mine whips out Pumpkin and causes a scene.." Chifuyu said as she remembered what happened last time Mine got pissed.

"I'll come with," Rico said.

"Same here." Lucy added, "My vectors can hold both of them back in case things get hairy." She then smirked. "And I kinda wanna cause some havoc as I'm not fond of Hatsume either." Chifuyu had a feeling there was something more deep rooted to Lucy's words but she decided to let it go for now.

"Shoot, you know what, count me in." Amu chimed in.

"I'll come too." Ichigo said, not wanting to be left alone.

"All right then," Chifuyu said, deciding to not fight it.

Timeskip....

"Whoo! What a fantastic day!" Hatsume cheered. "My babies got the publicity they need!"

"That may be so but first you will answer to the bullshit you have caused."

Suddenly Hatsume was grabbed by an invisible hand and was brought face-to-face with Mine and Nonon, with Lucy hanging back behind them as she used her vectors to aid them.

Hatsume was sweating bullets at the bloodlust the three were emitting.

"What the hell was that?" Mine snapped at her. "Using another person to further your own means, and without prior consent!"

"You must be real desperate for attention aren't ya," Nonon stated than asked rhetorically.

Hatsume opened her mouth to respond only for Lucy's cold voice cut through her rebuttal. "Save it. You are coming with us and you will apologize to that kid or there will be consequences. Understand?" She forcefully added as her eyes became different for a split second, Chifuyu noticing but didn't say anything aloud.

With that, they found the blue-haired student after some asking around.

Much to Chifuyu's dismay, Midoriya was in the room with him and the girl who is about to go up against the Boom Boom Pinata.

She decided to not draw attention to herself and let Nonon and Mine handle Hatsume for now. As they began to make her apologize, she noticed her Uncle Tails with a few of his group coming up, just in case damage control was needed.

"Look, I'm sorry for using you like that," Hatsume apologized hastily to Iida, no doubt because the combined bloodlust of Lucy, Nonon, and Mine were a bit overpowering.

Iida didn't look happy but he accepted the apology regardless. "While I still dislike you for using me in such a manner, I understand that we are all trying to show our best for our interns."

Chifuyu rolled her eyes at this, but didn't say anything.

"Look, I did my part. Are we even now?" Hatsume was practically squirming to get out of the room as the three girls scared her (even though two of them are in her class, but has she honestly paid attention to that?).

"Yeah, now beat it already," Mine said gruffly.

Lucy let her go with one last red-eyed glare before Hatsume hot-footed it out of there.

Nonon turned to the other three, specifically Iida as he was the victim. "I apologize for her actions. You aren't the only one to fall victim to her bullshit."

"And believe us when we say we are the only ones who will express condolences as everyone else enables her," Mine added with snark.

Chifuyu sighed, ready to leave already. "Are you guys done yet?" She asked, bringing attention to herself.

"N-nanami-san!" Midoriya stuttered, making her glare at him slightly. "W-what are you doing here?!" He then spotted her Uncle Tails and his cohorts. "Uwaaaa! Are those the international heroes-"

"Stuff it, Midoriya." Chifuyu shut him down quickly, her cold tone making him freeze. "Remember what we have spoken about when you do this," the others noticed him flinching at her statement. She turned back to her friends. "C'mon, we are missing out on the other matches. You have already made your points made with your problem classmate."

"Fair enough," Lucy shrugged, she could hardly care less about the whole deal, she just couldn't stand people like Hatsume using other people to further their goals. The others shared the same sentiment, if only in their own way, even if Nonon's employer does something similar....

With that they left with Tails and his friends flanking them.

"Did we miss anything?" Chifuyu asked Tails.

He shook his head. "Not really. To be frank they are kinda boring, even to Sonic. Hell, chances are he could do all these events in his sleep..."

Knuckles rolled his eyes. "Don't let him hear you say that..."

Chifuyu snickered along with the others.

"Even so," Shadow said, "he's got a point. They are all so... mundane...."

"Well, we're here so we might as well make the best of it..." Chifuyu sighed as she is practically stuck there until the tournament is over.

Timeskip

"I'm not looking forward to this..." Rico squirmed in his seat uncomfortably as he watched Bakugo and Uraraka step into the ring. Everyone has heard of the brash and explosively-tempered adolescent known as Katsuki Bakugo. And thanks to Chifuyu giving more in-depth details about him since she had to put up with him for about three and a half years, they were not looking forward to this event.

