so after a few weeks that you and winter have been dated . both of you were happy and were made for each other but something is bothering winter though she is thinking that her sister will figure out that her boyfriend shadowz is actually her ex boyfriend was suppose to be dead she is just scare to think about it but you figure out that winter is afraid of something so he ask 

shadowz: hey winter your ok you seem restless and awkward all the sudden is everything okay ?

winter: yeah its just that i tell my sister that i am dating her dead ex boyfriend and what if she found out that your still alive and try to take you back i just don't want that happen to me if i am heartbroken .

shadowz: hey winter listen don't worry okay if your sister found out that i am still alive and tries to take me back as her boyfriend and i'll say i am with a better person like you instead of them okay just trust me .

winter: okay y/n
are you coming to the ball this saturday  ?

shadowz: i don't know winter i mean everyone is coming to that ball like everyone espicially your sister and her team they are gonna bring their dates so like i don't know to get my identity to discover just yet   

winter: don't worry just blend in with the crowd and enjoy the ball okay and also wear tuxedo to get fancy not your hood okay 

shadowz: fine but really i have to wear a tux i like wearing anything but tux 

winter: just wear it you'll be fine okay and if you wanna bring nick along its okay but tell him also to wear a tux okay 

shadowz: okay ill tell him 

winter: okay y/n

shadowz: sure 

so they both kiss on the lips and parted ways and get ready for the ball this saturday and so as your exes 

FLASHBACK

a few days ago

the team of rwby were seting in their rooms just hanging out but they were still thinking about your death each time something related to you they just remember about you and burst into tears it was not easy for them to move on until weiss open the door and tell about whats going on this weekend 

weiss: hey guys my family is holding on a ball this weekend you guys are invited and can bring your dates and also truth be told there is a rumor that my sister's boyfriend is coming you know the one i tell you about the mystery guy with my sister 

ruby: oh yeah i remember you say there is new couple in town right . i am so proud for your sister but i don't know about me or us weiss we still can't forget about y/n though 

yang: hey listen ruby he's gone and there is nothing we can do about it what bout we just go to the ball and enjoy okay how about that .

ruby: okay yang 

but someone did not agreed to it she is looking at the window because she is still thinking about you that's right it is blake she is still thinking that why is her fault so after she heard about the ball she just nodded and everyone agreed to go . after that they all go outside the academy to buy clothes for the ball for this saturday when they were walking down the streets of vale they heard people cheering for something they thought its for them but it was not for them but they were suspicious of it and ask one of the citizen 

ruby: excuse me sir but why are you all cheering all about ?

citizen: oh the heroes of vale save us again from those theives

the team of rwby were confused who are the new heroes of vale and just ignored about it when they enter the shop to buy clothes ruby saw someone wearing a hood and and follow him and leave the team and said going to buy something but she was chasing you . you ran so fast like a stalker is chasing you but its ruby you forgot she has a semblance that can let her go so fast so she stand in front of you and said 

ruby: hey are you one of those heroes that they speak of ?

shadowz : yeah why are you asking?

ruby: just curious and you look someone familiar to me 

luckily you hid your face so she could'nt recognize your face but you were hesitate that she will know who you are you throw a smoke bomb to disappear and leaving ruby confused and dazed for what just happen and she felt like she know that voice but could'nt put her mind to it so she return back to her team and tell them about what happen 

FLASHBACK ENDED 

so you were jumping down the rooftop to look for nick until you saw him were just sitting down looking at the sunset and interfere him and ask 

y/n:hey nick enjoying the sunset are you?

nick: yeah its just remind of the old days when we hang out you know when were kids 

y/n: yea i know hey winter ask me this saturday she invited us to her ball if you wanna come we have to wear tux if you want to go 

nick: sure man why not and dude just wear the tux 

y/n: you and winter keep saying that fine i wear the tux okay does that make you happy 

nick: yup he he he 

timeline skip this saturday brought you to by chibi y/n fist pump chibi nick 

so the two boys arrive at the mansion wearing a tux and they were suprised a lot of people were there even the rwby and their dates so you and nick blend in the crowd and happen to see winter there talking to her father and she saw you and nick

winter:wow y/n you look good in tux and you too nick

nick: i told you bro you look good in tux and you said you don't he he he 

y/n: yeah yeah thanks winter you look good with that dress 

winter blush and said 

winter: thanks y/n i appreciate that 

when they were talking winter pull you out of the crowd and suprised what's going to happen next and she said 

winter: pwehhhh that was a close one luckily they did'nt saw us 

y/n: who winter who 

winter: your exes they almost saw you and try to call me to introduce you to them 

y/n: ohh right i don't want that to happen but this why i said it might happen i have to get out of here before things get worse 

winter: no how about you create a distraction to meet me outside okay 

y/n: roger 

so you and winter had a plan to get you out of there as fast you can but you need help from nick so you pull nick out of the crowd and whisper about the plan and he agreed to it so he put the plan to motion 

y/n: all right to time start the escape plan in 

ynw: 3........2........1.......0

y/n: let the plan begin 

so he signal nick to move in

nick: smoke bomb 

the room was filled with smoke and everyone was coughing from that smoke and a perfect oppurtunity for you to escape but the plan was failed and caught by the rwby you were running from them until you made it outside the party and saw winter there but what you saw next it was the rwby was surrounding your way out and you hesitate to quickly get out of the circle but failed 

ruby: hey i know you were that person i talk about the heroes of vale why did you run 

y/n: i run because i was scared and afraid 

yang: huh a hero a afraid of us please 

when the were suspicious and trying to put the puzzle winter jumps in front of them and defend you by using a sword that point at them 

weiss: winter what are you doing here and why are you pointing that sword at us 

winter: look this is my boyfriend shadowz 

rwby: whattttttttttttttttttt 

they were suprised that they get to meet winter boyfriend but confused why was he wearing a mask at his face 

yang: take off your mask we want to see what you looks like 

both of them were panicking inside but you said inside that its enough no more hiding time to come out of the shell and reveal the truth 

winter: what are you doing don't take off the mask 

y/n:sorry winter the truth has to come out sometimes and don't worry they won't change my heart still belongs to you 

winter was crying because you said those words meaning you loved her so you took your mask and reveal your real face and identity the girls were shocked and suprised that it was you 

rwby: y/n is that you 

y/n: yeah its me i am winter boyfriend 

another shocking truth to the girls were disbelieving and sad that your alive without telling anyone and your winter boyfriend .

y/n: and the name is shadowz now girls my new name and the new title hero of vale
