Nikki's POV

"Faster!" Sarah shouted, "They're catching up!"

"It won't go any faster!" I shout with a laugh just as Dean and Benny passed us. Benny sticking he tongue at us while Dean made a 'L' sign at us.

"Losers!" Dean shouted back to us as they sped continued down the isle of Walmart.

"Take the short cut through the cereal isle!" Sarah shouted and I nodded while turning the electric biggie down the isle.

Dean, Sarah, Benny, and I were currently racing buggies around Walmart because it was raining outside and it was a pain to simply walk around the store. Plus this was more fun.

We had originally came here to get some snacks and some movies, but it's obvious we found other ways of entertainment.

I sped down the isle as fast I could, then out of the isle and and jumped right in front of Dean and Benny.

"That's cheating!" Benny shouted.

"I'm not loosing to a bunch of girls!" Dean shouted and tried to pass me again.

"Not loose," I shouted back to him as I pulled ahead of him again, "Lost!"

"Is there even an official finish line?" Sarah asked.

"Nope." I respond with a laugh, "But they don't know that."

She laughed and I smiled at the younger girl that sat in my lap, then glanced behind me to see Dean beaming as the bouncing young boy that was standing in the basket that was placed on the buggy.

I smiled and turned back to the front of me, turning down another isle and slowing down some.

"Why are we slowly?" She asked as Dean and Benny passed us, shouting in victory, "They're winning!"

"Let them win." I say to her, "I'll buy you something extra."

"Deal." She said to me and I laughed as I saw Dean and Benny turning.

"We are you Buggy Racing Champions!" Dean shouted while Benny clapped wildly.

Sarah rolled her eyes, "For this time."

"Can we steal these things?" Dean asked, "This would be three times easier to get around in."

"We are not stealing them." I say to him as thunder roared outside the store, "We should probably get our stuff and go before it gets too bad."

"Should I call Roman to come pick us up and drive us back to your place?" Dean asked. We had walked because, though it was cold, it was good exercise, plus the doctor recommended that we do some.

"No!" Benny shouted, "I've never played in the rain before. Let's walk."

"Really?" Dean asked, "Huh. I guess we're walking then."

"But he already has a little cold-" I try to protest but Sarah stopped me.

"Just let him do it." She told me, "He'll like it."

I sighed, as Dean picked Benny up out of the basket and placed him into his lap, "Fine, he can. But you need to wear your jacket."

"Ok Momma," he said while pointing down the hall, "Can we get some candy first?"

I gave a small smile to him and nodded while Dean headed down the hallway.

After another ten minutes, we made out way to the cash registers, then placed the carts back where they belonged before walking out into the down pour.

"So much for dry hair." I mumbled to myself as the rain came down, "Or dry clothes for that matter."

"Cheer up BellaBear." Dean said while pulling me closer as Benny and Sarah jetted in front of us, "Look at'em."

I gave a small laugh as I watched Benny splash in a puddle, most of the water getting on Sarah, who glared for a second before smiling at him.

"I can't believe he's never played in the rain." Dean said to me, "That was my favorite thing when I was a kid."

I shrugged, "I've never played in the rain before."

Dean looked at me as the thunder roared, "You're lying."

"Nope." I reply, "Never have."

"What the heck NikkiSticky?" He asked me.

"What is with you and these names?" I asked him.

"You see that puddle over there?" He asked me, ignoring my question, "Go to town. Have at it. Go be a kid or something."

"I am not jumping in a puddle." I say to him with a laugh and he groaned.

"Fine." He groaned again, "Benny. Go splash in that puddle over there."

"Otay!" Benny shouted, then took off across the parking lot and over to the puddle.

"Benny stop!" I shouted at him just as I saw a car backing out, the car stopping just a little ways from him as he ran by, "Benny!"

"What?" He shouted back once he reached the puddle, just as the person in the car got out.

"Oh my god is he ok?" The woman asked as she eyed him.

"I think so." I say to her as I approached her and Dean went to go grab Benny while Sarah followed me, "I'm so sorry. He shouldn't have ran off like that."

She smiled, oh it's alright, "Oh it's alright. I'm just glad he's alright."

"Benny." I say to him as Dean approached us with him, "Apologize to her for scaring her like that."

"Sorry lady." Benny said to her and she smiled at him for a minute, but seconds later, she stopped and simply stared at the younger boy.

"Oh my god..." She mumbled and I raised a eyebrow at her, about to ask her what was wrong, but Dean beat me to it.

"Well, well, well." Dean said to her, "Ms.Rollins- I mean Morgan. Nice surprise."

"Wait Dean?" She asked as though looking at him for the first time, "Um, hi. How are you? How's Seth-"

"Stopping you there." Dean said to her, "You know dang well I'm not telling you anything about Seth."

She sighed, then eyes Benny again, "I.. I should get going."

"It'd be for the best." Dean said as the rain lightened, "Come on Nik, Sarah."

I eyes Dean but grabbed Sarah's hand and lead her away.

"Rollins?" I asked him, "That was Seth's-"

"Mother?" He interrupted, "Yep. In the flesh. Can I just say that I utterly hate that women. Like with this burning intense passion."

"That's not good." Sarah said to him.

"Never said it was good." Dean stated, "Let's go before as all end up sick."

"But I wanna splash in the puddles again!" Benny chanted while squirming in Deans arms and I found myself smiling once again.

"You know," Sarah said as she sleepily laid her head on my shoulder, "That movie sucked."

