Sasuke POV

I woke up with a start as I heard birds chirping, and I felt the sun hitting my face. What alarmed me was the all familiar smell of Hospital.

That smell of anguish, depression and hope. All bundled up in one. An all too familiar scent that I detested.

Sakura always had this smell that covered her from head to toe and I hated it. Reminded me of things I'd rather not remember.

There was also a different smell and I blinked a couple of times to get my eyes used to the brightness in the room.

sweet, something sweet, like flowers, like a warm scent that calmed your senses and distracted you from worries.

I eyed the head on the bed next to me. She was sitting on the chair and had her head laid on the bed.

I frowned that must be uncomfortable. All of the events came to me at once. I frowned, glancing at the dark head I started to move but froze as the door opened, and Hinata woke up blinking up at me as I was in the process of getting out of bed.

"Good morning! Well how are you feeling... oh Hina did you sleep sitting down? Are you ok?" Ino passed by me and went to Hinata.

"I'm fine, Sasuke how are you feeling?" Hinata asked me softly, I looked towards her as she stood stretching her arms and then hugging herself.

It was cold in this room. She had a beige sweater. And she held it more close to her. Her hair was still long. She seemed so different then the Hinata I knew.

She blinked and I looked away I had stared to long. I heard a giggle but ignored Ino.

"Better." I said I felt my frown return on my face. My mind on everything currently going on.

"Alright so there really isn't any reason to keep you here so you can leave. Your fever broke yesterday in the night, Hinata recorded that on your sheet. She's been monitoring you and she also fed you the medicine to replenish your vitals. So your good. Hinata works magic. Besides I think a warm home that can be provided for you is better then this cold hospital room." Ino said happily as she read over her clipboard.

I looked towards Hinata who yawned but covered her mouth in a very Lady like way.

"We can go Sasuke I know how much you hate hospitals." Hinata said after she finished yawing sending me a warm smile. A smile that illuminated her face, and made her aura brighten around her.

"Ahh wait before that Naruto said to meet him in the Hokage office first."

Ino taps her pen on the clipboard and walked away.

"Sasuke I'll meet you at home if that's ok, or would you rather I come with you?" She asked hurriedly, twiddling her fingers.

I shook my head and put my sandals on that were beside the bed.

I sighed running my hand through my hair. I walked out and towards the Hokage tower.

I stared around but everything seemed normal. People talked, walked, ran to do their business.

I got lots of glances and stares as I walked through. I got irritated and jumped on the roofs getting to the Hokage tower faster.

Knocking twice, the door opened and Shikamaru was there moving aside so I could go in.

Naruto was busy reading and stamping papers. He put the paper in his hand aside as he looked up at me with a grin.

"How are you feeling?" He asked loudly I winced at his loud voice.

"Better." I said through gritted teeth at the pain in my temples.

"You know I'm still not sure what to think of this situation to be honest I'm really worried on what possible outcomes could happen.. mainly the bad ones. But for now I think it would be better if you staid in Konoha.

Who knows maybe our Sasuke is still out there I already sent word from where his last location was and I'm waiting for a word back. I filled Shino and Kiba in since they are one of our best tracking teams.

They just left a couple of minutes ago. For now let's keep it a secret from anyone else of who you are. Won't be hard you still are The Sasuke Uchiha.

Well either way when the bad things come our way we'll take it from there. Go home Sasuke and rest. Just act normal, so far you seem the same."

I nodded and walked out of the office but I stopped right outside the door and before the door closed I frowned at Shikamaru.

"Where exactly is the home?"

Shikamaru stared at me and then smiled.

"Your district."

I nodded and walked away.

Hn I wonder. I made my way to the Uchiha district quickly and froze outside.

A two story home was located in the vast land marking its grandness to the Uchiha name. Where the tall gates and fence used to be that's where they stood once again proud and tall.

The gates opened and a guard clad in dark clothes bowed and stood waiting for me to step inside.

"Welcome back Uchiha-dono."

"Hn"

My answer took him by surprise as he bowed again and looked straight ahead.

So apparently an answer to a greeting isn't normal behavior. I walked in and I walked straight to the home as I got closer the bigger it looked.

Noones POV

Sasuke stared at the young child around 4 years old as he played in the ground with toy soldiers. Aligning them in a line. His clothes dirtied from the dust of the dirt around him.

"Nii-San!"

Another boy identical to the one on the floor turned and smiled. He stood and grabbed the small wooden toy shuriken, his brother handed him.

Hinata came out sporting a round belly. Her hair long and free swaying with the wind. Her flushed face smiling. Her eyes connected with his and she smiled a gentle smile.

"Tousan is back." She whispered gently to both boys who quickly looked up at him both with onyx eyes.

They both ran up to him as fast as their little legs could go. Their smiling faces made his heart skip a beat something he'd never felt before.

As they got closer they skidded to a stop infront of him and bowed.

"Welcome home Otousan!"

Sasuke nodded and crouched down to stare at them. Back and forth he looked at them as they both smiled.

They looked identical absolutely identical same height, same nose, face structure, eyebrows, eye shape, and a dimple on one cheek was visible. The same hair, hair color and shade of pale skin.

But unlike one who was staring straight at him. The other was blushing, breathing deeper and with a little more force, and avoiding eye contact staring at the ground.

The more shy one was the one that had just been placed on the floor. He had a white shirt on now dirtied by the dirt he had been playing with, and black pants.

While the other twin had on all black. Looked to be more serious and had a look in his eyes of wisdom and maturity he'd seen before.

Sasuke looked up as Hinata walked up to them and placed a hand first on the more serious twin.

"Daisuke here has been taking great care of us like you told him to, Ne Daisuke?"

"Haii." The small boy said proudly with a smirk showcasing he wasn't one to back away.

"And Hiroto has been taking his medicine without complaints even though it doesn't taste good in the least Ne?"

"H-Haii Otousan I'm t-trying." He said gasping and coughing at the same time Daisuke quickly patted his brothers back and handed him his inhaler.

Sasuke looked up at Hinata who was stroking Hiroto's head.

He looked back as he saw Himawari walking towards them.

She smiled at him and he stood up.

"I hope your hungry Otousan, Okaasan spoiled you with all your favorites. Come Hiroto I'll give you a lift."

Himawari crouched down and Hiroto quickly jumped on her back. Daisuke followed them but he glanced back at his parents a little worried with his Otousans behavior.

But he shook it off and walked with his siblings inside the home.
