JI-TAE'S POV.

It's been a long time since I spoke to Appa. God, I miss him. Being in police department is sucking my brains off and is giving me lots of stress. So, I decided to go and meet him, giving him a surprise visit. By this time, he will be in hospital, he rarely gets time to be at home. So, I grabbed my wallet and car key, went to parking lot; got in my car and sped away to hospital.

After some half an hour of journey, I reached hospital and parked my car and went inside through ER department. Through that way I can reach Appa's department soon. I made to his office only to see him not being there. I went through his department corridors and on my way, I saw many nurses and doctors coming and going in and out of a room continuously. I peeped inside and looked in a narrow way and there I saw Appa, sweating, his coat, hands, face were covered with blood. I looked even more down to see a child being in a critical condition.

That child was bleeding heavily, I think he came from an accident. He is bleeding heavily. Appa is trying his level best to save him.

Appa asked nurse to bring defibrillator, he charged it with minimal joules and making the child fall on bed with thud with each and every charge. After sometime, the child's eyes shot open. Appa and other doctors and nurses were so relieved to see that child who came back to life.

Appa asked the nurse to put oxygen mask on child's nose and to clean him up. He stabilized his heart beat, treated his wounds and stitched everything up. After everything was done, he came out of the room and on his way out he saw me standing outside.

"Ji-tae, just go and wait in my office." He just said this as soon as he came out. I obeyed him immediately. After some 10 mins he came in back in all clean clothes and coat.

"Ji-tae ahh, how long it has been since I saw you, I missed you." Appa came and hugged me tighter not leaving me.

"Tell me Ji-tae ahh, how's your work going on? How are you? Are you eating well? Are you getting enough sleep and rest? Are you beating yourself up?"

"Appa, I'm doing fine and work is obviously stressing me out and I'm trying to get enough sleep and rest, but that seems to be impossible and also tiring myself is the only thing that's is happening to me without any struggle."

"How are you Appa? How have you been? You at least visit me once a week, but now it has been solid two weeks since you visited me."

"Ji-tae, this week has been very hectic so many patients, emergency cases, children are suffering a lot and that is making my time and life even more tough and difficult."

"Appa, things will get better. I'm really very proud of you and I'm so lucky to have you as my Appa. Everytime when I see you, I feel some pride and happiness. I've always admired you. Always be like this Appa. I love you Appa."

"I love you too Ji-tae ahh, now you are making me emotional and a crying mess. I missed these. You know, both you and your hyung always make my day. I really can't be without you guys. At least I have Jae-kuk here, I can see him whenever I want, but you, you are kinda far from here. Come to home when you have time. it's been a long time when we all had dinner together along with your Dada. You should come."

"I will try to come Appa, I can't make promises, but I will try. That's my word to you." Their conversation was interrupted by a knock on the door.

Taehyung went to his seat and said "come in."

"Doctor, your patient Kim Lydia is having wheezing, she's not able to breath well properly, please come soon doctor."

"I will come right away. And Ji-tae be here and wait for me, but if you have any work you can leave at any time ok."

"Ok Appa, I will be here and will wait for you." With that Taehyung left with nurse leaving me alone."

After sometime I heard the office door open and close. I thought it was Appa, but I was wrong.

"Hyung, what are you doing here?" I asked him and I saw him locking the door.

"Ji-tae ahh, I know that you are here, and I wanted to talk to you. I saw you entering the hospital and when I came here, I found that Appa is dealing with an emergency case and so, I thought it is the perfect time to talk to you."

"What do you wanna talk about hyung? That too with me?"

"It is about our Appa and Dada Ji-tae ahh."

"Go on hyung, I'm all ears."
