Name: Temperature Change

Ability: The user can change their body temperature at will- and if mastered, other people's, too- for a chosen duration of time.

Drawbacks: The user can still suffer from hypothermia or similar after prolonged periods.

Uses: Great for getting around undetected, might be interesting for a villain but probably not an amazing skill.
