Does anyone know how to write a formal, professional message? Example: asking someone if they'd like to join the cast & crew for my Defenders of the Clans series?

So does ANYONE have advice at writing a formal message? If so, tell me pls.

(Because I absolutely SUCK at being formal 😒)