"Do you have anything positive to say?" Dean asked her.

She shrugged, "Nikki is pretty."

"You're so sweet." I say to her with a small laugh.

"She's sour like a lemon head." Benny said and Sarah stuck her tongue out at him.

I laughed as the sound of the front door opened and seconds later, Brie rushed in and made her way towards the stairs, not acknowledging any of us.

"Woah Brie," I say and she stopped, but didn't turn towards us, "What's the rush?"

"Nothing Nicole." She stated plainly.

"You want some Pizza?" Sarah asked her, "There's like, two slices left."

"No." She said before climbing the stairs, leaving me to wonder what wa wrong.

"I'll be right back." Sarah said while grabbing the box of Pizza and climbing the stairs after Brie.

"How much do you wanna bet that Sarah'll end up throwing it at her?" Dean asked and I rolled my eyes at his statement.

My phone made a ding sound and I picked it up to see a text AJ.

AJ: 😬 ooooo

I raise an eyebrow and got ready to respond but more text began to roll in.

Randy: I swear if they lie to you about what happened I'll kill everyone.

Naomi: I swear to God I was helping her

Naomi: I didn't freaking hit it or anything swear I God

Seth: where's Brie?

Roman: Nams is freaking out right now. Call me.

Hunter: k, so there was this situation...

"Why is Naomi blowing up my phone, asking where you are?" Dean asked me.

"I have no idea," I say to him while dialing Roman's number and he picks up on the first ring.

"Itssonotwhatitsoundslikeisweartogod-" he rambled and I cut him off.

"Roman slow down." I say to him, "What's going on."

He took a deep breath, "Ok... So we were at the mall right. And Naomi walked off to go into a store wit Steph and AJ. So I walked off with guys. Next thing I know, like Naomi is running up to me trying to explain a situation and I don't know what's going on. Then they start accusing her that Naomi and her got into a fight, which she swears didn't happen and-"

"Where's Naomi?" I asked him.

"Hold on." He said and I heard him mumble some more words before I her Naomi's voice.

"Is she ok?" She immediately asked me, "Please tell me she's alright at least. Is she at home?"

"She's home." I say to her, "Naomi tell me what happened."

"So AJ and I were trying to distract Steph because Hunter wants to get her something for their anniversary," She said, "And we were walking, and AJ and Steph went into Hot Topic and I was gonna walk down to Dress Barn for a minute. And she was standing in the corner with Miz and like two other guys and I saw... so I confronted them and I dragged Brie to the bathroom and I told her to stay there because I was gonna go get Roman and I guess she left some time after I did and people think that I did something to her but I swear i didn't-"

"Nams your confusing me." I say to her, "Do what exactly?"

"Hit her..." She mumbled, "I swear to God I didn't-"

"Wait," I interrupted, "So Miz hit her? He hit my sister?"

"Nikki calm-" she started but I interrupted her.

"Answer the question." I say to her and she sighed.

"Yes." She mumbled.

"Where is he?" I asked her.

"I don't know." She responded, "He ran off somewhere with the other two."

I stayed silent for a moment and gripped my phone tightly.

"Your a good friend right?" I said to her, "I hope you are. Cause you may need to bail me out."

"Nik-" she started to say but I hung up on her, then roughly tossed my phone on the floor.

"Everything alright?" Dean asked and Benny stared at me with wide eyes.

"I'm about to fucking to to jail." I seethed as I rose up off the couch, my chest hurting slightly but it was the least of my worries.

"Woah," Dean said while standing up, "Babe what's wrong?"

"Touch my fucking sister?" I growled as I walked around the living room, "I don't fucking think so. Do we own a gun?"

"Nikki babe." Dean said while walking over and trying to grab me but I slipped away from him, "What's going on. What happened. Who touched Brie? Is she ok?"

"I hope she is, but I'm not." I ranted, "I about to fucking.... I'm gonna fucking. I need a gun and some bullets!"

"Kapow!" Benny shouted.

"That's right baby boy." I say to him as I pace, "That's the sound the gun is going to make when I bust a cap in his ass."

"Women!" Dean shouted while looking at me with wide eyes, "What's gotten into you? You've been hanging around Naomi too much. Will you explain what's going on."

"He hit her Dean!" I shouted at him, "He crossed lines with me. I don't care what beef you two have. This is between me and him, and I swear to God I'm about to kill him."

I don't have a damn how much of a bitch Brie has been to me or by friends in the past. That's still my sister.

"Ok," he said to me, "Nikki call down. I know that's not what you wanna hear but you need to. Because you're not thinking right now and you don't wanna do anything you'll regret. Think about Brie ok? Maybe she doesn't want you getting involved."

"I don't care!" I shouted at him, then tried to calm down for the sake of Benny being in the room, "I don't care Dean. That's too far for me."

He nodded, "I understand. Maybe you need to check on her. Get her to talk to you."

I take a deep breath and nod, "Yeah.. Yeah that sounds good. You find me a gun."

"Like I'm really gonna give you a gun." I heard him mumble and I and I rolled my eyes as I climbed the stairs.

Once I reached the top, I see Sarah gently closing Brie's door. I make a move to reach for the door but she stopped me.

"She's sleeping." Sarah whispered, "She's tired."

"Why?" I asked her.

She zipped her lips as though it was a zipper and threw away the key.

"Just let her sleep." Sarah said to me as she walked back down the stairs.

"Oh but Nikki." Sarah said as she and back up, "I own a Barbieb doll bat. Feel free to take it and beat someone's face in."