"You and me both..." Lucy agreed, as she looked a bit squeamish herself.

Chifuyu sighed as she already knew the end result of this match before it even began. It stunk but it was what it is. So unless Uraraka pulls something extraordinary then she has more or less lost.

Despite what Nighteye says, the future is never set in stone. Having several Psychic-types on her side taught her that much.

A part of Chifuyu was tempted to throw the match into the round-faced girl's favor, but she talked herself out of it for a few reasons: a) Nedzu might notice; b) that would not be fair to Uraraka as she clearly wants to beat him on her own terms, and c) she is in no shape or condition to weather another migraine.

However, when the match started, and it was alarmingly clear that Bakugo had the upper hand, people in the stands began complaining about Bakugo just "beating her around."

"Idiots...." Chifuyu thought for the umpteenth time.

"Agreed." Her Pokemon collectively agreed. Even Nezuko looked unimpressed.

"And to think a guy who is a hero started this," Ichigo stated with disgust in her voice.

"How depressing..." Amu added, her dislike obvious.

It wasn't until Eraserhead shut them up that the comments stopped as he chewed them out for their ignorance.

Chifuyu will only admit to herself that she was grateful to him for shutting them down and making them shut up.

Finally, Uraraka had passed out, the win going to Bakugo.

Lucy sighed. "Well at least she tried...."

"She did better than I thought..." Mine looked a bit impressed despite herself.

"Agreed." Nonon added.

"To think that impromptu meteor shower would have worked had he not looked up." Rico added in slight awe.

The next match ended in a draw with Tetsutetsu and Kirishima so they decided on an arm-wrestling match to break the tie.

"Well that was anti-climatic..." Chifuyu deadpanned, her Pokemon agreeing with her. They would probably get more entertainment watching paint dry on a wall.

Timeskip

With that match decided in Kirishima's favor, so he'll be going up against Bakugo later.

Then it was Midoriya and Todoroki's turn.

Chifuyu groaned aloud at the speech Midoriya made. "How typical for the shonen manga hero wannabe to make a speech in the middle of a fucking match..."

The others blinked at her words.

"I mean seriously, the idiot could have held off on the whole thing until after he had won or at least have Mr. Daddy Issues figure it out on his own, but nooooo, he had to pull this MLP bullshit here!!!"

"O-kay, somebody get this girl some soda cuz she's about to tear into some people," Sonic said after a moment of silence, causing Chifuyu to glare at him for his smartass remark.

"Sonic, you're not the cool uncle anymore."

"Oh come on!"

"So he is from the rumors..." The others turned to Ichigo who spoke almost in a silent voice.

"Eh?" Mine questioned.

"Rumors?" Amy asked.

"Yeah, we heard of a kid whose Quirk breaks their bones with each use." Rico decided to add.

"Word travels fast in the General Course," Amu added.

"If only to find out their competition's weaknesses so they can overthrow them from their spots in the Hero Course." Lucy added.

"Why did he choose to do the stupid inspirational speech right then and there?" Samurott bemoaned.

"Because that's how heroes work in his narrow and deluded mind." Chifuyu huffed internally.

"While I give him points for effort, but he kinda costed himself..." Silver added his input as Midoriya was knocked out when Todoroki began using his fire-side in combo with his ice.

"Nincompoop." Chifuyu was not generous enough to offer a lick of sympathy to Midoriya as he might as well have fucked himself for that move.

Next was Kirishima and Bakugo.

Long story short, he had his ass handed to him with the obvious difference between Quirks.

Chifuyu chuffed at this. "Type advantages don't matter all the time. If you think outside the box a little even a Grass-type can trump the strongest of Fire-types!"

She paid no heed to the confused looks sent her way courtesy of her friends save for Tails and Colress as they knew what she meant by that.

She then paid attention when her classmates' began their matches.

As Chifuyu thought, Monoma got his ass handed to him by the Neo-Aikido practitioner. As soon as he opened his mouth to make fun of the school Chifuyu and her peers attend, she was on him like ugly on an ape. And boy, did she do a number on him. Chifuyu laughed openly as she witnessed the one-sided beatdown before Midnight used her Quirk on her to make her stop before she ended up killing the 1-B student. So the match went to Tenko without question.

