I was at the local pizza working my first day on the job, and I don't think it could've gone any worse for me.   My family and I just moved to the small mountain town, and I though waitressing at the small pizzaria would be perfect homey type job.  

I moved around the eating area taking orders when two new customers sat down, both looking about my age.  One was an Asian- American male and the other was a girl with bright red hair, who I'll admit was quite pretty. 

"Welcome, what can I get you guys to drink?" I asked with a smile.

"Can I get a Cherry soda?" the male asked.

"A diet coke for me," the girl gave me a vicious smile. 

I went right away to get their drinks.  I set down the diet coke, as I was placing the Cherry Soda down, it had spilt all over the table and the guy and his date.

"You dumb clutz!" the girl practically screamed before running to the bathroom.

I panicked and ran to grab rags to help clean up, "I am so so sorry."

The male let out a laugh, "That's alright, no need to worry about it."

I locked eyes with him as I cleaned, and the world seemed to slow down at that point.

"I'm Kevin," he smiled.

"(Y/N)."

And that day he stole my heart, only to break it later.  That was the day I met Kevin Stoley, and I wouldn't take it back for anything.
