First we will decide to similar picture. Most important is body's preposition and face's angle match.

Now just add your base on canvas and chop head off.

Now under the base layer lay down your face pic,

Like this. Now remove edges of the face claim picture.

It will start coming together.
At this point, adjust contrast and coloration of both pics

And it will look like this

Now just remove/hide the bg and and everything else to see how it is looking.

Now when its done you can either use it or add a coat of remini to finish it and use it as a png. For knowing how to use png do visit my first chap.
