{Chara POV}
I opened my eyes a little. It is only stone. Am I dead? I still have my knife. I tried to move but I'm feeling massive amounts of pain instead. I think my legs are broken. And every other bone in my body. I can hear footsteps coming toward me. A figure walks through a nearby gate-door thing. Its a goat? This has to be one of the monsters. But he looks so harmless.

"Oh.. You've fallen down, haven't you?" He said, helping me up. "My name is Asriel Dreemur. What's yours?"
"Chara..." I said weakly.
"Chara, huh? That's a nice name." He said back.

That was the first compliment anyone's given me. He led me through a sort of labyrinth, which had traps, other monsters, and puzzles. They all seemed pretty friendly though. There's no way these monsters are as bad as they say. We eventually end up at a house.

"This is my home! I'll go tell mom and dad that you're here!" He said excitedly.

He seems energetic and kind. I feel something. But I don't know what it is. Two other goat monsters came over with Asriel. One looked motherly, and the other looked friendly.

"These are my parents!" Asriel said

{Asriel POV}
I could tell that mom and dad were happy to meet her.

"Hello, my child. I am Toriel." Mom said.
"And my name is Asgore." Dad added.

Mom noticed Chara's wounds and immediately picked her up. Dad didn't notice as quickly, but still noticed.

"Don't worry, I'll heal you inside" Mom said quickly.
"Come on Asriel" Dad told me.
"Ok. Will she be alright?" I asked.
"Of course she will. You know how your mother is with healing. Now, if it was ME healing, then you can be worried."

Dad is not good at healing. He tried to heal a cut on my leg once but he made it worse. We went inside and mom was already healing Chara's legs. Afterwards, we sat down at the table for dinner. I looked over at Chara. I never stopped to look at her eyes. It was a beautiful color of red. Oh no.. I love her. It was really sudden. How could I like someone I just met so much? I could feel myself blushing. Luckily, Chara didn't lift her head to see.

"So, Chara. What's it like on the surface?" I asked.
"Its beautiful. Plenty of grass and flowers and trees." Chara responded. "If humans weren't there, I'm sure it would be better."

I've never tried to flirt with anyone before, so I wanted to give it a shot now.

"W-Well your a human so it can't be that bad.." I said nervously.
"You'd be surprised." She said calmly.

I was kinda sad that she didn't notice me flirting. But that's probably a good thing. That was a really bad flirt. I still can't believe I have a crush on her. Knowing mom, Chara will probably live here with us. I don't want anyone to find out. I hope I get lucky.
