Jennie looks like a ghost thanks to me! 😭
I tried to make her look like a witch but I guess it turned out into something else. Do you see the ribbon in her hair? The glowing one! I used flower PNG and set the blending mode to 'add'. Not much sure how well it went with this. The bubbles are all pngs.
