The little girl sitting on Leo's lap as he bounced it, she was eating a strawberry poptart that Donnie had given her to calm her down. 

"Just take deep breaths sweetheart." Splinter pat her hand "Now tell us what happened." 

"O-Ok." She hiccups.

"No! Please I don't wanna go to the lab!!!" The little girl cried and kicked as two men in black ninja like suit hold her arms as they carry her to a medic lab. 

They get to the lab and see Karai standing by a large tube. 

"You have to go into the tube, you don't want Mr Shredder to come and get you do you?" Karai asked angrily, this was a normal thing she would ask knowing that it scared the kids. 

The girl stopped fighting staying perfectly quiet. 

"Good girl." Karai smirked, she gave her a light shove into the tube. 

The little girl sat at the bottom of the tube as the scientist hooked IVs and wires to her. 

Eric Sacks walked into the lab. He looked at the charts and computers. He walked towards the girl who back up into the corner. 

"Hi there we're just gonna run a few more test, it'll be over before you know it." Eric smiled but she knew he was faking it. 

As he left he nodded to the scientist.

The scientist turned on a few switches. Suddenly a blueish green like substance started to pour into the tube. 

The girl started to panic as it stung her legs it felt like a shocking pain in her knees. 

"Let me out!!!!" She knocked on the glass "Please it hurts!!!" 

The scientist just ignored her as the checked the computers. 

"LET ME OUT!!!!!!!!" She slammed her tiny fists on the glass, suddenly the glass cracked setting her free as she fell to the floor, the mutagen was all over. 

"You stupid little brat!!" Karai stomped over to her pull out a small knife. 

The girl held out her hand sending Karai into a wall, she slammed her head as she fell to the floor unconscious. 

She turned towards the scientists, she sweeper her hand as the computer glitches before exploding causing a fire. 

The girl scrambled to her feet as she runs out of the room. Alarms were ringing in her ear as she ran. 

The smoke from the fire turned on the sprinklers, the wet floor made her trip onto the floor. 

She looked up to see Eric Sacks standing at the end of the hall. He just stood there as he slowly wagged a finger. 

"Naughty Naughty girl." He said as he walked towards her. 

"You caused me a lot of trouble for the pass days and you know what happens to bad little girls?" 

The girl got up as she backed away. 

"They get a visit from the Shredder." 

"No." Her heart started to pound, she didn't notice that the lights above started to flicker. 

"And do you know what the Shredder does to bad little girl?" Eric walks. 

"He takes them away and no one ever sees them again." Eric smiles evilly. 

"No." The girl cried. 

"But I can help you but you have to be a good girl and get back to the lab." Eric finally stood in front of her with a hand out for her to take. 

"NO!!!!!!!!!!!!" She screamed the building started to shake and the roof started to collapse. 

Eric Sacks started to run to the exit. 

The girl looked at the destruction falling around her. 

She felt a heavy weight on her back, pushing her down as everything goes pitch black.

  The turtles, Splinter, and April looked with shock and disgust. 

How could Eric sacks do something so evil to an innocent little girl? 

"Please I don't wanna go back to Mr Sacks." The girl's eyes flooded with tears "Please don't send me back!!" She ran to Leo who already had his arms open. 

"Don't won't kiddo they want to take you there gonna have to go us." Leo pat her head. 

"How do Shredder and Sacks know each other?" April wondered. 

"Shredder practically raised Sacks in Japan. He's like a father to him." Splinter shook his head in disgust. "Sacks will do anything for his master." 

"Wait, wait. Sacks and Shredder?" Raph interrupted. "So, why aren't we out there hunting them down?" 

"Because, Raphael, The Shredder is a skilled warrior whose cruelty is ever-reaching! And you are just teenagers." Splinter shook his head. 

"The mutagen in your blood is of great value to them. Now that Sacks has confirmation that you are alive, I fear they will bring the fight to us." 

Suddenly an alarm goes off. 

"Perimeter infringe. Breached! We have incoming!" They all run to Donnie's monitors.  "Oh, no! Oh, no! We got two breaches. Fan room, weapons wall!" 

The girl looked at the monitors with fear in her eyes. 

They were coming for her. 

"Don't sweetie we won't let them get you." Splinter assures her. 

"Mikey, flank right! Donnie, take her on me." Leo hands her over to Donnie as they all run "We gotta go! Go, go!" 

Donnie ran with the girl to the fan room. 

"Ok peanut I need you to stay in here." Donnie places her down gently. 

"Donnie no!" She grab his large green hand. 

"Don't worry I'll be fine." Donnie smiles reaching for his bo staff "But I need you to stay in here and be very quiet can you do that for me?" 

