Chapter Fifteen
*Kevin's P.O.V.*
I was out at dinner with Red that Saturday night. It had been a while since I had talked to (Y/N). It had been a while since I talked to Bradley too. I moved lunch tables to join Craig and his friends. The stares Bradley gave me made it clear that I wasn't to sit next to him.
(Y/N), though, she was still hanging around the girls, which was odd. The girls only wanted her because she was dating Bradley, but they broke up. I would've assumed they would've casted her back out. But who knows, maybe they liked her asshole personality.
"Kevin, are you even listening to me?" Red asked, pulling me back into reality.
"Uh, yeah of course," I murmured.
"You are not. You have no idea what I said." She narrowed her eyes.
"You were saying something about homecoming," I bluffed.
"What makes you say that?" she asked, sass lingering in her voice,
"Because Red, it's all you ever talk about. It wouldn't take much for me to guess what the hell your talking about because it's the same damn things every time. It's either homecoming, the cheer team, or some new drama in your friend group," I barked.
"It wasn't homecoming. It was my friend group this time," she replied, tearing up.
"Oh come on Red, wait," I pleaded, but it was no use.
Red left the tabled and went out the doors, going God knows where.
"Oh Goddamnit, can I get the check?" I called out.
I wasn't another five minutes before I could legally leave the place, but I still spent the next hour driving around South Park, looking for Red while calling her phone and her friends.
This is ridiculous. All because I wasn't paying attention to her gossip? Because I called her out for only wanting to talk about herself? It's because that's all she cares about. If this was (Y/N)-
Speaking of (Y/N), her car was at Bradley's.
What..
All of a sudden, wherever Red went became extremely irrelevant, and this had became the only thing on my mind.
