Before starting we need inspiration to do something creative. I interviewed our judges how they became huge for these.

> Ilang buwan o taon na po kayong gumagawa ng graphics?

🐩LiliumCorazon: wala pang isang buwan ata. Dati naman kasi basta kung ano lang gawin kong book cover "yun na 'yun eh. Ngayon ngayon lang ako talaga ako nagpractice sa pagawa ng bookcover kaya hindi talaga ako ganun kagaling.

🐼dantalion_: I've been doing graphic designing ever since October 2014, roughly a few months after I first joined wattpad  as a writer. Ever since then I was able to hone my skills and I also only used Pixlr Editor before.

🐵Provokersss: Dati pa ako gumagawa ng mga arts lalo na sa painting pero nito lang 2016 ako nagsimulang gumagawa ng  graphic arts sa WP.

🐰PonyTeylGirl: Six months na po ako sa editing world at amature pa lang may graphic family din ako na nagga-guide sa akin para sa nga ganto.

🐙niina_chan: I started editing covers two years ago when I'm still newbie here in wattpad. I open my own bookcover shop and that's it. But I never progress hahahaha maybe because I only used MS paint! Yes po paint lang at I don't know any apps for editing or even photoshop. And then I stop because because majority of my clients said it's trash so yeah I closed the shop. Hahaha well they gave me honest opinion to that. But past three months, I discover a writer and graphic artist here at wattpad. She really inspired me in making again covers. She used light novel like covrs similar to mangas. Since then I'm make covers, open again a bookshop, joining contest and even hosting my own graphic contest :)

🐞-CrazyInnocence-: I've been editing for two years.

>Ano pong application ang ginagamit nyo sa paggawa ng graphics?

🐩LiliumCorazon : Pisart, Phonto Pixlr, Cutpaste.

🐼dantalion_ : As I mentioned before, I've been using Pixlr Editor when I first began. But now, I've been only using Phonto and Pisart. Two applications that can be downloaded from assigned stores to handheld devices. They're both convenient and free as well. Though I plan on taking my graphics to Photoshop when I get the chance.

🐵Provokersss : Picsart ginagamit ko.

🐰PonyTeylGirl : Picsart lang po talaga yung pinageeditan ko kasi magulo pa kung sa CS6 ako mag-eedit kaya ko rin PS TOUCH or sa Pixlr pero I think medyo, medyo lang naman. pro na yata ako sa picsart.

🐙niina_chan : first when I was still a beginner I edit my graphics to MSPaint. Stupid right? hahaha then I try Pixlr and ever since I using it.

🐞-CrazyInnocence- : usually picsart, pixlr, phonto and a lot more.

> Ano po ang specialty nyong genre pagdating sa paggawa ng graphics? Ex: anime aesthetic

🐩LiliumCorazon : teenfiction/ humor; Madali kasing maghanap ng renders saka mas masayang gumawa ng bookcover sa ganu'ng genre. Madaming ideang pumapasok sa utak; Anime.

🐼dantalion_ : I prefer dark themed graphics and somehow Fantasy or Supernatural themes. I've always had a knock for blending and slight manipulation so I do enjoy applying it to the graphics I do.

🐵Provokersss : specialty? ..kahit ano.. ahahaha magulo ang utak ko sa pagdating sa paggawa ng graphic arts Basta kung ano yung matipuhan kong gawain iyon ang ginagawa ko. Random kasi ang pagiisip ko ahahaha.
More na abstract ang gingawa ko kasi MAGULO lagi ang utak ko.. ahahaha! Pero mahilig din ako sa anime at nature yun lang.

🐰PonyTeylGirl : forte ko kapag nageedit ako, anime simula una pa lang kasi more on backgrounds ang focus ko at tsaka gusto ko colorful. Kaya ko rin ying minimalist or blending Tumbler style mga ganun.

🐙niina_chan : anything goes as long as in pastle colors because I love pastel. hahaha I prefer anime, blending, slight manipulation and real people. Maybe because almost all who request me a cover, it always to be a kpop idols so maybe it influence by it.

🐞-CrazyInnocence- : I can do anime, minimalistic aesthetic but I really comfortable in aesthetic.

>Lastly po, ano po ang maiipapayo nyo sa mga beginners sa paggawa ng graphics?

🐩LiliumCorazon: Payo? Beginner ako sa paggawa pero sa tingin ko medyo may alam naman ako sa pagtingin kaya ang payo ko lang ay mag-observe ka muna sa magagaling na graphic artist sa kung paano sila mag-edit. Then itry mo lahat ng mga photo editor apps para mahanap mo kung anong gusto mong gamitin, magbasa tumingin, mag-observe, sumubok. Okay lang kung hindi kagandahan sa umpisa dahil mag-iimprove at mag-iimprove ka at lastly, never give up umpisa pa lang yan! Kaya mo yan!

🐼dantalion_ : My advise to beginners is that you practice as much as you can and hone your own style. Be original as much as possible and find motivation and inspiration for your graphics. Every graphics has a story and that's what makes it special. It will be hard to keep up with people around you but take your time and believe that you would be able to surpass the level you wish to overcome. Number one, take your time and follow your own pace. number two, make your own style. Your own.

🐵Provokersss : ang maiipapayo ko king mahal mo talaga anv arts at alam mo sa sarili mong pinanganak ka talagang lumikha ng art e huwag ka dapat mag aalanlangan sumubok. Kung palpak minsan, minsan lang naman  at sa susunod ay susuraduhin mo na mari-reach moyung satusfaction mo sa  kalalabasan ng obra mo. Sarili mo ang kakompetensya mo dapat sa paggawa ng art at huwag mong isipin ang ibang tao. Ikaw lang mismo.

🐰PonyTeylGirl : payo? As a amature, masasabi ko lang (wow ha.. XD) manood lang sila ng mga tutorials lalo na kung sa computer sila nag eedit tsaka sali  sa mga critics editing club para mahasa ang pageedit and habaan ang pasensya kapag nageedit lalo na kung nagrerender ka kasi nakakasawa minsan and lastly puriin ang sariling gawa para masaya.. XD

🐙niina_chan : hmm to me from using MS paint as starting editing app to pixkr today, don't afraid to try new things, experiment, play colors, try blending different textures, fonts and challenge yourself to do different genre. Be out to your comfort zone. And if you fail to the result if your work, there's always a redo button and start again. Discover new artist, be inspired by them. Make your style and own it. Try to join graphic contest.

🐞-CrazyInnocence- : aaah  I don't have a lot to say. Just use correct fonts, photos and editors. Think out of the box. Experiment the filters. That's I have to say. 😊
