Name: Biotic Shift

Type: Mutant

Ability: The user of this quirk can take away or add the biotic factor to an object when they touch it with their finger(s). If the user adds the biotic factor, the ability will last for 30 minutes-2 hours, depending on how many fingers touched the object. If the user takes away the biotic factor, the body will be "disabled" from 5-45 minutes, depending on how many fingers touch the living object.
Ex: if they touch their pillow, then the pillow will be able to move around with a mind of its own.
Ex: if the user touches a human, the human's body will be "disabled", making them unable to move or think. It's kinda like passing out, but at the same time, extremely different.

Drawbacks: This quirk cannot be disabled, and it works on the user, also. The quirk also cannot be reversed until the time is up.

Uses: This quirk is great for catching villains, as long as they aren't far-ranged attackers. The quirk is best used when in a close-ranged battle, where you could easily touch your opponent, leaving them in an Abiotic State for long enough to send them to the police.
