3rd POV
The students of Seabrook High filed into the lunchroom and glanced over at a group of people dressed in red and black cheer uniforms seated in a corner away from the windows. Zed looked over at Addison as he sat down and asked, "So who are these guys?" She glanced over at them and said, "They're the away team for Whitechapel Cheer, they're here for a cheer competition. I thought we talked about this last week." He paused for a moment before exclaiming, "Oh right! Yeah, yeah I'm sorry, I totally forgot." Just then a blonde girl who appeared to be the leader of the group walked over to their table. The werewolves growled quietly as she glared at Addison.
"So... is it like an actual rule that we have to wear our uniforms at all times while on school grounds?" She asked petulantly as Addison smiled at her blithely.
"Yes it is actually, since you guys aren't actually students at this school but will be attending for a bit the teachers need to be able to tell the difference between you guys and their regular students. Also, as a note since you're the cheer captain I recommend that you wear your jacket, it doesn't get you any special treatment technically but it might help earning you some extra respect." She said her smile never slipping from her face. The blonde girl scoffed and rolled her eyes.
"Our school doesn't have jackets for cheer captain, besides it's not like I want to be associated with those idiots most of the time. I mean look at  Sarah and Erica's hair, it doesn't even look like they use conditioner, not to mention those two nerds, I mean how did geeks like them even get onto the squad?! I must have been sick that day or something." She ranted gesturing to four people who were sitting at her table. One of them was a pale, blonde girl who looked like she was arguing with the girl next to her who had wavy brown hair and tan skin. Next to them were two thin boys with tousled brown hair who were in a detailed discussion about something. In a slight act of defiance Addison stood up from her table and brushed past the cheer captain to approach their table. The four of them paused in their discussions and looked up at her.
"Hi! I'm Addison, I'm the cheer captain of the Mighty Shrimp, I was just talking to your captain and wanted to say welcome to Seabrook! If you guys want to come sit with my friends and I you're totally welcome." She said with a bright smile. The four of them look at each other and spent a short moment deliberating before one of the boys stood up and held out his hand. As she took it his eyes momentarily glazed over with white and his body went rigid. After this episode apparently passed he shook her hand and said, "Hey Addison, I'm Ethan, this is Benny and the girls are Sarah and Erica." he said pointing to each of them. Sarah, the tan, dark haired girl, shot Erica a warning look and added, "We'd love to sit with you." They all stood up and walked over to Addison's table, taking seats around her and  her friends as she smiled up at the blonde cheer captain defiantly.
"I'm sorry you feel the way you do about your teammates but here in Seabrook everyone is welcome and accepted." She said with a serious smile.  Erica raised an eyebrow and said, "You know Stephanie, you could learn a thing or two from Snowflake here, I love your hair by the way Addison." With a growl the captain, apparently named Stephanie,'s eyes glowed with an odd pink glimmer and Addison's lunch tray promptly fell into her lap. Addison shrieked in suprise as Zed, Bree, and her new friends from Whitechapel began to help her clean off her uniform.
"Careful there freak, don't want you to have any accidents." Stephanie spat before stalking away.
