Hey guys, Tami here. So basically I had this great idea for a one shot and wanted to write it but didn't want to write it for myself so I'm writing it for my beautiful co-writer Laurel x

*Laurel's POV*

I was walking in the streets of London with tears running down my face as it was raining. I can't believe he would do that to me, I actually thought he loved me but I was wrong. My boyfriend of 2 years had cheated on me on our anniversary, and the worst part was with my ex best friend. I saw a bus stop just ahead of me and decided to go and sit there, I closed my eyes and the scene repeated over and over again in my head. I choked out a sob and broke down there, what I didn't hear was someone sit down beside

"Hey, you ok?" I heard someone say, I opened my eyes and looked at the person. I couldn't see them well because my eyes were clouded with tears and it was raining but I was able to tell that it was a male. I shook my head and looked away 

"Well you wanna tell me why a beautiful girl like you is sat out here in the rain?" He asked, I took a deep breath 

"M-my boyfriend ch-cheated on me" I said before breaking down again, the guy wrapped an arm around my shoulder and I leaned into his touch

"How about you come back to mines and my friend's place? It's cold out here and you'll get sick. Don't worry I'm not trying anything, just want you to feel safe and warm" He said 

"N-no it's fine but thank you" I said 

"There is no way I'm leaving a beautiful girl on her own in this weather, come on" He said and stood up, I looked at him knowing he wouldn't give up. I slowly stood up, he gave me a smile and I wiped my tears away

"D-do I get to know your name?" I asked 

"JJ and what is yours love?" JJ asked

"Laurel" I said 

"Beautiful name for a beautiful girl" JJ said, he grabbed my hand before leading the way to his place 

{Skipping Journey}

I stared at the house in front of me

"This is where you live?" I asked 

"Yep with my three friends" JJ said before knocking on the door, I looked at him questioningly

"I forgot my keys inside" JJ said and I giggled. The door opened to reveal a girl who was shorter than me 

"Forgot your keys again Jide?" The girl asked smirking 

"Piss off Tami" JJ said, the girl-Tami-laughed before moving out the way and letting us in. I walked in after JJ and Tami looked at me shocked

"Oh my God, you ok?" Tami asked 

"She's had a rough day" JJ said 

"Oh wow, I'm sorry to hear your day isn't going well but you are now in a crazy house so you will be happy soon I promise" Tami said and clapped her hands together 

"If you can't tell, this one is childish" JJ said and pointed at Tami, she pouted 

"SIMON! JJ IS BEING MEAN TO ME" Tami shouted 

"Of course run to Simon" JJ teased, Tami stuck her tongue out 

"JJ LEAVE MY GIRLFRIEND ALONE" I heard someone from upstairs shout 

"That was my boyfriend and this fuckers best friend, ....?" Tami said 

"Laurel" I said 

"Tami" Tami said 

"Now if you'll excuse us Tami, I'm gonna go give Laurel some warm clothes to wear" JJ said 

"Oh shoot, yea. I hope you have a lovely stay here Laurel, I'll be on the second floor if you need me or if JJ bullies you" Tami said 

"OI" JJ shouted 

"You don't bully the girl" Tami said to JJ before running off upstairs

"Ignore her. Come on, let's go get you some clothes" JJ said and led the way upstairs, I followed him and just looked around. We walked into a room which I think is JJ as he went straight to the closet, I awkwardly stood in the doorway waiting 

"Here" JJ said and came back to me, he handed me a jogging bottom, a top with SDMN written on it and socks 

"The bathroom is just there, you can change in there" JJ said, I smiled and grabbed the clothes before going to the bathroom. I get changed before wiping my makeup off then fixed my hair. After I got changed, I left my clothes in the bathroom to dry before leaving the bathroom. Just then the lights went out and I walked more into the room just as JJ stood up 

"What's going on?" I asked

"I think we are having a power cut, wait here I'll go see" JJ said before leaving the room, I looked around the room in the dark. The only light was from the windows before sitting down on the bed, I could hear talking before JJ walked in 

"Turns out we got into the house at the right time. The rain just picked up and heavy wind outside. Power got cut out" JJ said before sitting down beside me 

"Oh" I just said 

"My friends know you are here since Tami kinda run around the house telling everyone" JJ said and nervously chuckled 

"Oh, should I go...?" I asked 

"No, no, no. They don't mind having you here and I'm not letting you out on the streets in this weather" JJ said, I smiled a little 

"Why do you care JJ?" I asked 

"Because you look like you need someone" JJ said, I chuckled and hit his shoulders 

"Real reason JJ" I said 

"Because you are a really beautiful girl who I couldn't just leave on her own. At first I was just being nice but then I saw how broken you really were and knew I couldn't just leave you out there" JJ said, I smiled and moved a little closer to him before hugging him 

"Thank you JJ" I said, he wrapped his arms around me and hugged back 

"Anytime Laurel" JJ said, I pulled away from the hug but stayed close to him. I looked at him and slowly got lost in his eyes. We both slowly started to lean forward until our lips met and fit perfectly together, we kissed for a few minutes before pulling away for air

"W-will you go out with me Laurel?" JJ asked sort of out of breath, I smiled and bite my lips before nodding 

"Yes JJ" I said, JJ smiled before leaning in and kissing me again...

A/N

I hope you liked the one shot 

It sounded a little better in my head but I was close to want I had in mind 

Also me and Laurel are working on requests, we both are just being slow at publishing them since we do have college and sometimes have no time to update