The little girl nodded her head and wrapped her arms around Donnie's neck giving him a hug. Donnie smiles warmly as he hugged her back. 

He pats her head as she sat down before leaving. She goes to the corner to hide but then she suddenly hears an explosion. 

"No no no no no!!" She rans out of the room to see foot soldiers in the lair. Her brown right eye morphed into a teal green making her eyes match. 

She lifts up her hands lifting two soldiers up in the air, she claps her hands together making them bump heads. The last solider pointed his gun at her but she lifts a finger as a dart strikes him in the neck. He falls into the ground unconscious. 

Her eye goes normal as she a drop of blood runs down her nose. 

She runs out to see the turtles fighting the rest of the soldiers. 

She jumps on the wall and starts to crawl up to the ceiling hanging upside down, she saw that Raph was being cornered by a solider. 

"Sneak attack!!" She jumped and fells directly on top of the solider knocking him out. 

Raph looked at her, she thought she about to get in trouble but instead Raph smirked. 

He was impressed she did a sneak attack like that. 

"Thanks Spider monkey." Raph nodded as he ran back into the fight. 

The little girl squeaked quietly with joy. 

Her first nickname from Raph. 

She gets up and runs then she sees April. 

"Are you ok honey?" April squished her face, checking to see if she was ok. 

"Yeah I'm ok." She nods. 

Suddenly Mikey running up to them "Come guys!" He grabbed their hands "I got a safe place for you to hide and if you get thirsty, I've got a secret stash of Orange Crush behind the fridge." Mikey leads them to spot "Don't tell Raph." They both nodded running to the spot. 

The little girl sees a person of metal armor came to the dojo. She hide in April's arms "It's him it's really him." 

"Who?" April asked holding her tightly "Who is that?" 

The little girl looked at her with tears running down her face. 

"That's Shredder." 

"After all these years, I've been trying to recreate the mutagen. And you just handed them to me." Shredder walked around while talking to Splinter. "And the little girl you lead right to her." 

"You will not lay a hand on that child." Splinter took of his shoes laying them down "And you will not lay a hand on my sons." 

Shredder just chuckled coldly "Your sons? You think your their father?!" He unleashed his blades. 

They started fighting each other and Shredder threw Splinter to the ground. Before he was going to eliminate him. 

The girl started to panic she ripped out of April's arms. She picked up a knife on the ground speeding towards him. 

"Leave him alone you big bully." She stabs him in the leg. April runs over picking her up to bring her back but it was too late when Splinter turned around. 

"You stupid little girl!" Shredder was about to strike them. 

"Girls!" Splinter took his tail wrapping around April and flinging them away to safety.  Shredder slams Splinter to the floor. 

Leo was about to reach for his father, but the metal bar closed from him and his brothers. 

"Sensei! Dad! Dad! What are you doing?!" Leo yelled for his father. 

"Run! Hide!" Shredder grabbed behind Splinter's kimono "Save yourselves!" Then Shredder threw him across the dojo. Leo, Donnie, and Mikey grabbed the bars with all the strength that they all got Donnie pushed his button on his Bo staff to push up the bars.

The metal bars was released and the three brothers got out their weapons to save their father.  Shredder picked up Splinter from the ground.  "Children drop your weapon .. or your father dies." 

They all drop their weapons. 

"Come on out child." He called for the little girl.  She suddenly got up from and walked towards Shredder, shaking it with each step. 

"You've been a very bad girl." Shredder said with a teasing tone. 

"Please don't hurt him." The little girl whimpered. "Don't hurt my daddy." 

The turtles looked in shock, she thought of Splinter as her father. 

"Come with me and I will leave Daddy and these turtles alone." Shredder persuades. She looks at the turtles with a teary eye as she forward to him. 

Shredder then punched Splinter in the chest and dropped him on the floor. 

The little girl stared at Splinter lifeless body as she lets a sad high pitch scream, everyone had to cover their ears. 

A solider decided he had enough and shot his gun at her hitting her with a tranquilizer dart. She falls directly to the ground unconscious. 

"No leave her alone!" Leo starts to run to her but the soldiers electrocuted him, Donnie, and Mikey. 

Before his left Shredder noticed that Raph was nowhere to be seen. 

"Where's the fourth?" 

"He's dead." 

"Destroy this place." The turtles house exploded as lots of rubble were everywhere. 

The three turtles were being electrocuted as they were being lead to the back of a van. 

Mikey caught a glimpse of a solider holding the little girl bridal style. 

"Leave my little sister alone!" Mikey yelled but got shock to his neck as they close the van door.
