Name: Mind Reading

Type: Emitter

Ability: When the quirk user touches someone, they can read into their mind for the next 5-10 minutes, depending on the person. The user can read as many minds as they want at the same time, but it's difficult to listen to 1 at a time if more than 1 are being read.

Drawbacks: If the user reads too many people's minds at the same time, they get an extremely painful headache.

Uses: Great for learning about someone without having to ask them awkward questions, not very good for a hero or villain, but maybe for the main character's cousin or something.