Then there was Ikusaba vs Harukawa; long story short this resulted in a tie. When asked about a tie breaker, both girls declined much to the audience's surprise. They didn't care about winning; they merely wanted to test their mettle against each other as a means to gauge their strength. So with that they withdrew from the tournament. Depsite the audience's disappointment, they respected their reason and they did put up an interesting fight for everyone to see. And the fact they didn't use their Quirks made it more impressive.

Next was Sato and Owari, and boy was that a wild ride for both the audience and for the big-lipped boy from 1-A. Owari, despite her undisciplined way of fighting, she had her opponent on the ropes. The main reason he lost was because of... well, let's just say as they were tussling Akane's shirt (which was already revealing enough even in her school uniform from Hope's Peak) got torn quite a bit, making things a little awkward. Poor boy ended up having a nosebleed as he tried to avert his eyes from her rack. Unfortunately, looking away from one's opponent is a deadly mistake; Akane proved this by tackling him making him land out of bounds. Let's just say his classmate Kaminari and Mineta were both crying tears of blood along with Hope's Peak's own resident pervert Teruteru Hanamura (even though Chifuyu has been whipping him into shape by making him chug "Respect Women" juice and making him work out). Sato felt bad for this to happen and offered to make it up to Owari after the match by making her some food. Honestly, Akane did not care if her shirt got torn off even completely but she was not one to turn down free food so she accepted.

Next was Ojiro and Nekomaru. This ended in an unexpected manner for both ends. Nekomaru, just before he could perform his finishing move, he faltered, making Ojiro (and Chifuyu as she had seen this before with someone else) sense something was wrong. Before he could ask, Nekomaru suddenly passed out, coughing some blood. The med bots showed up as Midnight called them to get him as this seemed to be a medical emergency rather than a Quirk drawback. It was with a heavy heart that the match went to Ojiro. Ojiro, feeling as if this was cheating, asked to withdraw from the tournament as he felt that, once again, he didn't deserve to advance further because of events that led to something unfair, even if it was out of his control. Chifuyu sent Froslass and Gardevoir to follow the med bots so she could find her senpai later. Risky as it may be with Nighteye in the vicinity, she did not want to chance losing a friend of hers if she can help it.

Next was Momota vs Jurota. Momota, thanks to being cured by his dear friend, had been much livelier than usual, if that were possible for Chifuyu's classmate. It was a close one, but Momota ended up winning.

Next was Itsuka vs Ogami. It was obvious that the orange-haired girl was nervous but it wasn't from fear, rather it was from respect and adoration of the Ultimate Grappler as Sakura is well-known as the world's strongest for a reason. Many martial artists aspire to be like Sakura, Ojiro from 1-A is no exception to that. Naturally, Sakura won, but it wasn't one-sided as Itsuka was quite versatile with both her Quirk and fighting ability without it. To Itsuka, it was an honor to fight her role-model and Sakura was admittedly impressed with the girl's abilities and offered her a spot in her dojo where she can train with her other trainees. Itsuka gladly accepted, as she left the ring in high spirits.

As predicted, Mineta backed out immediately when he clapped eyes on Gonta's size and the way he glared at him made him piss himself. Chifuyu might have let it slip to the big guy about the "ungentlemanly" stunt he pulled with that idiot Kaminari with those girls, so naturally he was not happy about such an unbecoming display.

So by default Gonta got the win (even as he tried to veto it as he didn't see it as a fair fight but Midnight was not having it this time around). Gonta asked to withdraw as well as he felt it was unfair to Mineta. Even if many could argue with him....

Next was Shoji and Pekoyama. While it was quite a show watching another student of UA that's well-versed in hand-to-hand combat go up against the Ultimate Swordswoman (and bodyguard to the Ultimate Yakuza), the match ended in Peko's favor as she struck several nerve areas of the multi-limbed adolescent. However, a call from Fuyuhiko had pulled her out of the tournament due to a family emergency. Shoji declined moving forward in show of "good faith."

Finally it was Kiibo vs 1-A'a Hagakure. Depsite her invisibility, Kiibo's heat-seeking projectiles (courtesy of Miu) kept revealing her location. With nowhere to run, she fled the ring as Kiibo was quite deadly when he gets in "destructive mode." While Kiibo was a bit dismayed at the way his match ended, with Miu's encouragement he decided to advance if only to show that Hope's Peak Academy is not a school to overlook.

