RoastMasterV2: the term minority and majority are relative to the size of the groups yes, but what makes a group the majority is the amount of power they hold

RoastMasterV2: in this case, the people who have the ability to change are the majority, because being able to alter your own being is quite powerful, considering how hard it is to break a habit, and that most people don't have the capability of changing

RoastMasterV2: those who have the most power, the most control, are the majority

Terroriser: so most of the time, when a person says they've changed, or when you /think/ a person has changed, it's all just bullshit