Since Owari didn't show up to her next match, she was disqualified as a result. Not that she really cared in the end as she was making sure Sato kept his end of his deal and made her a lot of food, which she took back to her home so she can stock her family's kitchen to make sure her siblings got fed. Ogami had an emergency involving her boyfriend Kenshiro so she had to withdraw. Tenko went with her and Asahina to show their support. Ojiro and Itsuka asked to tag along as Kenshiro is also a notable martial arts fighter and they had the utmost respect for Ogami and her partner/rival. Momota withdrew because he was feeling abnormally tired after his fight. So it was up to Kiibo carry the torch.

So when the match between Todoroki and Bakugo commenced, Chifuyu and Miu left their seats to see to some of their classmates/senpai. Miu went to find Kiibo as she had some maintenance to perform on Kiibo before his next match began. Chifuyu went into the nurse's office to find Nekomaru on one of the beds. Thankfully no one was in there besides them and she made sure she had Gengar, Mismagius, and Froslass guard the door in case someone shows up.

"How long?" She asked him in a blank tone.

Despite his eyes being closed, Nekomaru sighed, having heard her. "Shorter than I thought...."

Chifuyu ran a hand over her face; she knew what she was going to do was risky but it was the only way to save him. She's already on watch thanks to Kaito's "miraculous" recovery from his own illness. So curing Nekomaru's condition was going to trip a major red flag. But she couldn't let this happen to him. She likes her schoolmates too much to let something like this happen. Hell, she would do it for Kokichi despite him being a little annoying bastard half the time.

"All right." She sighed. "What I'm about to do you will have to keep to yourself. No one else can find out.."

He sighed. "So you're gonna do it after all. Just like Momota..."

"Don't you try talking me out of it. I was a fool to let you do it last time." She added with a glare.

".... Guess I can't stop you, can I?"

"You know full well there is no talking me out of it." She then summoned Mesprit, Uxie, Azelf, and Cresselia. "I think you four know what to do." The four nodded before they went to work.

"I'm going to be sleepy later but at least it will be worth it...." Chifuyu thought to herself as she watched the four Pokemon set to work on Nekomaru. She knows full well that Nighteye will be even more adamant in getting her but she doesn't care anymore. The guy can suck it for all she cared. One of these days she is going to make him pay for his sins, as she and her friends aren't the only ones he had transgressed. It was, after all, his fault her senpai's yakuza group has gone down the tubes thanks to him busting down every mafia group out there and nearly had all of them obliterated. Fuyuhiko's clan barely escaped the onslaught, his own sister almost becoming prey to one of the raids. If it weren't for Chifuyu curing her of her ailment with the help of her Pokemon Fuyuhiko would be short one sibling and for that he will always regard her in the highest respect.

And once she finds out what Nighteye's involvement with her new friends' she will make sure he will be exposed for it.

And that's a price she is more than willing to pay in blood if need be.

Timeskip

"She's been gone for awhile," Ichigo said after some time as Todoroki and Bakugo had already began fighting.

"You think she's okay?" Amu asked the others.

"I hope so." Lucy was also concerned.

Nonon and Mine internally agreed.

Colress and Tails looked solemn as they had an idea of what she is doing. She had been tense ever since her senpai Nekomaru's match and the fact she left without giving a hint on what she is up to makes them a bit worried. They could only hope she makes it back before someone gets too suspicious.

"Miss me?" They all turned to see Chifuyu had returned. Though it was obvious that she looked very tired.

"You okay, chick?" Nonon asked. "You look like you could use a nap more than Eraserhead."

"And miss out on my classmate's match against the explosive pomeranian? I don't think so." She retorted.

"You're just in time for the final blow," Rico said pointing down to the arena, just in time as Todoroki dropped like a rock due to fatigue. Which resulted in Bakugo screaming at Todoroki as he didn't go "all out" against him. It was getting so intense that Midnight use her Quirk on him, making him pass out.

Chifuyu smirked; that won't sit well with him later....

After a brief break, Miu finally returned to her seat, looking as smug as a cat that killed the canary.

Chifuyu shot her a text asking, "Wut did u do?"

"You'll see~"

And boy did they.

Kiibo was geared up to the nines. His nervous expression was gone, in its place was self-assuredness that he will win.

Bakugo, naturally started off with his usual name-calling, calling him a 'tin can', "walking vending machine", a "useless extra from the scrap heap", etc., etc. Normally, this would set Kiibo off as he had to live with Kokichi saying similar things to him day in and day out. But this time, he didn't seem fazed. What is he up to? Chifuyu knows that, whatever it is, Miu obviously had something to do with it. But this will be interesting.

Angered that Kiibo wasn't rising to the bait, he decided to go on the offensive and launch himself with his explosions. Kiibo stood there, not moving. Even as Bakugo made contact, he didn't flinch or move, even as a smoky dust cloud enveloped the arena, obscuring everyone's vision.

"I-is he gonna be all right?" Amy asked with worry.

Chifuyu's eyes flashed before a smirk spread across her face.

"Oh yeah. He's gonna be more than fine after this...."

Everyone looked at her with confusion before they returned their attention back to the fight as the dust began to settle. Bakugo stood panting, his arms straining as he had begun overexerting his Quirk.

Yet, to his surprise, Kiibo looked as if a scratch hadn't been made on him. He looked as pristine as he did entering the ring. Not a burn mark or singe marred his face or body.

"You done throwing a fit?" Kiibo asked in an almost cocky tone, snapping Bakugo out of his stupor as his surprise melted into rage.

"You damn extra!" He then let loose with his "final move." "Howitzer Impact!" Another dust cloud enveloped the ring.

Many began to murmur, wondering if this was it for the Ultimate Robot. Only Miu and Chifuyu smirked, knowing what was about to happen next.

"He dug his own grave," Chifuyu spoke smugly.

Shadow had an idea what his niece meant as one of their own allies is a robot as well. "So he baited him into tiring himself out... and with his Quirk in its overexertion stage, he pretty much sealed his fate..."

Everyone else gaped as Kiibo was seen now flying, not a mark on him still as Bakugo's arms was beginning to look purple now.

"What's going to happen next?" Rico was at the edge of his seat, bouncing up and down with excitement.

"Just watch and see," Chifuyu spoke with certainty.

"Dammit, die already!" Bakugo screamed, launching himself clumsily at Kiibo.

Kiibo finally made a move; his hands morphed into blasters, the ends glowing blue as they charged up an attack. The first blast sent Bakugo back down to the ground. What happened after was pure chaos.

Kiibo unleashed a barrage of blue-colored energy, with him flying around the ring making a dust cloud as he pelted Bakugo with his projectiles.

Bakugo screamed in rage as he was continuously pelted without rest as he tried to dodge them if only to launch himself at Kiibo. But he had to choose between going on defense or the offensive as he couldn't do both. Especially as he had already overexerted his Quirk and his arms are paying the price for his short-sightedness.

Finally, the match ended when Bakugo made a last ditch effort to leap at Kiibo, only to be met with a supercharged blast to the chest, the force sending him into the wall, resulting in a ring-out victory for Kiibo.

Midnight was in shock for a few minutes before she collected herself and announced Kiibo the winner.

The students from Hope's Peak Academy stood up from their seats and cheered raucously for their fellow schoolmate.

Chifuyu smiled. "Great job, Kiibo. You proved that we from Hope's Peak aren't nothing to sneeze at." She turned her head towards the commentator's box where she knew Nedzu was more than likely looking right at her. She gave a smrik in his direction, achieving her first official victory against the Chimera in his little chess game.

"And as a bonus," she added to herself, "I get to see the Pomeranian be chained and muzzled like the rabid mutt he is," she heard her Pokemon laugh as they watched the awards ceremony as Bakugo struggled in his bindings as All Might delivered the medals to the first, second, and third place holders. Kiibo never looked so proud. Though it seemed after his fight he slipped back into his more innocent personality. Miu was beside herself with pride, and gave Kiibo a thumbs up and a hug when he came down from the stand to meet his classmates.

Chifuyu hitched a ride with Colress home as fatigue finally caught up with her after the match concluded. She had a lot of trouble keeping her eyes open during the ceremony.

"At least that's over now..." She thought as she fell asleep with Nezuko purring in her arms. "Now I can rest before we make our next move...."
